本发明公开了一种可降解防水防油纸板的生产方法,包括以下步骤,步骤(1):准备原材料,所述原材料按质量百分比包括50%~55%牛卡纸及45%~50%箱板纸;步骤(2):将步骤(1)的牛卡纸与箱板纸分别放入碎浆机中碎浆,碎浆完成后,将浆料分别泵送至储浆池中,并使用磨浆机磨浆,分别制得牛卡纸纸浆及箱板纸纸浆并分别泵送至配浆池,组成混合纸浆;步骤(3):依次往配浆池加入PAE湿强剂、干强剂及烷基烯酮二聚体,并且搅拌,制得混合浆;步骤(4):准备浸渍液,将氟树脂注入到水中进行稀释,并搅拌均匀,制得浸渍液。本发明制得的可降解防水防油纸板,具有良好的防爆裂能力、抗水能力及防水能力,且不会对环境造成污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及可降解防水防油纸板技术领域,具体涉及一种可降解防水防油纸板的生产方法。
背景技术
随着人类对自然界的破坏,造成野生动物无家可归,人为了保护野生动物,给野生动物制作动物窝棚,纸板由于其加工制作简单,成为了搭建动物窝棚的首选材料,但目前的纸板加工制作过程容易发生爆裂,长时间使用会因天气原因导致纸板强度下降而发生大幅度形变或者破损,纸板防水抗水能力差,在雨季使用造成窝棚内部潮湿或者被雨水淋透,纸板中含有有毒有害物质,被动物啃咬误食进入食道后会危害动物身体,纸板达到使用寿命后在自然界降解困难,对水体、土壤、大气造成污染。因此,为了避免现有技术中存在的缺点,有必要对现有技术做出改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种生产成本低、环保耐用的可降解防水防油纸板的生产方法。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种可降解防水防油纸板的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤(1):准备原材料,所述原材料按质量百分比包括50%~55%牛卡纸及45%~50%箱板纸;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)的牛卡纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第一储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为28°SR~32°SR,制得牛卡纸纸浆,将牛卡纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,将步骤(1)的箱板纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第二储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为30°SR~35°SR,制得箱板纸纸浆,将箱板纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,与牛卡纸纸浆组成混合纸浆;
步骤(3):依次往配浆池加入PAE湿强剂、干强剂及烷基烯酮二聚体,并且搅拌,制得混合浆,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括83.8%~93.7%混合纸浆、4%~12%PAE湿强剂、1.8%~3%干强剂及0.5%~1.2%烷基烯酮二聚体,将混合浆送至成浆池;
步骤(4):准备浸渍液,将氟树脂注入到水中进行稀释,并搅拌均匀,制得浸渍液,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括1%氟树脂及99%水;
步骤(5):将步骤(3)的混合浆输送至湿板成型器成型、前烘干,采用步骤(4)的浸渍液进行施胶,然后烘干、冷却、复卷、分切、打包、入库,制得成品。
进一步,所述步骤(5)中的施胶方式为浸渍式施胶。
进一步,所述步骤(5)中的生产车速控制为30m/min~45m/min。
进一步,所述步骤(5)中的烘干温度为165℃~170℃。
进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括50%牛卡纸及50%箱板纸。
进一步,所述原材料按质量百分比包括55%牛卡纸及45%箱板纸。
进一步,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括93.7%混合纸浆、4%PAE湿强剂、1.8%干强剂及0.5%烷基烯酮二聚体。
进一步,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括92.5%混合纸浆、5%PAE湿强剂、2%干强剂及0.5%烷基烯酮二聚体。
进一步,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括91.5%混合纸浆、6%PAE湿强剂、2%干强剂及0.5%烷基烯酮二聚体。
进一步,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括92.7%混合纸浆、5%PAE湿强剂、1.8%干强剂及0.5%烷基烯酮二聚体。
相对于现有技术,本发明通过原材料按质量百分比包括50%~55%牛卡纸及45%~50%箱板纸,牛卡纸和箱板纸均由植物纤维制得,使制得的纸板具有环保、可降解的特性,牛卡纸的打浆度为28°SR~32°SR及箱板纸的打浆度为30°SR~35°SR,使纸板具有良好的挺度与防止爆裂性能,通过混合浆按质量百分比包括83.8%~93.7%混合纸浆、4%~12%PAE湿强剂、1.8%~3%干强剂及0.5%~1.2%烷基烯酮二聚体,PAE湿强剂保证纸板在雨水冲刷过程中具有一定的湿强度,使纸板不至于被雨淋以后发生破损,干强剂提高成纸张的结合强度,使纸板的强度增加,烷基烯酮二聚体促使纸张具有一定的抗水性,通过浸渍液按质量百分比包括1%氟树脂及99%水,氟树脂的表面张力极低,可促使水珠快速滑落到地面,防止水珠长时间停留在纸板表面而影响纸板强度。

步骤(1):准备原材料,所述原材料按质量百分比包括50%~55%牛卡纸及45%~50%箱板纸;牛卡纸的主要作用是提高纸张挺度,防止纸板在折痕或加工过程中爆裂,箱板纸主要作为填充浆使用。
步骤(2):将步骤(1)的牛卡纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第一储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为28°SR~32°SR,制得牛卡纸纸浆,将牛卡纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,将步骤(1)的箱板纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第二储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为30°SR~35°SR,制得箱板纸纸浆,将箱板纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,与牛卡纸纸浆组成混合纸浆;作为一种具体实施方式,碎浆机为水力碎浆机,磨浆机采用开放式磨浆。
步骤(3):依次往配浆池加入PAE湿强剂、干强剂及烷基烯酮二聚体,并且搅拌,制得混合浆,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括83.8%~93.7%混合纸浆、4%~12%PAE湿强剂、1.8%~3%干强剂及0.5%~1.2%烷基烯酮二聚体,将混合浆送至成浆池;
步骤(4):准备浸渍液,将氟树脂注入到水中进行稀释,并搅拌均匀,制得浸渍液,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括1%氟树脂及99%水;所述氟树脂包括氟代烷基丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚氧乙烯二醇烷基醚及三聚1,2-丙二醇。
步骤(5):将步骤(3)的混合浆输送至湿板成型器成型、前烘干,采用步骤(4)的浸渍液进行施胶,然后烘干、冷却、复卷、分切、打包、入库,制得成品。步骤(5)中的生产车速控制为30m/min~45m/min,烘干温度为165℃~170℃,生产出来的纸板的氟含量≥12kg/吨纸。作为一种具体实施方式,步骤(5)中的施胶方式为浸渍式施胶。
通过以下实施例,本发明的制备方法采用不同比例的原材料和浸渍液制得可降解防水防油纸板。

本发明制得的可降解防水防油纸板,具有良好的防爆裂能力,能够保障在雨季具有良好的抗水、防水能力,不会因下雨导致纸板快速破损,所使用的所有化工材料均属于可在自然界降解组分,且不会对环境造成污染;使用的原料组分简单,来源广泛,价格低廉,无毒无害,制得的成品易于降解符合环保要求,生产工艺,设备投资少,工艺简单,易操作,生产成本低,生产得到的产品比重小、防水性好、防油性好、印刷性能好。

步骤(2):将步骤(1)的牛卡纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第一储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为28°SR~32°SR,制得牛卡纸纸浆,将牛卡纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,将步骤(1)的箱板纸放入碎浆机中,往碎浆机注水进行碎浆,碎浆完成后,将碎浆机中的浆料泵送至第二储浆池中,并使用磨浆机进行磨浆至打浆度为30°SR~35°SR,制得箱板纸纸浆,将箱板纸纸浆泵送至配浆池,与牛卡纸纸浆组成混合纸浆;
步骤(3):依次往配浆池加入PAE湿强剂、干强剂及烷基烯酮二聚体,并且搅拌,制得混合浆,所述混合浆按质量百分比包括83.8%~93.7%混合纸浆、4%~12%PAE湿强剂、1.8%~3%干强剂及0.5%~1.2%烷基烯酮二聚体,将混合浆送至成浆池;
