a user opens the recovery door (20), takes out the waterproof environment-friendly recovery bag, carries out subsequent recovery and puts in a new environment-friendly bag at the same time; the horizontal conveyor belt (17) and the lifting conveyor belt (18) convey the new recycle bags to the lower part of the recycling port (9) again, and the process is repeated in a circulating way.
