本发明属于材料技术领域,具体涉及一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料
背景技术:
在汽车密封材料,由于电动车新能源汽车使用,对于材料安全防火要求也随着加强;在机柜密封条,由于机柜里接触电气设备,在电气规定需要满足UL防火要求。目前常见的密封条不带阻燃防火,遇火易燃,产品容易失效,本发明一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料能达UL 94HF-1级,提高密封条的使用范围。
密封条用发泡阻燃材料技术,在满足密封性时,并且对防火安全起到积极做用,产品在火灾时能起阻燃减少火灾蔓延作用

针对现有密封条材料,本发明提供了一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料,由以下重量份数原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶:30-34份,YF501炭黑:20-24份,2280石蜡油:18-24份,阻燃剂:15-19份,活性剂:1.6份,硬脂酸:0.63份,聚乙二醇:0.63份,防护剂:1.2-2份,硫化剂:1.6份,发泡剂:0.8-1.2份,吸湿剂:1.2-1.8份。

优选的,所述的阻燃剂为上海懋通实业有限公司无卤阻燃剂FR201与F2阻燃剂按重量比100:12比例混合所得。

本发明还提供了一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)一段混炼:将30-34份三元乙丙橡胶、1.6份活性剂、0.63份硬脂酸和1.2-2份防护剂投入密炼机中塑炼100-120秒,投入15-19阻燃剂混炼240-260秒,再投入18-24份石蜡油和20-24份炭黑YF501混炼320-340秒,下料;其中密炼机工作参数为:进胶温度小于45度、下料温度125-150℃、上顶栓压力为0.6-0.8MPa、冷却水压大于0.1MPa、水温20-26℃、转速30转/分钟、容量70-73KG;
(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;
(3)二段混炼:投50%一段母胶与1.6份硫化剂、0.8-1.2份发泡剂和1.2-1.8份吸湿剂投进密炼机混炼20-30秒,投剩余50%一段母胶继续混炼30秒,中间每30秒做一次升栓,80-85℃下料;密炼机工作参数为:压力0.5-0.6MPa,转速30转/分钟,容量63-64KG,进胶温度小于40℃,冷却水压大于0.1MPa,水温14-18℃;
(4)收料:二段混炼胶出料后在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟,在风机冷却至室温收料得密封条用发泡阻燃材料;胶料存储条件为温度在23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限8小时至5天。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的密实胶发泡材料,能满足汽车用门窗车门密封条的应用,各种机柜产品用密封条的应用,材料具有防火安全达到UL 94HF-1,对产品防火安全有积及作用。

一种密封条用发泡阻燃材料,由以下重量份数原料制成:
三元乙丙橡胶:30份,YF501炭黑:20份,2280石蜡油:18份,阻燃剂:15份,活性剂:1.6份,硬脂酸:0.63份,聚乙二醇:0.63份,防护剂:1.2份,硫化剂:1.6份,发泡剂:0.8份,吸湿剂:1.2份;
所述的的三元乙丙橡胶为Keltan 9950
所述的YF501炭黑为云维飞虎
所述的阻燃剂为上海懋通实业有限公司无卤阻燃剂FR201与F2阻燃剂按重量比100:12比例混合所得。
所述的活性剂为氧化锌
所述的防护剂为防老剂MB、防老剂445、佛山市丽源化工有限公司JL-1069防霉菌剂与微晶蜡的混合物,各物质合重量比为:1:1:2:1

(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;
(3)二段混炼:投50%一段母胶与1.6份硫化剂、0.8份发泡剂和1.2份吸湿剂投进密炼机混炼20-30秒,投剩余50%一段母胶继续混炼30秒,中间每30秒做一次升栓,80-85℃下料;密炼机工作参数为:压力0.5-0.6MPa,转速30转/分钟,容量63-64KG,进胶温度小于40℃,冷却水压大于0.1MPa,水温14-18℃;
(4)收料:二段混炼胶出料后在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟,在风机冷却至室温收料得密封条用发泡阻燃材料;胶料存储条件为温度在23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限8小时至5天。

(2)出片:密炼机出料在22寸开炼机翻料2-3分钟出片,在风机冷却至室温后收料,室温度调节4小时;胶料存储条件为温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%,使用期限4小时至30天;
