本发明公开了一种全刺透高剥离高撕裂真皮纤维基布制备工艺,其技术要点是,包括如下步骤:S1.以铜纤维纬编针织布为基础,用无纺针刺机将由绦纶丝、铜纤维和锦纶丝组成的混合材料经过开松、梳理、铺网处理制得基底层;S2.以基底层为基础,取真皮纤维网经过叠网、水刺、真空吸干、烘干工序,将真皮纤维网与基底层网叠合成网。与现有技术相对比,本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案在将现有技术中的制备工艺步骤进行缩减的同时,还提高了制成的基布的抗剥离、抗撕裂性,从而使基布的使用寿命增加,也在降低了生产成本的同时,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于及皮革制造技术领域,具体涉及的是一种全刺透高剥离高撕裂真皮纤维基布制备工艺。
背景技术
皮革是人类生活中不可或缺的一大类生产生活用品,广泛应用于服装、家居、汽车、公共服务等诸多领域。在皮制品生产过程中产生的大量天然真皮的边角碎料,天然真皮的边角余料数量很大,如能对其进行二次利用,特别是二次加工成真皮纤维,将可产生相当大的财富,同时对绿色节能环保产生积极的意义。
传统的再生革都是将各种皮革和动物皮的边角废料粉碎成粉末,然后通过粘合剂或热熔纤维将粉末粘合、压制成整块的再生革。这种再生革其吸湿性,透气性、手感等性能较差,与真皮相比差距较大。
虽然现有技术开发了一种胶原纤维还原革基布,它是将各种皮革和动物皮的边角废料先提炼出胶原纤维,再将胶原纤维通过一定的制备工艺,制成还原革基布,这种还原革基布的胶原纤维具有立体的网状结构,性能与真皮接近;
但是以前的基布易松散、制成的仿真皮革剥离强度不强、经纬向抗撕裂性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高剥离、高撕裂的真皮纤维基布的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种全刺透高剥离高撕裂真皮纤维基布制备工艺,其技术要点是,包括如下步骤:
S1.以铜纤维纬编针织布为基础,用无纺针刺机将由绦纶丝、铜纤维和锦纶丝组成的混合材料经过开松、梳理、铺网处理制得基底层;
S2.以基底层为基础,取真皮纤维网经过叠网、水刺、真空吸干、烘干工序,将真皮纤维网与基底层网叠合成网。
进一步的,真皮纤维网由牛、羊、骆驼动物皮中的一种或几种制成。
进一步的,真皮纤维网为皮纤维网采用气流成网工艺或水流成网工艺将真皮纤维原料加工。
进一步的,混合材料的组成配比为绦纶丝5%、铜纤维30%、锦纶丝65%。
进一步的,水刺工序中的水压为1-25Mpa。
与现有技术相对比,本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案在将现有技术中的制备工艺步骤进行缩减的同时,还提高了制成的基布的抗剥离、抗撕裂性,从而使基布的使用寿命增加,也在降低了生产成本的同时,提高了生产效率。

实施例一,一种全刺透高剥离高撕裂真皮纤维基布制备工艺,其技术要点是,包括如下步骤:
S1.以铜纤维纬编针织布为基础,用无纺针刺机将由绦纶丝、铜纤维和锦纶丝组成的混合材料经过开松、梳理、铺网处理制得基底层,混合材料的组成配比为绦纶丝5%、铜纤维30%、锦纶丝65%;
S2.以基底层为基础,取真皮纤维网经过叠网、水刺(水刺工序中的水压为1-25Mpa)、真空吸干、烘干工序,将真皮纤维网与基底层网叠合成网。
真皮纤维网由牛动物皮制成并且真皮纤维网为牛皮纤维网采用气流成网工艺或水流成网工艺将真皮纤维原料加工。
实施例二,一种全刺透高剥离高撕裂真皮纤维基布制备工艺,其技术要点是,包括如下步骤:
S1.以铜纤维纬编针织布为基础,用无纺针刺机将由绦纶丝、铜纤维和锦纶丝组成的混合材料经过开松、梳理、铺网处理制得基底层,混合材料的组成配比为绦纶丝10%、铜纤维20%、锦纶丝70%;
S2.以基底层为基础,取真皮纤维网经过叠网、水刺(水刺工序中的水压为1-25Mpa)、真空吸干、烘干工序,将真皮纤维网与基底层网叠合成网。
真皮纤维网由牛、羊动物皮制成并且真皮纤维网为牛、羊皮纤维网采用气流成网工艺或水流成网工艺将真皮纤维原料加工。
通过两个实施例中的混合材料的组成配比的调整,增加了基布的抗撕裂性,从而增加了基布的使用寿命。
另外,在本技术方案中的开松工序中,使用开松机,将混合材料进行松解,并清除杂质;在所述梳理工序中,使用梳理机,对开松后的混合材料进行梳理;在所述铺网工序中,使用干式铺网机,将梳理后的混合材料进行铺网,具体的混合材料的铺网采用经向交叉铺网、纬向交叉铺网和直铺铺网的组合铺网方式,相比传统的单方向交叉铺网,采用经向和纬向两个方向进行交叉铺网,可以进一步改善化学纤维的排列方向,使得制成的真皮纤维基布在各个方向都有较好的抗拉强度和剥离强度,从而提高了基布的物理性能;在所述叠网工序中,将真皮皮纤维网叠合在混合纤维网上面形成的复合纤维网;在所述水刺工序中,使用水刺机,将叠网后的复合纤维网进行水刺加固;在所述真空吸水工序中,使用真空吸水机,对水刺后的复合纤维网进行真空吸水处理;在所述烘干工序中,使用热风穿透式烘干设备对复合纤维网进行烘干处理。

S2.以基底层为基础,取真皮纤维网经过叠网、水刺、真空吸干、烘干工序,将真皮纤维网与基底层网叠合成网。
