Description

Application of chemical pesticide in prevention and control of pests in ear stage of fresh-eating corn
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural production, and particularly relates to application of a chemical pesticide in prevention and control of pests in a corn ear stage of fresh eating.
Background
In recent years, with the adjustment of the national agriculture industrial structure and the improvement of the living standard of people, the planting area of fresh corn is continuously enlarged, and the fresh corn has unique flavor and rich nutritive value and is deeply popular with people. Due to the unique variety characteristics of the fresh-eating corn, the pests in the ear stage are serious, and the quality and the yield of the fresh-eating corn are influenced. However, for the control of corn pests, chemical pesticides (such as organophosphates, pyrethroids, amides, etc.) are still predominantly sprayed. The problems of food safety, environmental pollution, drug resistance and the like are to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an application of a chemical pesticide in pest control in the ear stage of fresh-eating corn, and the specific technical scheme is as follows:
the application of a chemical pesticide in the prevention and control of the fresh corn ear stage pests is characterized in that the active ingredients of the chemical pesticide are chlorantraniliprole and thiamethoxam. Preferably, the chemical pesticide is forgo.
And an emulsifiable concentrate auxiliary agent is added or not added into the chemical pesticide.
The dosage of the chemical pesticide is 8 g/mu, and the dosage of the missible oil auxiliary agent is 200 ml/mu.
The emulsifiable concentrate auxiliary agent is mineral oil.
The sum of the mass fractions of the active ingredients chlorantraniliprole and thiamethoxam in the chemical pesticide is 40%.
The mass ratio of the chlorantraniliprole to the thiamethoxam is 1: 1.
The chemical pesticide formulation is water dispersible granules.
The chemical pesticide is sprayed onto the base of the corn silk and the entire cob surface 5-7cm after the fresh corn silk is drawn out or 53-55 days after sowing.
The chemical pesticide is sprayed before 10 o 'clock or after 16 o' clock.
After the chemical pesticide disclosed by the invention is used for preventing and controlling the pests in the ear stage of fresh-eating corn, the residual quantity of the thiamethoxam is less than 0.05mg/kg, and the residual quantity of the chlorantraniliprole is less than 0.02mg/kg and is lower than the national standard (refer to GB 2763-2016).
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the screened chemical pesticide Fuge is a systemic and stomach toxicity double-effect mixed pesticide, can be used for preventing and treating various lepidoptera ear-boring pests such as corn borers, cotton bollworms, beet armyworms and the like, and has good and stable prevention and treatment effect; the amount of the chemical pesticide Fuge is lower than the national standard, and the composition can be widely applied to the prevention and treatment of corn and is safe to eat.
(2) The Fuge is a water dispersible granule, compared with an emulsifiable solution preparation, the emulsifiable concentrate has poor adhesion and short duration, and the mineral oil is used as an auxiliary agent to improve the emulsifying effect and enhance the drug effect, so that the control effect reaches 85.02%.
Drawings
FIG. 1 shows the residual trend of thiamethoxam on ears of waxy corn 2010 of Kyoco family in example 1;
FIG. 2 shows the residual tendency of chlorantraniliprole on ears of waxy corn 2010 in Jingke of Foogo in example 1.
Detailed Description
The invention provides application of a chemical pesticide in pest control in the ear stage of fresh-eating corn, and the invention is further explained by combining the embodiment and the attached drawings.
Example 1
The fresh corn is selected from Jingke glutinous 2010, and the chemical pesticide is selected as shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002390430290000031
(1) Pesticide treatment: when the filaments of the Beijing glutinous 2010 variety are drawn out by 5-7cm (about 53-55 days after sowing), the treatment pesticide is sprayed on the base part of the maize filaments and the surface of the whole cob, so that the sprayed pesticide is uniformly scattered on the filaments and the surface of the whole cob. The spraying time is 10 am and 16 pm, and the spraying before rainfall is avoided. The experiment was divided into a total of 5 treatments, one control group, three replicates per treatment, for a total of 18 cells, and a randomized block design. The specific test design is shown in table 2:
table 2 pesticide treatment test design of jingkuo 2010
Figure BDA0002390430290000032
(2) And (3) field investigation: after spraying the liquid medicine, the number of standing ears of fresh corn is investigated on 5 days, 10 days, 15 days and 20 days, and a 5-point sampling method is adopted for each treatment, 30 corn plants are investigated each time, and 150 corn plants are investigated in total. Counting the ear-eating rate and the control effect of the fresh corn before harvesting, wherein the ear-eating rate is calculated according to the following formula 1, and the control effect is calculated according to the following formula 2:
ear-boring ratio (%) - (ear-boring number/total number of investigated plants) × 100 formula 1
Control effect (%) [ (control group ear-eating rate-treatment ear-eating rate)/control group ear-eating rate ] × 100 formula 2
The influence of several groups of chemical pesticides in table 2 on the average ear-boring rate and the control effect of the genistein 2010 of the family of kyoto is analyzed, and the results of the ear-boring rate and the control effect shown in table 3 are obtained:
TABLE 3 Effect of different pesticide treatments on the ear-eating rate and control effect of fresh corn
Figure BDA0002390430290000041
Note: a chlorantraniliprole; b, phoxim; c forgo + mineral oil; d deltamethrin; e, fenitrothion is killed; CK control group;
the data in the table represent mean. + -. standard error, and the lower case letters after the same column of data represent significant differences between treatments (LSD test, P < 0.05)
The results in table 3 show that compared with CK (CK), namely a control group, the 5 chemical agents represented by the groups A-E can obviously reduce the ear-eating rate of fresh corn ears after being controlled at 5d, 10d, 15d and 20d, wherein the control effect of the group C (Fuge + mineral oil) after being controlled at 20d is superior to that of other treatment combinations and reaches 85.02%.
(3) And (3) pesticide residue analysis: after 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 days after the pesticide spraying control, respectively taking 1 corn ear from three repetitions of the treatment of the group C (Fuge + mineral oil), bringing the corn ears back to a laboratory, storing the corn ears in a refrigerator at the temperature of-20 ℃, and providing samples for later pesticide residue detection. The determination of the pesticide residue is completed by Beijing Kaimemiya technical Co., Ltd, wherein the thiamethoxam residue is shown in figure 1, and the chlorantraniliprole residue is shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the residue tendency of forgo on the ears of waxy corns in the family of kygkou 2010 (fig. 1 and 2) generally increases with the time after control, the residue amounts of thiamethoxam and chlorantraniliprole are in a decreasing trend, the residue amounts of thiamethoxam are less than 0.05mg/kg, and the residue amounts of chlorantraniliprole are less than 0.02mg/kg, which are far lower than the national standard (refer to GB 2763-2016).
