Abstract
本发明公开了一种畜牧养殖用消毒液及其制备方法,其技术方案要点是按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁15~20份,醋酸1~3份,熟石灰粉3~5份,纳米级氯化银粉末1~2份,高锰酸钾0.2~0.5份,0.15%四霉素水剂2~3份,苯氧乙醇0.1~0.2份,纯水80~100份,并采用分步混合的方法进行制备,本发明的优点在于对被消毒的人体和养殖物种无毒害,对水质和环境无污染,且相比于传统的天然杀菌剂杀菌效果更好,且添加了艾草汁,还具备有一般消毒液不具备的驱虫效果;操作使用方法简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种消毒液及其制备方法,更具体地说,它涉及一种畜牧养殖用消毒液及其制备方法。
背景技术
家禽畜牧养殖消毒液可用于各种家禽畜牧养殖行业的抗菌消毒。已有家禽畜牧养殖行业的消毒产品品种很多,常见的有漂白粉、漂白精、二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸、二氧化氯、***、高锰酸钾、双氧水、过氧乙酸、乙酸等,抗菌消毒性能不一,有高、中、低效之分。往往是高效消毒制剂的有效浓度的含量与价格成正比;对水质的影响较大,消毒剂对家禽畜牧养殖生长影响较重,其残留危害相对较小;有毒性、腐蚀性、刺激性气味;对环境有污染;对被消毒物品有一定的损坏等缺点。因此,家禽畜牧养殖行业一直希望能有一种抗菌消毒效率高、安全稳定、对环境无污染、对被消毒的动物及物品无影响,高效新型的家禽畜牧养殖行业消毒产品。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种畜牧养殖用消毒液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种畜牧养殖用消毒液,其特征在于:按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁15~20份,醋酸1~3份,熟石灰粉3~5份,纳米级氯化银粉末1~2份,高锰酸钾0.2~0.5份,0.15%四霉素水剂2~3份,苯氧乙醇0.1~0.2份,纯水80~100份。
作为优选的,按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁20份,醋酸2份,熟石灰粉4份,纳米级氯化银粉末2份,高锰酸钾0.3份,0.15%四霉素水剂3份,苯氧乙醇0.1份,纯水80份。
制备如权利要求1所述的畜牧养殖用消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取5份纯水,将高锰酸钾溶解于其中,备用;
(2)取25份纯水,混入20份艾草汁,2份醋酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)将2份纳米级氯化银粉末和4份熟石灰粉混入步骤(2)制得的混合溶液中,加热至45℃后,充分搅拌至熟石灰粉和纳米级氯化银粉末充分悬浮呈胶体状;
(4)将步骤(1)中获得的溶液混合入步骤(3)中获得的溶液中,共同降温至室温,充分搅拌,备用;
(5)取50份纯水,加入3份0.15%四霉素水剂后均匀混合,再加入0.1份苯氧乙醇,充分搅拌10min,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)和步骤(5)中获得的溶液分别装入两个料筒内,两个料筒间以混合连通喷头相连接。
本发明相对现有技术相比具有以下优点:对被消毒的人体和养殖物种无毒害,对水质和环境无污染,且相比于传统的天然杀菌剂杀菌效果更好,且添加了艾草汁,还具备有一般消毒液不具备的驱虫效果;操作使用方法简便。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明畜牧养殖用消毒液及其制备方法实施例做进一步说明。
一种畜牧养殖用消毒液,其特征在于:按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁15~20份,醋酸1~3份,熟石灰粉3~5份,纳米级氯化银粉末1~2份,高锰酸钾0.2~0.5份,0.15%四霉素水剂2~3份,苯氧乙醇0.1~0.2份,纯水80~100份。
按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁20份,醋酸2份,熟石灰粉4份,纳米级氯化银粉末2份,高锰酸钾0.3份,0.15%四霉素水剂3份,苯氧乙醇0.1份,纯水80份。
制备该畜牧养殖用消毒液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取5份纯水,将高锰酸钾溶解于其中,备用;
(2)取25份纯水,混入20份艾草汁,2份醋酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)将2份纳米级氯化银粉末和4份熟石灰粉混入步骤(2)制得的混合溶液中,加热至45℃后,充分搅拌至熟石灰粉和纳米级氯化银粉末充分悬浮呈胶体状;
(4)将步骤(1)中获得的溶液混合入步骤(3)中获得的溶液中,共同降温至室温,充分搅拌,备用;
(5)取50份纯水,加入3份0.15%四霉素水剂后均匀混合,再加入0.1份苯氧乙醇,充分搅拌10min,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)和步骤(5)中获得的溶液分别装入两个料筒内,两个料筒间以混合连通喷头相连接。
以该配方及方法制备的畜牧养殖用消毒液,以50ml每平米的布撒用量对实验环境进行布撒消毒作业,撒药前取样测单位面积菌群数量,撒药后静置15min后去同样位置测量菌群数量,计算得杀菌效率为95.2%,此外撒药后观测得有效驱虫时间为372min。

1.一种畜牧养殖用消毒液,其特征在于:按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁15~20份,醋酸1~3份,熟石灰粉3~5份,纳米级氯化银粉末1~2份,高锰酸钾0.2~0.5份,0.15%四霉素水剂2~3份,苯氧乙醇0.1~0.2份,纯水80~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜牧养殖用消毒液,其特征在于:按质量份数计包括以下组分,艾草汁20份,醋酸2份,熟石灰粉4份,纳米级氯化银粉末2份,高锰酸钾0.3份,0.15%四霉素水剂3份,苯氧乙醇0.1份,纯水80份。
3.制备如权利要求1所述的畜牧养殖用消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取5份纯水,将高锰酸钾溶解于其中,备用;
(2)取25份纯水,混入20份艾草汁,2份醋酸,搅拌均匀;
(3)将2份纳米级氯化银粉末和4份熟石灰粉混入步骤(2)制得的混合溶液中,加热至45℃后,充分搅拌至熟石灰粉和纳米级氯化银粉末充分悬浮呈胶体状;
(4)将步骤(1)中获得的溶液混合入步骤(3)中获得的溶液中,共同降温至室温,充分搅拌,备用;
(5)取50份纯水,加入3份0.15%四霉素水剂后均匀混合,再加入0.1份苯氧乙醇,充分搅拌10min,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)和步骤(5)中获得的溶液分别装入两个料筒内,两个料筒间以混合连通喷头相连接。
