Description

Composition containing trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine and azoxystrobin, seed treating agent and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pesticide composition, and particularly relates to a composition containing trifluoropyrimidine and azoxystrobin, a seed treatment agent and application.
Background
In modern agricultural production, the seed is treated with seed coating agent, and this is one of the economic and simple methods for preventing and controlling soil-borne and seed-borne diseases of underground pests and crops. Seed coating is a formulation of agricultural chemicals with film-forming properties for the treatment of crop or other plant seeds, which cures on the surface of the seed to form a film called a seed coating. The seed coating agent absorbs water and swells in soil without being dissolved, allows water and air required by normal germination of seeds to pass through, slowly releases substances such as pesticides and seed fertilizers, can kill underground pests and pests in seedling stage, and has the effects of preventing and treating diseases and systemic diseases in seedling stage, improving the germination rate of seeds, promoting healthy growth of seedlings and the like. Compared with conventional spraying, powder spraying and soil treatment, the seed treatment technology is the most economical and effective method in plant pest control.
The trifluoro-benzene pyrimidine is a novel mesoion or zwitterion pesticide and is also a novel pyrimidinone compound, has the characteristics of high efficiency, quick effect, lasting effect, low dosage, environmental friendliness and the like, and is mainly used for preventing and treating rice planthoppers, leafhoppers and the like. It has different action mechanism from neonicotinoid insecticide, and features no adverse effect on pollinating insect and no virulent defect of nicotine insecticide such as imidacloprid. The trifluoropyrimidine has broad spectrum, high efficiency and lasting effect, has good control effect on various pests of Lepidoptera, Hemiptera and the like, and can be used for crops such as cotton, rice, corn, soybean and the like. The rice planthoppers, namely Nilaparvata lugens, Laodelphax striatellus and Sogatella furcifera, belong to the Hemiptera (Hemiptera) and the plant hopper family (Delphacidae) and are important pests on Asian rice at present. The damage of the pesticide not only can be achieved by the cluster of adult and nymph to absorb the rice phloem sieve tube juice to influence the growth and development of rice, but also is a vector insect for transmitting various virus diseases. Trifluoropyrimidine belongs to an ultra-efficient pesticide, can be used for preventing and controlling rice planthoppers of rice by spraying, and the dosage of active ingredients is only 15-22.5 g/hectare (namely 1-1.5 g/mu). The pesticide has low toxicity, is suitable for acute oral administration and transdermal administration of mammals, is safe to environment and organism, and has no adverse effect on pollinated insects.
The azoxystrobin is brown solid as a raw pesticide, the pure product is white crystalline solid, the strobilurin fungicide with the largest global sales amount belongs to methoxyacrylate compounds, is a mitochondrial respiration inhibitor, namely inhibits the respiration of mitochondria through electron transfer between cytochrome B and cytochrome C, is effective on strains which generate resistance to 14-demethylase inhibitors, benzamides, dicarboxamides and benzimidazoles, and has protection, treatment, eradication, permeation and systemic activity. Azoxystrobin is a novel efficient, broad-spectrum and systemic fungicide, can be used for stem and leaf spraying and seed treatment, can also be used for soil treatment, has good activity on almost all fungal (ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, oomycetes and fungi imperfecti) diseases, such as powdery mildew, rust disease, glume crime, net blotch, downy mildew, rice blast and the like, and has no cross resistance with the existing fungicides at present. It is used for grains, rice, grapes, potatoes, vegetables, fruit trees and other crops, and is safe for the crops.
In the current agricultural production process, 20-40 days are needed for rice seedling raising, and rice seedlings are extremely easily invaded by various plant diseases and insect pests such as rice planthoppers, seedling plagues, leaf plagues and the like due to factors such as high humidity, high density, rich nutrient substances, poor self stress resistance and the like in a nursery. At present, rice planthoppers and seedling plagues in China are mainly prevented and controlled in a stem and leaf spraying mode, time and labor are consumed, and environmental pollution is easily caused. Meanwhile, the sogatella furcifera and brown planthopper belong to migratory pests, and the pesticide has strong liquidity and difficult control. The occurrence of rice blast is easily affected by temperature and humidity, and the emphasis is on prevention.

The germination rates of rice seeds treated with the compositions in the amounts shown in table 1 were measured by wet paper bed culture, specifically by placing water-absorbent paper in a glass petri dish, thoroughly wetting with water, pouring out excess water, placing about 100 rice seeds in each dish, repeating each treatment 3 times, placing in an incubator at 35 ℃ for 24 hours, and adjusting to 25 ℃. And respectively recording the germination number and the non-germination number of the seeds on the 3 rd day and the 7 th day, and calculating the 3-day germination vigor and the 7-day germination rate of each treated seed. And simultaneously measuring the emergence rate of each treatment, wherein the specific method comprises the steps of selecting 100 rice seeds, uniformly dibbling the rice seeds in a plastic seedling tray, covering a layer of thin soil, keeping a wet state, placing the rice seeds in an indoor dark state for 5 days, moving the rice seeds to the outdoor for seedling culture, replenishing water in time during germination and emergence, and investigating the emergence condition of each treatment on the 15 th day after sowing.
2.2 test results
The test results are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from Table 2, when the effective components are mixed in a ratio of 1:5 to 5:1, the triflumidine and azoxystrobin have certain influence on the germination vigor of 3 days under the condition of the test dosage, which is mainly shown in that the higher the effective dosage of the triflumidine is, the lower the germination vigor is, but after the seeds are treated for 7 days, the germination rate of each treatment is not different from that of a control, and the germination rate of 15 days is also not different from that of the control. The rice seed treatment suspending agent has no influence on the final germination rate and emergence rate of rice.
