The invention provides a preparation method of a novel PP hollow plate, which comprises the following steps: s1, preparing 18-25 parts by weight of random copolymerization PP material, 16-22 parts by weight of wire drawing grade PP material, 18-25 parts by weight of homopolymerization PP material and 18-25 parts by weight of high-permeability copolymerization PP material; and 16-25 parts by weight of wire-drawing-grade PE material are uniformly mixed; s2, extruding and molding the mixture at 193-198 ℃ to form the novel PP hollow plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel PP hollow plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The novel PP hollow board (polypropylene hollow sheet) is formed by extruding a polypropylene raw material and a polyethylene raw material through a hollow board production line. The novel PP hollow board is a novel environment-friendly packaging material, can not generate dust in the using process, has long service life which is more than 4-10 times of the service life of corrugated boards, can be recycled, has the tendency of gradually replacing corrugated boards made of paper, and is mainly embodied on product packaging. In addition, the novel PP hollow plate is light in weight, good in toughness, flexible in size and low in relative cost, and the novel PP hollow plate turnover box formed by various accessories has the potential to replace an injection molding turnover box. However, the toughness and tensile strength of the existing novel PP hollow plate are low, which affects the service life of the PP hollow plate.

As a further improvement, the high-permeability copolymerized PP material is selected from Shanghai Sicaceae C1007-PP materials.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the toughness and tensile strength of the novel PP hollow plate can be improved by adding the wire-drawing-grade PP material and the wire-drawing-grade PE material; the light transmittance of the novel PP hollow plate can be obviously improved by adding the random copolymerization PP material and the high-transmittance copolymerization PP material; in addition, the smoothness and the smoothness of the plate body surface of the novel PP hollow plate can be improved by adding the homopolymerized PP material.

Comparative example 6:
18 parts of random copolymerization injection PP material of Japanese Sumitomo WP834A, 20 parts of Fujiu T30 drawing grade PP material, 30 parts of Zhongpetrochemical Qilu K8003-PP material and 22 parts of Shanghai Siceco C1007-PP material; and 20 parts by weight of Shanghai Siceco HD5210AA-PE material; the mixture is extruded and molded at the temperature of 195 ℃ to form a novel PP hollow plate with the thickness of about 5 mm.
The PP voided sheets of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-6 were tested for tensile strength, elongation at break, and light transmission, with the data shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the addition of shanghai seiidae HD5210AA-PE can increase toughness and tensile strength, but when shanghai seiidae HD5210AA-PE is excessive (comparative example 2), its light transmission property is significantly reduced, and surface cracks are caused and the surface is roughened. In addition, with the addition of the Shanghai Sacidae C1007-PP material, the light transmittance of the PP hollow plate is obviously increased, and when the Shanghai Sacidae C1007-PP is excessive (comparative example 4), the toughness and tensile strength are obviously reduced. In addition, the surface performance of the material is greatly influenced by the medium petrochemical Qilu K8003-PP material, and the cracks and the surface roughness are obviously reduced along with the increase of the medium petrochemical Qilu K8003-PP material (comparative examples 5-6).

s2, extruding and molding the mixture at 193-198 ℃ to form the novel PP hollow plate.
2. The method for preparing the novel PP hollow board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the random copolymerization PP material is selected from random copolymerization injection PP material of Japanese Sumitomo WP 834A.
3. The process for the preparation of novel PP hollowware according to claim 1, wherein the drawing grade PP material is selected from the group consisting of fu-smelt T30 drawing grade PP material.
4. The process for the preparation of novel PP hollowboards according to claim 1 wherein the homopolymeric PP material is selected from the group consisting of the mesopetrochemical zilu K8003-PP material.
5. The method for preparing the novel PP hollow plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high-permeability co-polymerized PP material is selected from Shanghai Sicaceae C1007-PP material.
6. The process for preparing novel PP void sheet of claim 1, wherein the drawing grade PE material is selected from Shanghai Sicaceae HD5210AA-PE material.
7. The method for preparing a novel PP cored slab as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixture is extruded at 195 ℃ in step S2.
8. The method of preparing a novel PP hollow sheet according to claim 1, wherein in step S1, 18 parts by weight of the random copolymer PP material, 20 parts by weight of the drawing grade PP material, 20 parts by weight of the homopolymer PP material, 22 parts by weight of the high permeability copolymer PP material; and 20 parts by weight of wire-drawing-grade PE material.
9. A novel PP void sheet obtained by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
