Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于轮毂组件的检测装置。
本发明特别适用于设置有滚动轴承的用于车辆的轮毂组件的领域,在该轮毂组件中,用于检测轴承的旋转圈的转速的装置包括与旋转圈成一体的音轮并且还包括能够获取由音轮产生的信号的传感器(通常是速度传感器),从而允许监测(/监视)轮毂组件的运动学运转参数(/运动学操作参数)。下面的描述将通过示例的方式说明这些具体应用,而不会由此失去其一般特征。
背景技术
从以本申请人的名义提交的第102016000119368号意大利专利申请已知一种前述类型的已知速度检测装置,其包括音轮和成形的支撑元件,音轮为由磁化的弹性材料制成的圆柱形遮蔽件(screen)的形式,成形的支撑元件被在角度上约束于轴承的旋转圈。这种检测装置虽然由于成形的支撑元件的特定形式,允许在组装期间调节音轮的轴向位置,补偿音轮相对于传感器的对准的任何误差而具有许多优点,但是这种检测装置由于所述检测装置直接暴露于灰尘和污染物而可能具有缺点,尤其是在从环境角度来看特别关键的一些应用中可能具有缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种没有上述缺点的用于轮毂组件的检测装置。
根据本发明,提供一种用于轮毂组件的检测装置,其具有所附权利要求中描述的特征。

具体实施方式
参照图1,附图标记1在其整体上表示用于轮毂组件2的速度检测装置。具有已知类型且在图1中示意性地示出的组件2设置有滚动轴承3,滚动轴承3包括绕着所述轴承3的旋转轴线A旋转的外圈4。
装置1被设计用于检测轴承3的外旋转圈4的转速(/旋转速度),并且包括:
-径向音轮(phonic wheel)7,与圈4成一体;
-成形的支撑件(/支撑元件)8,键接到圈4上,从而在角度上(angularly)约束于所述圈4,并且安放音轮7,从而(/使得)将音轮7和旋转圈4在角度上锁定在一起;以及
-传感器9,在径向上面对音轮7。
优选但非必须地,音轮7由利用铁磁材料制成的圆柱体限定,并且被设计为与圈4以在角度上锁定在一起的方式旋转,从而将取决于所述圈4的旋转的信号传输到传感器9,传感器9安装在车辆的固定部分10上并且在轴向上从固定部分10突出,从而在径向上面对音轮7,在音轮7与传感器9之间留下具有给定径向厚度的圆柱形间隙11。
检测装置1还包括保护装置(/保护部件)20,保护装置20与旋转圈4成一体以同时保护音轮7和传感器9两者免受外部污染物的影响,并且保护装置20包括圆柱形的环形座21,环形座21在传感器9所在的一侧具有环形开口22以允许将所述传感器9引入到座21中,并且传感器9在轴向上在传感器9的相对侧(即,开口22的相对侧)且在径向上在传感器9自身的外侧被保护。
根据再次如图1所示的那样,保护装置20包括有凸缘的轴向保护遮蔽件(flangedaxial protection screen)23和圆柱形保护遮蔽件24,有凸缘的轴向保护遮蔽件23位于在轴向上面对传感器9的位置,从而在轴向上保护传感器9,因此还在轴向上保护音轮7,圆柱形保护遮蔽件24在径向上位于传感器9的外侧且位于音轮7的相对侧,并且因此还在径向上位于所述音轮7的外侧,从而在径向上保护传感器9和音轮7。圆柱形遮蔽件24在径向上围绕开口22,在所述开口22的相对侧与有凸缘的遮蔽件23相邻并且与有凸缘的遮蔽件23成一体,并且圆柱形遮蔽件24与所述有凸缘的遮蔽件23和旋转圈4一起限定环形座21。
有凸缘的遮蔽件23相对于轴线A垂直地指向,而圆柱形遮蔽件24与轴线A同轴,并且有凸缘的遮蔽件23和圆柱形遮蔽件24一起限定容纳音轮7和传感器9两者的座21,它们保护音轮7和传感器9两者免受在轮毂组件2的使用期间可能与所述轮毂组件2接触的任何污染物(诸如灰尘、水、泥、砂砾)的影响。
保护装置20还包括偏转离心遮蔽件(deflection and centrifuging screen)25,偏转离心遮蔽件25配置在圆柱形遮蔽件24的轴向端26,从所述圆柱形遮蔽件24在径向上向外延伸,并且防护传感器9免受可能与保护装置20接触的任何杂质的影响,因此实际上增加了所述保护装置20的能力。
在图1中示出的装置的实施方式的示例中,有凸缘的遮蔽件23与成形的支撑件8制成为一体件,并且因此安装在与所述成形的支撑件8一起旋转的圈4的圆柱形表面4a上。利用这样的解决方案,保护装置20可以具有高度的轴向紧凑性,并且可以容易且快速地与轴承3组装在一起。
在图2中示出的检测装置1的实施方式的示例中,作为图1中示出的检测装置1的实施方式的示例的替代物,有凸缘的遮蔽件23与成形的支撑件8分开并且独立于成形的支撑件8,并且安装在旋转圈4的圆柱形表面4b上。为此,保护装置20包括管状安装套筒27,管状安装套筒27与有凸缘的遮蔽件23成一体,并且相对于所述有凸缘的遮蔽件23在圆柱形遮蔽件24的相对侧在轴向上延伸。在图2中示出的检测装置1的优选实施方式中,音轮7及其支撑件8可以与保护装置20分开安装,如果轮毂组件2已经设置有检测装置1而没有用于音轮7和传感器9的保护件,则允许在安装期间具有较大程度的灵活性以及加装(/加装配)(retro-fitting)。
应当理解,本发明不限于在此描述和示出的被认为是用于轮毂组件的检测装置的实施方式的示例的实施方式,而是可以关于部件的形式和配置以及构造和组装细节进行进一步的修改。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于轮毂组件(2)的检测装置(1),所述轮毂组件(2)设置有滚动轴承(3),所述检测装置(1)包括:
-音轮(7),由磁化材料制成并且安装在轴承的旋转圈(4)上;
-成形的支撑元件(8),被在角度上约束于所述轴承(3)的旋转圈(4)并且直接配置在所述音轮(7)与所述旋转圈(4)之间,使得所述音轮(7)和所述旋转圈(4)被在角度上锁定在一起;以及
-传感器(9),面对所述音轮(7);
所述检测装置(1)的特征在于,所述检测装置(1)还包括与所述轴承(3)的旋转圈(4)成一体的保护部件(20),使得同时保护所述音轮(7)和所述传感器两者免受外部污染物的影响。
2.根据权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于,所述保护部件包括圆柱形的环形座(21),所述环形座(21)朝向所述传感器(9)敞开,并且所述传感器(9)在轴向上在所述传感器(9)的相对侧且在径向上在所述传感器(9)的外侧被保护。
3.根据权利要求2所述的检测装置,其特征在于,所述保护部件(20)包括轴向保护部(23)和圆柱形保护部(24),所述轴向保护部(23)设置于在轴向上位于所述传感器(9)前方的位置,使得在轴向上保护所述传感器(9)和所述音轮(7),所述圆柱形保护部(24)与所述轴向保护部(23)成一体并且位于在径向上在所述传感器(9)和所述音轮(7)外侧的位置,使得在径向上保护所述传感器(9)和所述音轮(7),并且所述圆柱形保护部(24)与所述轴向保护部(23)和所述旋转圈(4)一起限定所述环形座(21)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的检测装置,其特征在于,所述轴向保护部(23)由与所述成形的支撑元件(8)形成为一体件的有凸缘的遮蔽件(23)限定。
5.根据权利要求3所述的检测装置,其特征在于,所述轴向保护部(23)由一体地安装在所述轴承(3)的所述旋转圈(4)上的有凸缘的遮蔽件(23)限定。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的检测装置,其特征在于,所述保护部件(20)包括偏转离心遮蔽件(25),所述偏转离心遮蔽件(25)配置在所述圆柱形保护部(24)的轴向端(26)。
