The method is characterized in that an original structure is reinforced by using an external prestress through a factory-prefabricated UHPC (ultra high Performance concrete) anchoring block, and the specific method comprises the following steps: firstly, a shearing force notch is formed in the outer wall of an original concrete bridge web plate, and chiseling treatment is carried out; prefabricating a UHPC anchoring block in a factory; mounting the prefabricated UHPC anchoring block to a designed position, and coating mortar or epoxy resin glue on a shear notch and an interface; penetrating and tensioning finish rolling twisted steel bars for connection; and penetrating and tensioning the external prestressed tendons. Compared with the traditional external prestressed anchoring tooth block, the prefabricated UHPC anchoring block has small size, high strength, simple structure and reliable quality; the construction speed is high, and the method is a reliable technical means for realizing external prestress reinforcement of the concrete structure.

5) and transversely tensioning the external prestressed tendons to finish the reinforcement of the original bridge structure.
Based on the steps, the UHPC prefabricated anchoring tooth block has higher tensile strength, the external beam anchoring end adopts the square anchoring base plate, only a small amount of spiral stirrups are arranged near the anchoring end, and stirrups are not arranged at other positions, so that the structure is simplified, the production speed is improved, and the complicated construction process of using the horn-shaped anchoring base plate in the common concrete anchoring tooth block is avoided.
The UHPC prefabricated anchoring tooth block is integrally of a square structure, a convex block is arranged at the rear end of the UHPC prefabricated anchoring tooth block to facilitate matching with a notch, finish-rolled twisted steel ducts are arranged at the front end and the rear end (longitudinally), a prestressed tendon is transversely fixed inside the UHPC anchoring tooth block, one end of the prestressed tendon extends out of the UHPC anchoring tooth block, the other end of the prestressed tendon is fixed outside a square anchor backing plate, a spiral stirrup is arranged on the periphery of the prestressed tendon, and the spiral stirrup is close to one side of the square anchor backing plate.
The prefabricated UHPC anchoring tooth block is suitable for a concrete box girder web plate or a T-shaped girder web plate.
The prefabricated UHPC anchoring tooth block is connected with the original structure in a mode of shearing notches and stretching finish rolled threaded steel bars, so that the connection effect is good, the reliability is high, the construction speed is high, and the damage of a common bar planting method to the original structure is avoided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the UHPC has high tensile strength, can effectively resist the splitting force and the spalling force generated in the tooth block due to the tensile force of the external cable, so that a square anchor backing plate can be adopted, only a small number of spiral stirrups can be arranged at the anchoring end, and no stirrups are arranged at other positions, thereby reducing the size of the anchoring block, simplifying the structure and improving the production speed.
2. The UHPC anchoring tooth block adopts a factory prefabricated production method, has reliable quality, avoids the complicated procedures of on-site mold erecting and pouring, and accelerates the construction speed.
3. The prefabricated anchoring tooth block is connected with the original beam body through the shear notch and the stretching and finishing twisted steel, the integrity is good, the connection is reliable, and the damage of the conventional bar planting means to the original structure is avoided.
