Description

Gibberellin-containing mikania micrantha control agent and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of invasive plant prevention and control, in particular to a gibberellin-containing mikania micrantha prevention and control agent and application thereof, and specifically relates to a composition using glyphosate, glufosinate-ammonium and gibberellin to improve the mikania micrantha prevention and control effect and reduce the dosage of a herbicide.
Background
Mikania micrantha (Mikania micrantha Kunth), also called Eupatorium parviflorum or Eupatorium parviflorum, is a perennial herbaceous vine of Eupatorium in Compositae, has been widely spread in native middle and south America to tropical regions of Asia, and is one of the most harmful weeds. Mikania micrantha likes fertile and moist soil, is easier to grow under the condition of sufficient illumination, strives for sunlight by climbing, winding and covering adjacent plants, consumes a large amount of water and nutrients in the soil, threatens the growth of the adjacent plants, and obviously reduces the stability of a natural ecosystem of an invasive site. Therefore, the inhibition of the diffusion and spread of the mikania micrantha is of great significance for reducing the invasion hazard of the mikania micrantha and protecting the ecological safety of China.
At present, the prevention and treatment methods of mikania micrantha mainly comprise the following steps: (1) physical control: cleaning mikania micrantha by using a manual cleaning method; (2) chemical control: chemical herbicides such as glyphosate and atrazine are used for preventing and killing mikania micrantha; (3) biological control: controlling mikania micrantha by using natural enemy insects such as red spider mites, brilliant supple and graceful precious butterflies and the like, field dodder or pathogenic bacteria to inhibit the growth of the mikania micrantha; (4) community reconstruction: in places with serious harm to mikania micrantha, local broad-leaved trees are planted at proper time after the mikania micrantha is removed, and suitable plants with strong resistance to growth, arbor and shrub grasses are planted to reduce the occurrence area of the mikania micrantha. Wherein the physical prevention and treatment is difficult to eradicate and easy to relapse; chemical control easily pollutes the ecological environment; the biological control cost is high and the time is long; community reconstruction is most beneficial to an ecosystem of a mikania micrantha invasion place, but the community reconstruction is high in cost and complex in operation, and meanwhile, requirements on technical level and knowledge level are high, and large-scale popularization and application of the method are limited.
The glyphosate is the largest global use amount, is a non-selective and biocidal herbicide with broad spectrum, high efficiency and low toxicity, and is very effective for preventing and killing perennial rooted weeds. Glyphosate is absorbed by stems and leaves and then transferred to various parts of plants, and can prevent and kill monocotyledons, dicotyledons, annual and perennial plants, herbaceous plants, shrubs and other plants of more than 40 families. But the long-term and large-scale use of the herbicide results in that the resistance or tolerance of weeds to the herbicide is obviously enhanced. Glyphosate has presented significant challenges and pressure in recent years.
Glufosinate is a phosphonic acid non-selective conduction type herbicide and can inhibit glutamine synthetase in plant nitrogen metabolic pathways, so that metabolism of plants is interfered, and the plants die. Glufosinate-ammonium has the characteristics of broad spectrum, low toxicity, high activity, good environmental compatibility and the like, and the speed of playing the active action is superior to that of glyphosate and is slower than that of paraquat. At present, the herbicide is a non-selective herbicide coexisting with glyphosate and paraquat, and has a wide application prospect. Many weeds are sensitive to glufosinate and can be used as a substitute for glyphosate in areas where glyphosate is resistant.
Gibberellins are a plant growth hormone widely found in plants and are diterpene compounds. Gibberellin can promote the elongation of stems and accelerate the elongation and division of cells; meanwhile, gibberellin also has the physiological effects of promoting seed germination, promoting fruit growth, delaying fruit senescence, preventing organ abscission and the like. Gibberellins are widely used in agricultural production practices.
In view of the defects of the existing mikania micrantha control method, a control method which can effectively inhibit the growth of wild mikania micrantha and has the advantages of low cost, strong operability and quick response is designed and researched, and the method has very important practical significance for ecological management of the area damaged by invasion of mikania micrantha.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide a gibberellin-containing mikania micrantha control agent. The herbicide can promote weeds to quickly absorb the herbicide by utilizing the physiological regulation effect of the plant growth regulator on plants, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the use dosage and improving the pesticide effect, effectively controlling the weeds and slowing down the emergence of resistant weeds.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for accelerating the death of mikania micrantha using the above agent. The method can effectively prevent and control the diffusion and spread of the mikania micrantha, is suitable for preventing and controlling the invasion field of the mikania micrantha, is simple and convenient to operate, has low technical level requirement, reduces the dosage and the use times of the medicament, further reduces the cost, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
