Abstract
The invention provides a method for evaluating and testing wear resistance of a hook surface of a fabric and a magic tape, which comprises the following steps: 1, sticking a hook-and-loop fastening surface for testing on the surface of a special die; 2, preparing a test woven fabric sample with the size of at least 190mm and 60mm, and flatly fixing the test woven fabric sample on a sample platform of the friction fading tester; 3, rubbing the die stuck with the magic tape on the woven fabric sample for 10 times or 30 times in a reciprocating manner, and testing three warps and three wefts; 5 taking off the woven fabric sample, and grading according to the grading control card; the special mould is a cube block with weight of 75 +/-5 g, lower surface of 29mm 31mm, edge of R3 radian and 2 x 2mm inclination. The invention designs a special cubic die, then utilizes the existing friction fading tester to evaluate the napping condition of the hook surface of the magic tape after being rubbed with the fabric, can simply and quickly establish a familiar and recognizable test result, and fills the technical blank.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of woven fabric and magic tape wear resistance evaluation and test methods and hardware equipment.
Background
At present, the magic tape is widely applied to clothes, shoes, hats, bags, sofas, curtains, toys, tents, gloves, sports equipment, medical appliances, various military products and the like in various industries. Particularly, in the clothing industry, the application of the magic tape is common, and the figure of the magic tape is available in both daily wearability products and special products used in special situations. The special die is provided with a hole on the top surface, a threaded hole on the side wall, the diameter of the hole on the top surface is 16.5mm, and the depth of the hole is 20mm; one side wall is a threaded hole of M5, and the hole penetrates through the side wall of the top surface hole.
The rating control card refers to a reference card shown in figure 3, and the grades are divided into five grades of 3, 2-3, 2, 1-2 and 1 from high to low in sequence.

4. starting the friction fading tester, enabling the special die with the magic tape stuck to perform reciprocating friction on the woven fabric sample for 30 times, and testing three warps and three wefts;
5. taking off the woven fabric sample, grading according to a grading control card, dividing the grade into five grades of 3, 2-3, 2, 1-2 and 1, and determining the grade.
Therefore, the determination method established by the invention is simple and reliable, has low cost, can be supplemented and improved by using the existing equipment, and fills the technical blank of quality detection in the field.
