step 1: surface treatment of the glass magnesium board: the thickness is determined through a thickness determining roller according to the required specification, and a sander is used for carrying out double-sanding treatment on the surface of the glass magnesium board;
step 2: gluing: the solid PUR adhesive is melted into fluid at high temperature and is guided into a novel full-automatic laminating machine;
and step 3: inspecting before attaching: checking whether the components of the novel full-automatic laminating machine are normal or not, and performing lubricating and cleaning work before starting up;
and 4, step 4: feeding: respectively placing and winding the glass magnesium board and the wallpaper in the designated area of the full-automatic laminating machine, and keeping the glass magnesium board and the wallpaper flat;
and 5: pre-excision: the width of the glass magnesium board is adapted to the width of the wallpaper, and if the width of the wallpaper is wide, the redundant part of the wallpaper is cut off;
step 6: attaching: starting a full-automatic laminating machine, and bonding the adhesive with the glass magnesium board and the wallpaper by using the advanced technologies of continuous pressurization, multi-point laminating technology, automatic gluing and gluing, automatic heating, automatic pressurization and pressure regulation and the like;
and 7: and (3) dividing: after the adhesive is cooled, cutting the wallpaper on the surfaces of the glass magnesium boards by a cutter;
and 8: packaging: and collecting the processed magnesium oxide board by workers, and finishing the packaging work.
