一直以来,大型三甲医院担负着培养医护人员的重要责任,肩负临床教学的重要使命,如何更好地提高手术教学的质量,是医院迫切需求解决的问题。传统的教学方式通常是现场观摩,而狭窄的手术室空间必然会限制观摩人员的数量,对手术感染率也会带来负面影响,如果是一些复杂的手术,还会请求上级医院或外省的专家教授进行协助指导,常规情况下,只能要求专家教授抵达现场教学,费时费力。由计算机技术、视频技术和网络通信技术发展而来的手术示教***,有效的解决了这个问题,通过音视频编解码技术,可将手术现场音视频实时转播,供示教室众多医生、实习生观摩学习,同时也可连线身在外地的专家教授,针对手术情况进行远程指导,手术观摩的空间、距离、人数限制迎刃而解。
但是目前的手术示教设备功能单一,完成一次示教视频的录制需要设置多种示教设备,让本来空间有限的手术室更加拥挤,且影响医生的操作。且现有手术示教***仅限于视音频的双向传输与存储,缺乏更深层次的应用,使手术示教的效果大打折扣。

SDI接口芯片02和ADV接收器03均通过BT1120接口协议连接至多个编码模块04,对视频数据进行编码,USB Hub指的是一种可以将一个USB接口扩展为多个,并可以使这些接口同时使用的装置。通过特定的压缩技术,将某个视频格式的文件转换成另一种视频格式文件的方式,从而使主机能够兼容更多不同格式的视频数据。编码模块04通过USB Hub与主控芯片05连接,主控芯片05对经过编码的视频数据进行解码后输出至示教端供学员学习。

本实施例的主机内还设置有至少两个硬盘录像插槽,存储支持内置双2.5寸盘录制,支持录制过程中更换硬盘。主机的正面设置有显示屏和控制面板,显示屏用于显示码流、接口信号和硬盘录存状态,控制面板与主控芯片05控制连接,以实现主机的触控操作。
主机还设置有电源接口、USB接口和电源开关ON,电源接口用于实现主机的电源供给,电源开关用于控制主机的工作状态,USB接口用于实现主机与其他设备的电连接。
参考图3,与上述实施例对应的一种医疗示教***包括手术室终端设备、示教管理服务器16、示教终端设备21以及一种医疗示教主机,手术室终端设备与医疗示教主机电连接,用于采集并传输手术的实时音视频数据,手术室终端设备包括腔镜、吊臂摄像机、达芬奇手术机器人Davinci等医疗设备,通过数据传输技术将手术室终端设备与主机相连接。通过SDI接口将采集的视频数据传输至医疗示教主机。
医疗示教主机用于对手术的实时音视频数据进行数据处理,并发送至可连接的示教终端设备,同时将实时音视频数据状态以及主机的性能状态、网络状态、硬件及软件版本等上传至示教管理服务器16,医疗示教主机的软件功能实现还包括实时存储模块06、音频互动模块07、音频导播模块08、画中画模块09、场景切换模块10、字幕制作模块11和标志叠加模块12,实时存储模块06用于将手术室终端设备采集的数据进行实时存储,音频互动模块07用于处理手术端和学习端的互动请求,音频导播模块08用于执行***的导播请求,画中画模块09用于实现画中画展示功能,自定义调整画面位置与大小,场景切换模块10用于切换不同的手术室操作场景,字幕制作模块11用于为画面匹配字幕,标志叠加模块12用于为视频叠加水印和标志,具有很强的集成度。
示教管理服务器16用于对实时音视频数据进行管理和存储,并对手术室终端设备以及示教终端设备进行状态和性能的监控,以响应转播室的示教终端设备21的调取请求;示教管理服务器16配置有存储管理单元13、示教终端设备管理单元14和视频点播单元15,存储管理单元13用于将实时音视频数据存储区在云端,能够实现录制本地输入的视频和两路物理输出多画面的视频;示教终端设备管理单元14用于对每一个示教终端设备21的数据请求和播放内容进行管理;视频点播单元15用于响应示教终端设备21的调取请求。
示教终端设备21用于接收来自于手术室终端设备的实时音视频数据,并播放实时音视频数据,以供学员观摩学习。示教终端设备21包括导播切换模块17、实时存储模块18、音频互动模块19和多画面处理模块20,所述导播切换模块17用于切换播放的视频数据,实时存储模块18用于对播放的实时数据进行存储,音频互动模块19用于学习人员与手术室人员的实时互动,多画面处理模块用于对多画面的展示进行管理。
本实施例采用linux底层+LUA应用层混合框架,支持多种协议以插件的形式添加到应用支持中,实现多种功能,包括双输出异显/同显快速秒级切换;设备自动发现、视频流自动发现:局域网内设备快速发现和控制,以方便添加各个设备的采集视频流;灵活的模版设计,各个输出的各个窗口可以简单方便就行修改;各个窗口可以随意设定播放视频源,如网络源、本地采集源;播放多个视频源时灵活开关各个音频的灵活混音播放方式;推送流时可以随意选择采集画面采用内嵌音频/模拟采集音频/多个音频通道;流服务格式灵活转换功能;云平台管理,方便部署、配置;视频流管理;采集视频和输出图像都能自动录像的全面录像功能以及双硬盘交替录像的持续录制功能。

Claims (8)

1.一种医疗示教主机,其特征在于,所述主机包括:主机本体、SDI接口芯片、ADV接收器、多个编码模块、主控芯片和多个硬件接口,所述SDI接口芯片、ADV接收器、多个编码模块和主控芯片安装在主机本体内部,所述多个硬件接口设置在主机本体的侧面,且多个硬件接口与对应的SDI接口芯片或ADV接收器或主控芯片电连接,所述SDI接口芯片和ADV接收器均通过编码模块与主控芯片电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗示教主机,其特征在于,所述多个硬件接口包括三路SDI输入、一路DVI输入、STEREO音频口、网口、三路SDI环出、一路DVI输出、一路SDI输出和USB接口,所述SDI输入连接至SDI接口芯片,所述DVI输入连接至ADV接收器,所述STEREO音频口、网口、DVI输出、一路SDI输出和USB接口均连接至主控芯片,所述三路SDI环出与SDI接口芯片连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗示教主机,其特征在于,所述主机内还设置有至少两个硬盘录像插槽,所述主机的正面设置有显示屏和控制面板,所述显示屏用于显示码流、接口信号和硬盘录存状态,所述控制面板与主控芯片控制连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种医疗示教主机,其特征在于,所述主机还设置有电源接口、USB接口和电源开关。
5.一种医疗示教***,其特征在于,所述***包括手术室终端设备、示教管理服务器、示教终端设备以及权利要求1-4所述的一种医疗示教主机;
所述手术室终端设备与医疗示教主机电连接,用于采集并传输手术的实时音视频数据;
所述医疗示教主机用于对手术的实时音视频数据进行数据处理,并发送至可连接的示教终端设备,同时将实时音视频数据状态以及主机的性能状态、网络状态、硬件及软件版本等上传至示教管理服务器;
所述示教管理服务器用于对实时音视频数据进行管理和存储,并对手术室终端设备以及示教终端设备进行状态和性能的监控,以响应转播室的示教终端设备的调取请求;
所述示教终端设备用于接收来自于手术室终端设备的实时音视频数据,并播放实时音视频数据。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种医疗示教***,其特征在于,所述医疗示教主机包括实时存储模块、音频互动模块、音频导播模块、画中画模块、场景切换模块、字幕制作模块和标志叠加模块,所述实时存储模块用于将手术室终端设备采集的数据进行实时存储,所述音频互动模块用于处理手术端和学习端的互动请求,所述音频导播模块用于执行***的导播请求,所述画中画模块用于实现画中画展示功能,自定义调整画面位置与大小,所述场景切换模块用于切换不同的手术室操作场景,所述字幕制作模块用于为画面匹配字幕,所述标志叠加模块用于为视频叠加水印和标志。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种医疗示教***,其特征在于,所述示教管理服务器配置有存储管理单元、示教终端设备管理单元和视频点播单元,所述存储管理单元用于将实时音视频数据存储区在云端;所述示教终端设备管理单元用于对每一个示教终端设备的数据请求和播放内容进行管理;所述视频点播单元用于响应示教终端设备的调取请求。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种医疗示教***,其特征在于,所述示教终端设备包括导播切换模块、实时存储模块、音频互动模块和多画面处理模块,所述导播切换模块用于切换播放的视频数据,所述实时存储模块用于对播放的实时数据进行存储,所述音频互动模块用于学习人员与手术室人员的实时互动,所述多画面处理模块用于对多画面的展示进行管理。
