Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition with liver protection function and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with liver protection function and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition which takes tangerine peel and longevous vine as main components and is used for treating and preventing liver diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Liver disease is a common and extremely harmful disease.
Liver diseases are classified into hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis E, etc. from the hepatitis virus type; liver diseases are classified into fatty liver, alcoholic liver, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and the like.
Wherein, according to incomplete statistics, only hepatitis B virus infectors have 1 hundred million people in China, accounting for about 10 percent of the Chinese population. More than 80% of the existing serious diseases of the Chinese, such as cirrhosis, liver cancer and the like, develop from hepatitis B.
Factors that lead to liver disease include overwork, excessive alcohol consumption, overeating, malnutrition, poor sleep, drug damage, radiation, frequent exposure to toxic substances, etc.
Except hepatitis A, no specific medicine for thoroughly curing the liver diseases at one time is available at present, and the difficulty of treating hepatitis B, hepatitis C, hepatitis E and the like by using the medicines is high.
The current methods for treating liver diseases are mainly to resist viruses, restore liver functions and improve immunity. The former two are mainly based on medicine, and the immunity is improved by auxiliary supportive therapy such as rest and recuperation, diet attention, smoking cessation and alcohol withdrawal, taking traditional Chinese medicine and the like.
Hepatitis A is an acute infectious disease with a self-limiting course, and the natural course does not exceed 3-6 weeks. The health can be quickly recovered only by giving proper rest, nutrition and symptomatic support therapy according to the state of illness, and the general prognosis is good.
The cure rate of other types of liver diseases is low, for example, hepatitis B, and the rate of virus negative conversion of the drug treatment is less than 20%. Because of the low cure rate of the medicine, clinical medical treatment puts more importance on the auxiliary support treatment and prevention.
Hepatitis virus attacks the human body, and most of the hepatitis virus attacks the human body when the immunity of the human body is reduced. Therefore, the improvement of immunity is an effective method for assisting the treatment and prevention of liver diseases.
Improving immunity, and paying attention to rest, nutrition and no illness, and there is a method for taking traditional Chinese medicine. For example: the food is prepared from Astragalus mongholicus and poria cocos congee for people with spleen deficiency and qi weakness, SHAMAIGAO for people with liver yin deficiency, YUYIN egg for people with damp-heat in liver and gallbladder, and FENGSHA decoction for people with qi stagnation and food retention.
The traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used for regulating spleen and stomach to ensure the nutrition of food intake by aiming at the incoordination between the spleen and the stomach and the deficiency of liver and gallbladder, and ensuring the liver function to be in a normal state by reducing liver fire, relieving depression and stuffiness and soothing the liver and regulating the flow of qi. Liver prefers to relieve depression, often generates qi and anger, and is often disturbed by stagnation of liver qi to cause disorder of qi and blood circulation of the whole body, and other organs are disturbed to possibly cause attack of other diseases.
However, no formula for conditioning from the aspect of sleep is found in the traditional Chinese medicine conditioning formula. In fact, another important method for nourishing and protecting liver and improving immunity is to enhance sleep. The normal sleeping time of an adult is 8 hours, and the adult starts to sleep from about 23 points, so that the adult enters a deep sleep state between 1 point and 3 points in the morning, and the time is the best time for nourishing liver blood; if the sleep quality is not good in this hour, liver blood can not be nourished. Liver blood cannot be nourished, and immunity cannot be recovered and maintained.
The traditional Chinese medicine conditioning formula does not have a formula considering from the aspect of reducing blood fat. Excessive intake of fat is directly related to liver diseases. Half of obese people can have mild fatty liver, and the incidence rate of fatty liver of severely obese patients can reach 61%.
The fat tissue of the fat body is increased, the release of fatty acid and free fatty acid in the body is increased, the fat body becomes a main energy supply substance of the body, and the utilization of glucose is reduced. Generally, the decrease of glucose utilization and the increase of blood glucose level stimulate insulin secretion to inhibit the release of free fatty acids, but when the body fat is increased greatly, the absolute amount of the release of free fatty acids is increased even by the inhibition of insulin, so that excessive fatty acids enter the liver in a large amount to be synthesized into triglyceride, and then fatty liver is formed.
The traditional Chinese medicine conditioning formula does not have a formula considering blood sugar reduction. Blood glucose has a causal relationship with liver adipogenesis and accumulation. Some diabetics control blood sugar with diet. However, when the human body is in a hungry state for a long time due to excessive diet, the body can not obtain enough oxidases, and fat and protein stored in other parts of the body can be mobilized and converted into glucose. The liver is the organ that performs this transformation process. This process allows a large amount of fatty acids to enter the liver. If insufficient choline and protein intake is required in the lipid metabolism process, the lipid metabolism of the liver is affected, and fat is greatly deposited in the liver. In addition, diet can result in inadequate intake of sugar, fat, protein, minerals and cellulose in the body. In this case, the body compensates, and sugar, protein, etc. are converted into fat and accumulated in the liver, thereby forming fatty liver.
The traditional Chinese medicine conditioning formula does not have a formula considering the damage of alcohol to the liver. Prolonged periods of heavy alcohol consumption can lead to Alcoholic liver disease (Alcoholic Hepatitis). Early stages usually manifest as fatty liver, which may progress to alcoholic hepatitis, liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Extensive hepatocellular necrosis, and even liver failure, can be induced by severe alcohol abuse. Alcoholic liver disease is one of the common liver diseases in China, and seriously harms the health of people. In recent years, the proportion of alcoholic liver disease in hospitalized patients with liver disease at the same period is increasing, and the alcoholic liver disease accounts for 21.3% of the current alcoholic liver disease from 4.2% in 1991; the etiology of alcoholic cirrhosis is rising from 10.8% in 1999 to 24.0% in the present year.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a new medicine for improving sleep quality, controlling blood lipid and blood sugar of patients and rapidly eliminating alcohol in vivo, thereby improving immunity of patients, alleviating hangover, and protecting liver.

Kadsura longepedunculata is a vine plant of the family Vitaceae and is known as Ampelopsis grossedentata (Latin). Although Changshouteng vine is not tea, it is used as substitute tea-vine tea due to its slightly bitter taste, sweet aftertaste and health-care function. The analysis result of the nutrient components of the nutrient and food health institute of Chinese preventive medicine academy of sciences shows that: the ampelopsis grossedentata tea (hereinafter referred to as Ampelopsis grossedentata) contains protein, fat, carotene, vitamin E, iron, zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium, selenium and the like, is particularly rich in plant flavone with the content of 45.52 percent, and mainly contains dihydromyricetin, myricetin, myricitrin and the like. Modern pharmacological research proves that the flavone in the long-life vine has the effects of resisting oxidation, protecting liver, regulating blood fat, assisting in reducing blood sugar, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, regulating immunity and the like. Vine tea is also known as the king of flavone in the plant world because of being rich in flavonoid compounds.
The flavone has various effects, is a strong antioxidant, can effectively remove oxygen free radicals in vivo, can inhibit the full-stage overflow of greasy peroxide, has the oxidation prevention capacity which is dozens of times of that of vitamin E, and can prevent cell degeneration, aging and cancer.
The flavone can improve blood circulation and reduce cholesterol, and also contains a PAF anticoagulant factor, which can greatly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and improve the symptoms of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
The flavone compound is proved to reduce 26% of blood sugar and 39% of three-membered fatty acid propyl ester in animal experiments, and the effect of reducing blood sugar is magical, but more importantly, the flavone compound has the function of stabilizing collagen, so that the flavone compound has good effect on retinopathy and capillary embrittlement caused by diabetes mellitus.
The flavone can inhibit exudation of inflammatory biological enzyme, promote wound healing and relieve pain, and quercetin has strong antihistaminic effect, and can be used for treating various allergies.
A study conducted by a Dutch specialist found that 4807 participants demonstrated that people who drink 375 ml of green tea per day had half the probability of heart attack as those who did not drink tea; the incidence of fatal heart disease is only one third of those who do not drink tea. The important reason for this is the flavone contained in green tea (< us clinical nutrition > > 2002.4.25).
The flavone with a certain concentration in the liver can induce the expression of a plurality of drug metabolizing enzymes, so that alcohol can be quickly metabolized into water and carbon dioxide, and the water and the carbon dioxide are quickly excreted out of the body, thereby playing the role of alleviating hangover.
The research of the invention shows that the longevity vine tea does not contain caffeine, so that the longevity vine tea has no side effect of other tea on sleep, but has the effect of helping sleep. The drinking of Ampelopsis grossedentata can prolong sleep time and sleep depth.
The traditional Chinese medicine has quite rich treatment on syndrome differentiation of sleep disorder, and in recent years, many doctors seek the mechanism of occurrence from clinical practice and provide some new thinking of syndrome differentiation.
The scholars think that the etiology and mechanism of insomnia are mainly manifested in the liver, spleen and five internal organs, hold the overall view of 'the five internal organs are all insomnia', advocate to give priority to treatment of the five internal organs, and establish a treatment scheme for insomnia by considering the symptoms and symptoms of the liver, considering the other internal organs and differentiating the symptoms and signs.
The Western medicine considers that the insomnia is vegetative nerve disorder, and the vegetative nerve disorder is also caused by the incoordination of multiple organ operations. This is in good agreement with the traditional Chinese medicine.
The traditional Chinese medicine view considers that a plurality of etiologies and pathologies which cause insomnia are related to liver and spleen disorder, and the selection of the theory and method of treating insomnia in the traditional Chinese medicine focuses on conditioning the liver and spleen on the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
The vine tea is rich in flavonoids, especially dihydromyricetin, various nutritional ingredients such as protein, fat, carotene, vitamin E and the like, and various trace elements such as iron, zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium, selenium and the like, so that the vine tea has multiple functions and has the function of integrally regulating the five internal organs of a human body. For example:
1. blood fat reducing
The effective component dihydromyricetin has oxygen free radical resisting effect, can inhibit in vivo thrombosis, and has unique effect in reducing blood lipid.
2. Regulating blood sugar
3. Protecting liver
The Ampelopsis grossedentata contains abundant flavonoid dihydromyricetin, has obvious liver protection effect, and can inhibit the formation of fatty liver.
4. Promoting digestion and absorption
The vine tea has high nutritive value, can supplement unbalanced nutrient components of a human body after being drunk for a long time, maintains normal physiological metabolism, and has positive significance for human health care.
5. Improving immunity
It is one of the most important functions of ampelopsis grossedentata.
6. Preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
Dihydromyricetin has oxygen free radical resisting effect, can inhibit in vivo thrombosis, and has unique effect in lowering blood pressure.
7. Clearing heat and reducing internal heat
The "fire" in traditional Chinese medicine is divided into excess fire and deficient fire. Excessive fire usually occurs together with liver fire due to liver dysfunction and liver qi stagnation. So the excessive fire should be removed to remove liver fire and heart fire should be lowered; deficient fire is hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, which is mostly caused by liver and kidney yin deficiency. For deficiency fire, bitter and cold herbs can not be used to clear fire and tonify yin. The vine tea is slightly bitter in taste, has the function of clearing fire, and has the function of nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency. In addition, it has the effects of clearing heat and reducing internal heat by comprehensively regulating five internal organs including heart and liver regulation during excessive fire and liver and kidney regulation during deficient fire. The Ampelopsis grossedentata has good effects on excess fire and deficient fire.
8. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antitumor
The flavonoids compounds in the vine tea are compounds with important biological activities of diminishing inflammation, inhibiting abnormal capillary vessels, eliminating free radicals, resisting tumors and the like.
9. Other effects
The vine tea has the functions of eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation and obvious sweating effect.
The effects have positive conditioning effects on liver, spleen, heart, kidney, stomach and lung of human body, thereby improving sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder who drink Ampelopsis grossedentata.
The research of the invention shows that the ampelopsis grossedentata has the function of restoring the liver function. Restoring liver function is the process of restoring and improving the function of liver to expel toxin.
Recent medical studies have found that liver disease viruses, such as hepatitis B virus, are unlikely to cause death of hepatocytes by themselves. The cell membrane has a physiological function called vomiting. The discharge of intracellular foreign matter from the cells themselves is called vomiting. If the cell membrane is normal, the cell membrane makes deformation movement, the cell membrane retracts, the virus can be flashed to the outside of the cell membrane, then the cell membrane returns to normal, and the virus is pushed to the outside of the cell membrane. The phagocytic cells then surround the virus, engulf it, and the cells return to normal conditions. After hepatitis B virus enters liver cell to take part in gene integration, the function of cell membrane is reduced, it generates packet spitting weakness in the packet spitting process, and virus can not be discharged outside the cell membrane smoothly, but is inlaid on the cell membrane, and can not be separated. When the macrophage in human body finds that food (virus) needs to be eaten, the cell membrane wraps the virus, so that the macrophage can not eat the virus. In this case, the macrophages release a large amount of lysozyme, and as a result, the membranes of hepatocytes are dissolved, and the hepatocytes die. The virus forms mobile cells inside, which causes proliferation of connective tissue, which causes portal hypertension, cirrhosis, and induction of liver cancer.
The research of the invention finds that rich trace elements contained in the ampelopsis grossedentata can balance the pH value and the potential difference of intracellular body fluid and extracellular body fluid, and can not cause viruses to be adsorbed on cell membranes and can not be separated due to ionic potential. The research of the invention also finds that rich nutrient substances contained in the vine tea are helpful for helping the cells to restore the activity, thereby improving the emetic power of the vine tea.
Through years of research and development and practice, the invention creates a method for culturing vine by mixing and storing dried orange peel and vine tea in a closed container, such as a porcelain jar. The tangerine peel has a plurality of probiotics, the vine tea contains rich trace elements, when the tangerine peel and the vine tea are mixed and stored, the trace elements and the microorganisms of the two raw materials are mutually transfected, mutually exchange prebiotics and nutrients of the other side, mutually absorb beneficial chemical substances and probiotics of the other side, along with the increase of the transfection time, the types of the probiotics and metabolic substances thereof in the two raw materials are continuously enriched, and the beneficial substances in the two raw materials are multiplied in quantity and concentration.
The method comprises the step of fumigating and dyeing the vine tea for more than 1 year according to the proportion of 3 parts of dried orange peel and 1 part of vine tea.
The pericarpium Citri Tangerinae is prepared by air drying pericarpium Citri Tangerinae. The peeled mandarin orange peel can be classified into pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride, Erhongpi, and scarlet peel according to the varieties of mandarin oranges. Generally, the citrus peel can be called as the tangerine peel after being stored for more than three years, and the citrus peel can become old and fragrant after more than five years. In terms of the flavor and medicinal function of the dried orange peel, the longer the storage time of the dried orange peel is, the better the storage time is. The best quality is the best one among the best ones, especially the best one among them.
The tangerine peel is a volatile oil with the function of aromatic resuscitation, the volatile oil not only stimulates the bronchus to dilate, can obviously reduce phlegm and relieve cough, but also can transport and transform the spleen and stomach, and can be used for treating damp obstruction of the middle warmer, abdominal distension and stuffiness, loose stool and greasy tongue coating and other symptoms. In addition, dried orange peel can dredge heart and cerebral vessels, reduce blood pressure and the like.
In terms of pharmacology, the important active ingredients in the dried orange peel are flavonoids, and the flavonoids in the citrus peel comprise flavone, flavanone, flavonol and the like, and the flavonoids mostly exist in the form of glucoside. The glucoside in pericarpium Citri Tangerinae includes hesperidin (hesperidin ), neohesperidin, and nobiletin (also called nobiletin). Besides the flavonoids mentioned above, some characteristic flavonoids are found in dried orange peel. The components have obvious biological activity in the aspects of oxidation resistance, tumor resistance, blood sugar reduction, cholesterol reduction, cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment, sedation and inflammation elimination, antibiosis and disinsection, platelet aggregation resistance and the like.
The research result of the invention shows that the total amount of flavone substances in the dried orange peel is in direct proportion to the storage time of the dried orange peel.
Through years of research, development and practice, the invention creates a method for culturing the skin by mixing and storing dried orange peel and Yunnan Pu 'er tea, particularly mature Pu' er tea, in a closed container, such as a porcelain jar. The dried orange peel and the Yunnan Pu' er tea are mixed and stored, so that the trace elements and the microorganisms of the two raw materials are mutually transfected, the prebiotics and the nutrients of the probiotics of the opposite side are mutually exchanged, the beneficial chemical substances and the probiotics of the opposite side are mutually absorbed, the types of the probiotics and the metabolic substances thereof in the two raw materials are continuously enriched along with the increase of the transfection time, and the beneficial substances in the two raw materials are multiplied in quantity and concentration.
The skin care of the invention generally takes 2-3 years. The skin is better cultured by using the Yunnan cooked Pu' er tea. If the health-preserving skin is used, the skin-nourishing time needs to be longer, such as more than 5 years.
Through years of research and development and practice, the invention discovers that different vine tea or dried orange peel, even the same dried orange peel with different aging degrees, have different concentrations of beneficial substances or beneficial substances. In order to absorb the beneficial substances in the ampelopsis grossedentata and the dried orange peel as much as possible in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the invention creates a method for mixing different types of ampelopsis grossedentata and different types of dried orange peels with different aging degrees according to different proportions. For example: when vine tea is selected, wild vine tea and artificially planted vine tea are selected; when selecting raw materials for preparing the dried orange peel, mixed peel of green tangerine peel, red peel and scarlet peel is selected; for the aging degree, the dried orange peels with different aging degrees of 5-15 years or more than 15 years are selected and mixed according to different proportions. By mixing, the special substances in different dried orange peels can be gathered and enriched, and the effects of drug effect enhancement, synergy and multiple effects are achieved.
The invention combines the dried orange peel which has the functions of reducing blood sugar, regulating lipid and promoting blood microcirculation with the vine tea which has the functions of regulating lipid, protecting liver, dispelling the effects of alcohol and helping sleep, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has special liver disease treatment effect with clinical treatment significance by a special rattan cultivating method, a skin cultivating method and a method for mixing various raw materials.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition disclosed by the invention has the effects of eliminating liver disease viruses and recovering liver functions by conditioning a plurality of human organs, improving the autoimmunity of a human body, nourishing liver cells and enhancing the exocytosis power of the liver cells on the basis of well controlling the induction factors of the liver diseases and the development of the liver diseases.
