The electronic label on the clothes is preset with the information of the appearance, material, washing method and the like of the clothes. After a user puts clothes into the wardrobe, the electronic tag reading module in the wardrobe can read the electronic tag and transmit the information carried by the electronic tag to the single chip microcomputer. In wireless module that the singlechip carried transmits clothing information to the APP of cell-phone, the user can select the position that the clothing was located through the APP.
The user can also inquire the detailed information of the clothes through the mobile phone APP, and selects the grid cabinet corresponding to the clothes to store the clothes.
The specific implementation process of the data transmission in the clothes taking process in the embodiment is as follows: after the electric equipment of the wardrobe is powered on, the single chip microcomputer completes initialization of each module, the esp8266 module starts working, the single chip microcomputer is connected to a network through the esp8266 module and transmits data to the cloud server, and the mobile phone APP sends an access request to the cloud server to establish connection with the cloud server. After the connection is successfully established, the working state information of the wardrobe is monitored in the APP through data interaction of the mobile terminal of the single chip microcomputer and the mobile phone, and the wardrobe is remotely controlled.
In each part of the software, the method mainly comprises cloud server data message analysis and RFID information message analysis and reading. The whole data interaction process is that firstly a mobile phone APP sends a data request protocol to a network, a cloud server transmits data to the mobile phone APP, and after the mobile phone APP receives information, the information is preliminarily processed through a pre-established special data transmission protocol to obtain a series of information. The information receiving process is that the APP sends a control instruction to the server, the cloud server receives information and sends the information to the single chip microcomputer through the esp8266 module, a communication protocol is built in the single chip microcomputer, the information is analyzed, and then the corresponding work of controlling the elements of the wardrobe is carried out.

the embodiment discloses a working method of the multifunctional intelligent wardrobe, which is described in the embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps: the clothes storage cabinet is used for supporting clothes by utilizing an iron supporting rod, then the clothes storage cabinet is fixed on a roller through a second electromagnet which is electrified, the roller rotates to enable the clothes to be stored to be rotated to a clothes inlet, two lead screw motors work to drive a clothes rolling rod to move to the clothes inlet, a first electromagnet is electrified and is fixedly adsorbed with the iron supporting rod of the clothes, at the moment, the second electromagnet is powered off, the lead screw motors reversely rotate, a moving mechanism pulls the clothes to enter the cabinet body, in the clothes moving process, a brush of a brush roller can smooth wrinkles on the clothes, the clothes can be laid on a folding plate after the clothes rolling rod returns to the original position, at the moment, a folding cylinder works to drive the folding plate to rotate, the folding plate rotates 180 degrees under the action of the folding cylinder and self inertia, the over-wide part and sleeves of the clothes are folded, a piston rod of the folding cylinder is retracted, and, the motor is rotated to work, clothes are reeled, and the clothes are reeled onto the clothes reeling rod.
After the clothes rolling is finished, the lead screw motor works to drive the clothes rolling rod to move to a set position in the direction of a clothes inlet, so that the lower part of the clothes rolling rod leaves the clothes folding plate, at the moment, a driving wheel of the walking mechanism drives the conveying mechanism to move to the position under the clothes rolling rod, the electric push rod drives the fixing frame and the bracket to ascend, so that the two clamping plates are positioned at two sides of the clothes rolling rod, the clamping cylinder works to clamp the rolled clothes by the two clamping plates, the first electromagnet is powered off, the driving wheel moves to one side direction of the grid cabinet to separate the rolled clothes from the clothes rolling rod, the electric push rod drives the bracket and the fixing frame to descend, so that the lead screw transmission mechanism of the moving mechanism can be opened when the conveying mechanism walks, the driving wheel continues to move, enters the first guide groove part through the arc groove of the guide groove, moves to the set position along the first guide groove part, the motor works to rotate the bracket by 90 degrees, then an electric push rod works to lift the rolled clothes to a set position, a clamping cylinder drives two clamping plates to loosen the rolled clothes, a steering engine drives a bracket to rotate, the bracket inclines, the rolled clothes begin to slide down and enter the corresponding clothes storage grid of the grid cabinet, and after a part of the clothes enter the clothes storage grid, the clothes can continue to slide due to the fact that the bottom surface of the clothes storage grid is an inclined surface until the clothes completely enter the clothes storage grid.
And after the clothes are stored, the transportation mechanism is restored to the original position.
In this embodiment, when clothes enter the cabinet body, the electronic tag card reading module reads electronic tag information of the clothes and transmits the information to the control system, and the control system controls the transportation mechanism to move to a corresponding clothes storage grid position, so that the clothes are stored at a corresponding position, and the clothes storage position is transmitted to the mobile phone through the control system and the wireless transmission module.
By the same method, a plurality of clothes can be stored to corresponding positions of the grid cabinet.
When the user need get the clothing, select the check cabinet that needs get the clothing in cell-phone APP, the cell-phone sends the instruction for control system through wireless transmission module, control system controls the switch door of corresponding check cabinet to open, it can to take out the clothing.
Adopt the intelligent wardrobe of this embodiment, very big reduction the user put into the time of wardrobe with the clothing, reduced working strength, and the clothing can utilize the storage clothing check to deposit alone, makes things convenient for taking out of clothing.

the clothes rolling mechanism comprises a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism is connected with a rotating piece, the rotating piece is connected with a clothes rolling rod, the clothes rolling rod can be connected with clothes, the rotating piece can drive the clothes rolling rod to rotate around and roll up the clothes, the moving mechanism can drive the rotating piece and the clothes rolling rod to move towards or away from a clothes inlet arranged on the cabinet body, and a clothes folding plate is arranged below the clothes rolling rod and used for supporting the clothes when the clothes are rolled up;
transport mechanism includes the extensible member, and the extensible member bottom is connected with running gear, and the top is provided with can be around horizontal axis and vertical axis pivoted bracket, and bracket connection has two splint that can do the motion in opposite directions or keep away from, and two splint are used for the clothing that the centre gripping was rolled up.

The multifunctional intelligent wardrobe according to claim 1, wherein first electromagnet is fixed to the clothes winding rod, and the first electromagnet can be fixed to an iron support member for supporting clothes in an adsorption manner, so that the clothes winding rod and the clothes are fixed.

The multifunctional intelligent wardrobe according to claim 1, wherein the clothes folding plate comprises a fixed plate fixedly arranged, folding plates are rotatably connected to two sides of the fixed plate and used for folding over-wide parts and sleeves of clothes, a folding driving member is arranged below the folding plates and capable of applying a vertically upward acting force to the folding plates to drive the folding plates to rotate, and an elastic resetting member is connected between the folding plates and the folding driving member and used for resetting the folding plates.

The multifunctional intelligent wardrobe as claimed in claim 1, wherein a drum is disposed outside the clothes inlet of the wardrobe body, two ends of the drum are rotatably connected with a support rod, the support rod is fixedly connected with the wardrobe body, a plurality of second electromagnets are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the drum, the second electromagnets can be fixed to an iron support member for supporting clothes, and further fix the clothes on the drum, and the drum can rotate to convey the clothes to the clothes inlet.
