Abstract

本发明涉及一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料。其原料组份按照重量份计,包括:天然橡胶100份、1,2—聚丁二烯20‑70份、炭黑10‑30份、白炭黑20‑40份、纳米氧化铝10‑30份、纳米氧化镁10‑30份。有益效果:本发明胎面胶料在低温下也具有一定的柔软性,具备良好的抓着力。纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁的加入,显著提高抓着力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料。
背景技术
室外温度较低的冰雪路面,为了保证行车人的安全,对抓着力的要求更高。而且随着环境温度的降低,轮胎胎面硬度会大幅增加。国内半钢雪地轮胎正处于发展期,目前提高前述轮胎性能手段主要是从轮胎的花纹设计、台面胶料等方面考虑,其中轮胎的抗冰滑性能与胎面胶材料的组成具有密切的关系,因此胎面胶料在整个轮胎的生产使用中起到举足轻重的作用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料。
一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料,其原料组份按照重量份计,包括:天然橡胶100份、1,2—聚丁二烯20-70份、炭黑10-30份、白炭黑20-40份、纳米氧化铝10-30份、纳米氧化镁10-30份。
进一步的,其原料组份按照重量份计,还包括:橡胶防护蜡1-5份、芳烃油5-10份。
有益效果:本发明胎面胶料在低温下也具有一定的柔软性,具备良好的抓着力。纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化镁的加入,显著提高抓着力。

一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料,其原料组份按照重量份计,包括:天然橡胶100份、1,2—聚丁二烯20份、炭黑10份、白炭黑20份、纳米氧化铝10份、纳米氧化镁10份、橡胶防护蜡1份、芳烃油5份。

一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料,其原料组份按照重量份计,包括:天然橡胶100份、1,2—聚丁二烯70份、炭黑30份、白炭黑40份、纳米氧化铝30份、纳米氧化镁30份、橡胶防护蜡5份、芳烃油10份。

一种半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料,其原料组份按照重量份计,包括:天然橡胶100份、1,2—聚丁二烯50份、炭黑20份、白炭黑30份、纳米氧化铝20份、纳米氧化镁20份、橡胶防护蜡5份、芳烃油8份。

2.如权利要求1所述的半钢冰雪路面用轮胎的胎面胶料,其特征在于,所述胎面胶料原料组份按照重量份计,还包括:橡胶防护蜡1-5份、芳烃油5-10份。
