Claims (5)
1. A microbial fertilizer and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that: the raw materials comprise: 15-20% of chicken manure, 20-35% of wheat straw, 20-35% of soybean straw, 20-35% of peanut shell, 1-1.2% of chicken manure leavening agent, 2-2.5% of straw leavening agent, 1-2% of glucose, 0.2-0.6% of beneficial microorganism, 2-8% of potassium and phosphorus mixed powder, 0.1-1% of humic acid, 0.2-1.1% of manganese sulfate, 0.2-0.5% of bacillus mucilaginosus, 0.3-0.6% of bacillus stearothermophilus, 0.2-0.4% of bacillus laevokohlii and proper amount of water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. crushing: a user respectively puts the wheat straws, the soybean straws and the peanut shells into a crusher to be crushed;
B. preparing an active culture medium solution: selecting beneficial microbial groups, bacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus stearothermophilus and bacillus levorotatory lactis as active culture medium liquid for adaptive culture, mixing the active culture medium liquid with glucose, placing the mixture on a culture medium for shake culture, after the shake culture is finished, placing the culture medium liquid in water which is placed in advance overnight for dilution until the mass fraction of the microbial strains is 12%, and carrying out sealed culture for three days, wherein the dilution is continued to 6% when the culture medium liquid is used;
C. fermentation: a user respectively pours 20% of wheat straw powder, 20% of soybean straw powder, 20% of peanut shell powder, 12% of active culture medium liquid, 6% of potassium-phosphorus mixed powder, 0.4% of humic acid, 1% of chicken manure leavening agent, 2% of straw leavening agent, 4% of potassium-phosphorus mixed powder and 0.6% of manganese sulfate into a fermenting tank for fermentation, then 18% of chicken manure is added above the fermenting tank to pile up a raw material pile for fermentation, when the surface of the raw material pile is full of white bacteria and no odor is generated, the color inside the raw material pile is blackened, the particles of the wheat straw, the soybean straw and the peanut shell are obviously reduced, the color is blackened, the original shape and color are lost, the fermented material is also softened, and the fermentation is complete;
D. and (3) granulating: feeding the fermented fertilizer into a dryer for drying, cooling and then conveying the fertilizer into a granulator for granulation;
e: packaging: and dividing the granulated fertilizer into equal parts, weighing, and packaging in a packaging machine.
2. A microbial fertilizer and a process for its preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step A, the crushing diameter of the wheat straw, the soybean straw and the peanut shell is 1-4 cm.
3. A microbial fertilizer and a process for its preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and the mixing mass ratio of the active culture medium liquid to the glucose in the step B is 1: 1.

A microbial fertilizer and a process for its preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and C, controlling the fermentation temperature in the step C to be 55-65 ℃ for 10-18 days, covering a layer of film on the chicken manure, enabling the fermentation temperature of the raw material pile in the fermentation tank to be 60 ℃, after five days, pushing the raw material pile in the fermentation tank to turn over by a user, removing the film, continuing to ferment again, adding a proper amount of water into the raw material pile to enable the water content of the raw material pile to be kept at 50%, then turning over the pile once every three days, turning over the pile for the last time after the temperature is reduced, and keeping for five days again.
5. A microbial fertilizer and a process for its preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and D, the drying temperature of the dryer in the step D is 25-45 ℃.
