Description

Skin care oil and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to skin care oil and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Sensitive Skin (SS) refers to a high-response state of skin under physiological or pathological conditions, mainly occurs on face, and is clinically manifested as easy burning, stabbing pain, itching and tightening subjective symptoms of skin when being stimulated by physical, chemical and mental factors, accompanied or not accompanied by objective signs of erythema, scaling, telangiectasia and the like. Climate change, air pollution and complexity of cosmetic types and components improve the possibility of sensitive skin appearing and receiving stimulation, and the perception rate and attention of sensitive skin gradually rise due to the improvement of people's awareness of skin health. Developers in the cosmetics industry are aware of this phenomenon, placing skin care products directed to sensitive skin in an increasingly important position.
Cannabis is a plant of the genus cannabis of the family moraceae, and has three distinct species, respectively: cannabis Sativa (Cannabis Indica), Cannabis Sativa (Cannabis Sativa), and Cannabis Sativa (Cannabis Ruderalis). There are 483 known compounds of cannabis, which contain at least 65 different cannabinoids. The main active ingredients of the cannabis extract are low Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD), wherein THC is a psychoactive component of cannabis and CBD is a non-psychoactive medical component. Products derived from the cannabis plant can be divided according to their field of application: cosmetic/industrial applications, pharmaceutical applications and recreational products.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid that was first discovered in cannabis extracts in 1940. CBD is produced in the flowers, leaves and stems of the cannabis plant. According to different parts of the extract, the extract can be divided into the hemp seed oil, the hemp leaf extract and the hemp flower extract, wherein the CBD content of the conventional hemp seed oil is lower than 25ppm, and the CBD content of the hemp leaf extract is much higher (100ppm), so that the practical application value of the hemp leaf is higher. The Israel scientist found 1200 genes affected by CBD through studies: of these, 600 gene transcripts were up-regulated by CBD and 524 were down-regulated. CBD also showed regulation of the expression of 491 genes, 165 of which are associated with skin (4, 18). Thus, evidence that CBD is beneficial to the skin is presumably that it has been shown to activate cannabinoids and PPAR γ receptors in the skin. Known skin benefits: 1) the moisturizing capability is improved; 2) lifting the skin barrier 3) soothing/resisting inflammation of the skin 4) relieving itching 5) controlling oil and clearing pox 6) treating psoriasis/atopic inflammation.
However, the number of cosmetics containing the cannabis leaf extract is small, and only a part of the commercially available products are also widely declared as concepts. Therefore, research on the application of the hemp leaf extract in cosmetics and the development of a cosmetic for sensitive skin, which can enhance the barrier function of skin and improve the sensitive state of skin, has become necessary and urgent and is certainly welcomed in the market.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Experimental example 2
Studies have shown that when skin is in a sensitive state, its transdermal water loss (TEWL) is higher than normal skin, and the stratum corneum water content and skin sebum are lower than normal skin. In view of the above, in order to show that the skin care oil prepared by the present application can effectively enhance the barrier function of skin and improve the skin condition of sensitive skin, an effect experiment is performed by using the skin care oil prepared in example 7 of the present application.
Introduction to test methods
1. Subject: in 10 cases of sensitive skin women in 25-45 years old Guangdong area (living in the Guangdong area for more than 3 years), the selected criteria are that the skin is easy to have objective symptoms such as erythema, pimple, dryness, desquamation, epidermis thinness, skin telangiectasia and the like; subjective symptoms such as stabbing pain, burning, tightness, pruritus and the like occur by self perception; the score of the lactic acid stimulation test is more than or equal to 3; the subject received no anti-allergy treatment 3 days ago.
2. The experimental conditions are as follows: the measurement is carried out indoors, no sunlight is directly irradiated, the room temperature is 20-25 ℃, and the relative humidity of air is 50-60%. Before measurement, the experimental subject is asked to wash face with warm water without using any cosmetics, and the test is waited in a test rest room, and the skin is kept in a natural state for more than 2 h. When in measurement, the test object is taken as a seat, the measuring instrument is vertically contacted with the skin surface of the measurement part, and the numerical value is read and recorded at a proper time according to different test contents. Three times for each measurement, and the average value was taken.
3. An experimental instrument: skin sebum content was measured using a skin oil tester MPA4-Sebumeter SM815(Courage Khazaka, Germany), and the amount of sebum absorbed by a skin at a measurement site for 30 seconds (in. mu.g/cm)2). All subject sites were double-buccal.
Testing the water content of the horny layer: corneometer CM825 (moisture test probe) from the CK multi-probe skin test system MPA6(Courage Khazaka, germany). Capacitance was used to measure the skin water content (expressed as a percentage). The test site was tested for sebum.
And (4) TEWL detection: the [ units are g/(h.cm.) measured using a Tewameter TM300 (moisture loss test Probe TWEL) (coupling Khazaka, Germany) from the CK Multi-Probe skin test System MPA6 (coupling Khazaka, Germany)2)]. The test site was tested for sebum.
4. The experimental method comprises the following steps: 10 experimental subjects were selected, and the skin care oil prepared in example 7 was continuously applied to the face in the morning and evening for 28 days, and the sebum content/stratum corneum water content/TEWL value before and after the product application was collected and compared with the data. Wherein a lower TWEL value and an increased sebum/stratum corneum water content value indicates a greater barrier function and an improved skin sensitivity.
The specific experimental results are shown in the following table:
Figure BDA0002372433700000211
Figure BDA0002372433700000221
as can be seen from the table, through the 28-day experiment, the TEWL value of most of the test objects is reduced, and the sebum content/the water content of the horny layer are obviously improved, so that the skin care oil prepared by the invention is proved to be really effective.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
