A stereo garage safety remote control system based on the Internet of things comprises a local stereo garage front-end system, a cloud server and a WeChat public number client. The user can use the WeChat public number client to search the empty parking space through the cloud server before parking, determine the empty parking space which the user wants to park, and the front-end system of the local stereo garage carries out parking space positioning and scheduling in advance; when the vehicle is taken, a user searches the vehicle through the WeChat public number, a vehicle taking command is sent to the local stereo garage front-end system through the cloud server, and the local stereo garage front-end system dispatches the vehicle in advance, so that the vehicle taking is facilitated.
