Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a parking charging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the parking charging apparatus according to this embodiment may include: a processor 601, a communication bus 602, a user interface 603, a network interface 604, and a memory 605. Wherein a communication bus 602 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 603 may include a display (e.g., touch screen, LCD, CRT, holographic imaging or projector, etc.), a keyboard, or a pointing device (e.g., mouse, trackball, touch pad or touch screen, etc.). The memory 605 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a disk memory). The memory 605 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 601.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the parking management apparatus configuration shown in fig. 6 does not constitute a limitation of the parking management apparatus, and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
In this embodiment, the memory 605 stores at least an operating system for implementing various basic services and processing hardware-based tasks; the network communication module is used for realizing wired connection or wireless connection to a network and providing channel resources for data connection of the management platform; and a parking charging program provided by the embodiment of the invention. In addition, the memory 605 may also be used to store a virtual resource sharing system for implementing an operating system and hardware layer direct access control interface.
In the parking charge apparatus shown in fig. 6: the network interface 604 is mainly used for connecting a network system and performing data communication with the network system; the user interface 603 is mainly used for interacting with a user and receiving an instruction triggered by the user; and processor 601 may be configured to invoke the parking fee routine stored in memory 605 to perform the steps performed in the method of parking fee collection for a following vehicle as described in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1 and 3.
Based on the parking charging method for the following vehicle described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the parking charging method for following vehicles described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 and fig. 3, and details thereof are omitted here.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A method of charging a following vehicle for parking, the method comprising:
when the current vehicle finishes parking payment and passes through an exit gate, the ETC antenna equipment at the exit acquires the characteristic information of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in a preset area, wherein the characteristic information of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the license plate number of the corresponding vehicle;
receiving a license plate number which is identified and sent by license plate identification equipment arranged at the exit barrier;
when the license plate number in the characteristic information of one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is matched with the license plate number identified by the license plate identification equipment, determining that a following vehicle is behind the current vehicle and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is installed in the following vehicle;
and calculating the parking fee of the car-following vehicle according to the license plate number of the car-following vehicle, and deducting the parking fee of the car-following vehicle from a payment account number bound to an ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the car-following vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the license plate number in the characteristic information corresponding to any one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is not matched with the license plate number identified by the license plate identification equipment, determining that a following vehicle is behind the current vehicle and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is not installed in the following vehicle;
sending a rod falling instruction to the barrier gate control equipment of the exit barrier gate so that the barrier gate control equipment can control the rod falling of the barrier gate;
and calculating the parking fee of the following vehicle according to the license plate number of the following vehicle, and collecting the parking fee by adopting a mode except ETC payment.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, by the exit ETC antenna device, the characteristic information of each of the at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal within the preset interval when the current vehicle completes parking payment and is passing through the exit barrier comprises:
when the current vehicle finishes parking payment and passes through an exit barrier gate, the ETC antenna equipment at the exit is activated by a signal sent by a vehicle sensor at the exit barrier gate;
the ETC antenna equipment sends a reading instruction, and the reading instruction is used for instructing to read the characteristic information of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in a preset area;
and receiving the characteristic information of the corresponding ETC vehicle-mounted terminal fed back by each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the preset area.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein receiving the identified license plate number transmitted by the license plate identification device disposed at the exit barrier comprises:
and receiving a license plate number which is sent by the license plate recognition equipment and is used for recognizing a first vehicle on the inner side of an exit gate, wherein the inner side of the exit gate is one side close to the interior of the parking lot.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending a non-rod-falling instruction to the barrier gate control equipment of the exit barrier gate where the current vehicle is located, so that the barrier gate control equipment can control the barrier gate to be free from rod falling, and the following vehicle is released.
6. A parking charging apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring characteristic information of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in a preset area by ETC antenna equipment at an exit when a current vehicle finishes parking payment and passes through an exit gate, and the characteristic information of the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a license plate number of the corresponding vehicle;
the receiving module is used for receiving the identified license plate number sent by the license plate identification equipment arranged at the exit barrier;
the determining module is used for determining that a following vehicle is behind the current vehicle and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is installed in the following vehicle when the license plate number in the characteristic information of one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is matched with the license plate number identified by the license plate identifying device;
a calculation module for calculating the parking fee of the following vehicle according to the license plate number of the following vehicle,
and the deduction module is used for deducting the parking fee of the car-following vehicle from the payment account number bound with the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal of the car-following vehicle.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the parking charge apparatus further comprises: a sending module;
the determining module is used for determining that a following vehicle is behind the current vehicle and the ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is not installed in the following vehicle when the license plate number in the characteristic information corresponding to any one of the at least one ETC vehicle-mounted terminal is not matched with the license plate number identified by the license plate identifying device;
the sending module is used for sending a rod falling instruction to the barrier gate control equipment of the exit barrier gate so that the barrier gate control equipment can control the rod falling of the barrier gate;
the calculation module is used for calculating the parking fee of the following vehicle according to the license plate number of the following vehicle and collecting the parking fee by adopting a mode except ETC payment.
8. The apparatus of claim 7,
the receiving module is used for activating the outlet ETC antenna equipment by a signal sent by a vehicle sensor at an outlet road barrier when the current vehicle finishes parking payment and passes through the outlet road barrier;
the sending module is used for sending a reading instruction, and the reading instruction is used for indicating to read the characteristic information of each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in a preset area;
the receiving module is used for receiving the characteristic information of the corresponding ETC vehicle-mounted terminal fed back by each ETC vehicle-mounted terminal in the preset area.
9. The apparatus of claim 7,
the receiving module is used for receiving the license plate number which is sent by the license plate recognition equipment and is recognized by a first vehicle on the inner side of the exit gate, and the inner side of the exit gate is close to one side inside the parking lot.
10. The apparatus of claim 7,
the sending module is used for sending a no-drop bar instruction to the barrier gate control equipment of the exit barrier gate where the current vehicle is located, so that the barrier gate control equipment can control the barrier gate to be free from dropping the bar and the following vehicle can be released.
