The hole forming rate of the anchor rod (cable) drill hole becomes a main reason influencing the tunneling speed of the tunnel, however, along with the increase of the mining depth, the coal rock body is under the action of high ground stress, and the phenomena of large deformation such as crushing and expansion of surrounding rock and the like occur after the tunnel is excavated, so that the anchor rod (cable) drill hole is difficult to form and the hole forming rate is low; in addition, due to the influences of characteristics of rock stratums of coal rock bodies, lithology between layers and occurrence structure differences, special structural surfaces such as a weak structural surface, a fracture broken zone, a weak interlayer, a broken interlayer and a argillization interlayer are formed in the rock stratums, when an anchor rod (cable) is drilled and drilled to the position, holes are easy to collapse and difficult to form, even if holes are formed, the hole wall is broken, the hole diameter of the section of the drilled hole is large, when an anchoring agent is pushed to the section, the anchoring agent is easy to bend and is accumulated at the position, and the anchoring agent is difficult to push into the bottom of the hole, so that the construction quality is influenced.

2. By utilizing the installation pipe, the anchoring agent can smoothly pass through the drilling hole expansion section, and the problem of insufficient stirring of the anchoring agent caused by bending of the anchor cable in the anchoring agent stirring process is also avoided.
3. And a hard resin baffle ring is arranged at the tail end of the anchor cable to separate the anchoring agent from the end part of the installation pipe, so that the installation pipe can be conveniently withdrawn.

(4) after the drilling is finished, withdrawing the drill rod, pushing a section of the installation pipe 2 in the drilling hole, penetrating the installation pipe 2 into one end of the wall protection pipe 1 and penetrating out of the other end of the wall protection pipe 1, and penetrating out of the installation pipe 2 from the other end of the wall protection pipe 1 for a length of more than 50 cm; the installation pipe 2 is a thin-wall stainless steel pipe with the inner diameter of 25-32mm, and the length is preferably within the range of penetrating through the crushed rock body 3;

(7) and taking out the mounting pipe 2 and the wall protecting pipe 1, mounting an anchor cable tray 7 and an anchor cable nut 8 on the anchor cable 4 for fixing, and tensioning the anchor cable.
