Compared with the prior art that the electronic menu is manufactured by directly inputting all contents of expected cooking information, food material information and the like of the electronic menu according to a menu creator, the method for acquiring the electronic menu has the advantages that the menu module application request is sent, the menu module application request carries the menu module identification which is suitable and matched for the request, and the opposite end determines the corresponding electronic menu according to the menu module identification; the electronic menu containing the menu module is received, the step of obtaining the electronic menu is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the electronic menu containing the menu module is saved, the obtaining efficiency of the electronic menu is improved, and therefore a user can quickly and accurately obtain the electronic menu matched with the usability of the specific menu module.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for obtaining an electronic menu, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a sending module 31 and a receiving module 32.
A sending module 31, configured to send a recipe module application request, where the recipe module application request carries a recipe module identifier that is applicable and matched to the request, so that an opposite end determines a corresponding electronic recipe according to the recipe module identifier;
a receiving module 32, configured to receive an electronic menu including the menu module.

Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides another apparatus for obtaining an electronic menu, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a sending module 41, a receiving module 42, a judging module 43, an executing module 44, a displaying module 45 and a shielding module 46.
A sending module 41, configured to send a recipe module application request, where the recipe module application request carries a recipe module identifier that is applicable and matched to the request, so that an opposite end determines a corresponding electronic recipe according to the recipe module identifier;
and the receiving module 42 is used for receiving the electronic menu comprising the menu module.
Further, when the recipe module uses the request, the recipe module application request also carries requester account information, so that the opposite end determines whether the requester has application request authority according to the requester account information.
Further, the receiving module 42 is further configured to receive menu information of a plurality of electronic menus corresponding to the menu module for selection, where the menu module is a menu module corresponding to the menu module identifier.
Further, the receiving module 42 is specifically configured to receive image information or name information of a plurality of electronic recipes corresponding to the recipe module.
Furthermore, the recipe module is suitable for requesting to also carry a cooking module identifier and cooking equipment information corresponding to the account information of the requester, so that the opposite end determines a plurality of electronic recipes which are matched with the cooking equipment information and comprise the recipe module according to the cooking module identifier and the cooking equipment information.

a judging module 43, configured to judge whether account information logged in by the current end matches the account information of the requestor;
and the execution module 44 is configured to execute the content of the electronic menu corresponding to the account information of the requestor if the electronic menu is matched with the account information of the requestor.

a display module 45 for displaying selection information of the menu module applicable request of the electronic menu;
and the shielding module 46 is used for shielding the selection information corresponding to other electronic recipes after the selection information corresponding to the selected recipe module is determined.
Further, the receiving module 42 is further configured to receive, in an information manner, prompt information carrying a service life of the electronic menu.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a storage medium is provided, where at least one executable instruction is stored, and the computer executable instruction may execute the method for acquiring the electronic menu in any of the above method embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal may include: a processor (processor)502, a communication interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (11)
1. An acquisition method of an electronic menu is applied to an electronic menu comprising a plurality of menu modules with independent functions, and comprises the following steps:
sending a menu module application request carrying a menu module identifier which is requested to be applicable and matched, so that the opposite end determines a corresponding electronic menu according to the menu module identifier;
and receiving an electronic menu comprising the menu module.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the recipe module usage request is sent, the recipe module application request further carries requester account information, so that an opposite end determines whether the requester has application request authority according to the requester account information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to receiving the electronic recipe containing the recipe module, further comprising:
and receiving menu information of a plurality of electronic menus corresponding to the menu module for selection, wherein the menu module is the menu module corresponding to the menu module identifier.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein receiving recipe information for a number of electronic recipes corresponding to the recipe module comprises:
and receiving image information or name information of a plurality of electronic recipes corresponding to the recipe module.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the recipe module is adapted to request a cooking module identifier and cooking equipment information corresponding to the account information of the requestor, such that an opposite end determines a plurality of electronic recipes including a recipe module matching the cooking equipment information according to the cooking module identifier and the cooking equipment information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein receiving the electronic recipe containing the recipe module further comprises:
judging whether the account information logged in by the current end is matched with the account information of the requester;
and if so, executing the content of the electronic menu corresponding to the account information of the requester.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein prior to the sending a recipe module application request, the method further comprises:
the menu module displays the selection information of the menu module application request of the electronic menu;
and after the selection information corresponding to the selected menu module is determined, shielding the selection information corresponding to other electronic menus.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after receiving the electronic recipe containing the recipe module, the method further comprises:
and receiving prompt information carrying the service life of the electronic menu in an information mode.
9. An apparatus for obtaining an electronic menu, applied to an electronic menu comprising a plurality of menu modules with independent functions, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a matching module, wherein the sending module is used for sending a menu module application request which carries a menu module identifier suitable for matching so that the opposite end can determine a corresponding electronic menu according to the menu module identifier;
and the receiving module is used for receiving the electronic menu comprising the menu module.
10. A storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method for acquiring an electronic menu according to any one of claims 1-8.
11. A terminal, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the acquisition method of the electronic menu as claimed in any one of claims 1-8.
