Abstract

蓄电组件
技术领域
本发明涉及将具有正极端子和负极端子的蓄电元件多个串联连接的蓄电组件。
背景技术
双电层电容器(Electric double layer capacitor:EDLC)等蓄电元件具有正极端子和负极端子,单体通常具有2.5V~3V左右的额定电压。因此,在相对于必要的电压而蓄电元件单体的额定电压不足的情况下,如专利文献1所记载的那样,大多是在印刷电路板上串联连接多个蓄电元件,作为收纳在壳体中的蓄电组件来使用。
图5是这样的蓄电组件的例子、在印刷电路板安装有2个蓄电元件的蓄电组件的立体图。图6是从侧面表示图5的蓄电组件中的蓄电元件的焊接状态的图。图5所示的蓄电组件,在印刷电路板4的一个面搭载有第1蓄电元件2和第2蓄电元件3。蓄电元件的正极端子和负极端子插通设置于印刷电路板4的贯通孔,在印刷电路板4的另一个面借助焊料7被固定。位于印刷电路板4的两端的正极端子和负极端子分别从印刷电路板4的贯通孔被引出,作为蓄电组件1的外部端子5被利用。
另一方面,位于外部端子5的内侧的蓄电元件的正极端子和负极端子通过形成于印刷电路板4的金属图案电连接。这时,关于位于外部端子5的内侧的端子,为了抑制其从印刷电路板4的另一个面伸出的长度,将其切断成从印刷电路板4稍微伸出的程度的长度并被焊接。通过缩短端子的长度,焊接部的高度被抑制成堆起的焊料7的高度。

发明要解决的技术问题
但是,在焊料7的量变多的情况下,或者端子的长度被切短的情况下,端子的前端部如图5、6所示成为被埋入在焊料7的状态,从外观上不能确认。因此,通过目视不能确认端子的焊接状态,难以发现焊接的不良。本发明是鉴于这样的情况而完成的发明,其目的在于提供一种蓄电组件,其能够通过目视容易地确认蓄电元件的端子的焊接状态。
用于解决技术问题的技术方案
本发明包括以下(1)至(3)的方式。(1)一种蓄电组件,其为将分别具有正极端子和负极端子的多个蓄电元件电串联连接而成的蓄电组件,该蓄电组件的特征在于:上述多个蓄电元件配置在基片的一个面上,上述正极端子和负极端子插通设置于上述基片的贯通孔,并被焊接在上述基片的另一个面,上述正极端子和负极端子之中,与其他蓄电元件的负极端子电连接的正极端子以及与其他蓄电元件的正极端子电连接的负极端子的前端部,在上述基片的另一个面侧被弯曲并且从焊料伸出而可目视。(2)的特征在于,在(1)中,上述前端部沿上述基片的另一个面被弯曲。(3)的特征在于,在(1)或(2)中,上述前端部以在俯视时不从上述基片的外缘伸出的方式弯曲。
发明效果
依照本发明,能够提供一种蓄电组件,其能够通过目视容易地确认蓄电元件的端子的焊接状态。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,说明本发明的蓄电组件的实施方式。
图1是实施方式的蓄电组件1的立体图。实施方式的蓄电组件1是将具有正极端子和负极端子的第1蓄电元件2与第2蓄电元件3串联地安装在作为基片的印刷电路板4上形成为一体的蓄电组件。第1、第2蓄电元件2、3能够使用双电层电容器(EDLC),例如能够使用2个相同额定电压的EDLC。
第1蓄电元件2和第2蓄电元件3并列地配置在印刷电路板4的一个面。在印刷电路板4设置有供第1、第2蓄电元件2、3的正极端子和负极端子插通的贯通孔,各端子借助焊料7被固定在印刷电路板4的另一个面。
第1蓄电元件2的正极端子和第2蓄电元件3的负极端子从印刷电路板4的贯通孔被引出,作为蓄电组件1的外部端子5使用。另外,位于外部端子5的内侧的第1蓄电元件2的负极端子和第2蓄电元件3的正极端子是通过印刷电路板4的金属图案电连接的端子6,通过将第1蓄电元件2的负极端子与第2蓄电元件3的正极端子电连接,而第1蓄电元件2与第2蓄电元件3被串联连接。
图2是表示蓄电元件的焊接状态的图,从侧面示出了第2蓄电元件3的端子6的焊接部。图3是从端子6的焊接部除去焊料7,示意性地表示前端部的状态的图。实施方式的端子6如图2、3所示,从印刷电路板4的另一个面伸出,伸出的端子6的前端部沿印刷电路板4的另一个面大致平行地弯曲。焊接在端子6被弯曲的部分进行,如图1、图2所示,端子6的前端部从在印刷电路板4堆起的焊料7向弯曲的方向伸出。因为能够从外观确认焊接部的端子6和焊料7的状态,所以能够通过目视容易地判断焊接的好坏。另外,在发现了焊接不良的情况下,也能够容易地利用烙铁等进行修正。
因为端子6的前端部沿印刷电路板4的另一个面弯曲,所以即使将端子6的长度形成为从焊料7伸出的长度,端子6的前端部也不在厚度方向上伸出而沿印刷电路板4的另一个面伸出。端子6的焊接部的高度与现有技术同样是在印刷电路板4堆起的焊料7的高度程度。另外,在俯视的情况下,端子6的前端部在俯视时不从印刷电路板4的外缘伸出,而形成为收敛在印刷电路板4的平面内的长度。因此,即使将端子6形成为从焊料7伸出的长度,需要的空间也是很小的,对蓄电组件的小型化造成的影响也很小。
另外,在焊接作业之前,因为端子6的前端部被弯曲,由于弯曲而基片4被蓄电元件3的主体和端子6夹着而稳定,能够提高焊接作业的效率。端子6的前端部的弯曲加工可以在将端子6插通在印刷电路板4的贯通孔中之后进行,也可以准备具有前端部已弯曲加工的端子6的蓄电元件,将已弯曲加工的端子6插通在印刷电路板4的贯通孔中。此外,在图1、2中为了进行说明图示了蓄电元件的焊接部露出的状态,为了防止短路和保护焊接部,可以用绝缘材料覆盖端子6、焊料7等,另外也可以将蓄电组件1收纳在壳体等中。
图4是本发明的另一实施方式的蓄电组件1的立体图。另一实施方式是将3个蓄电元件串联地安装在印刷电路板4上形成为一体的方式,例如将相同额定电压的3个EDLC串联连接的蓄电组件。在另一实施方式中,第1蓄电元件2的正极端子和第2蓄电元件3的负极端子从印刷电路板4的贯通孔被引出,作为蓄电组件1的外部端子5使用。在外部端子5的内侧配置的第1蓄电元件2的负极端子、第2蓄电元件3的正极端子、以及第3蓄电元件8的正极端子和负极端子,是与相邻的其它蓄电元件的正极端子或负极端子电连接的端子6,第1至第3蓄电元件2、3、8通过设置于印刷电路板4的金属图案被串联连接。
在另一实施方式中,端子6的焊接部如图2、3所示,从印刷电路板4的另一个面伸出的端子6的前端部沿印刷电路板4的另一个面大致平行地弯曲,在弯曲的部分被焊接于印刷电路板4。端子6被弯曲到相同的方向,端子6的前端部从在印刷电路板4堆起的焊料7向弯曲的方向伸出而能够目视,因此能够容易地发现焊接的好坏。
对于第3蓄电元件8,准备具有预先已弯曲加工的端子6的蓄电元件,在插通于印刷电路板4的贯通孔中的情况下,如果相对于正极端子和负极端子预先决定了端子6的弯曲方向,则即使在将已弯曲加工的端子6插通在印刷电路板4的贯通孔中之后,也能够判别第3蓄电元件8的端子6的极性。例如在图4中,在将第3蓄电元件8的端子6安装在印刷电路板4时,误将极性颠倒地插通了的情况下,因为插通印刷电路板的端子6的弯曲方向变成180度相反的方向,所以能够容易地发现。
当串联连接的蓄电元件的数量变多时,端子6的焊接部位的数量增加,对于本发明的蓄电组件能够通过目视来判断焊接的好坏,因此能够提高焊接的作业性,能够提高焊接部的可靠性。
