The waterproof carton of claim 2, wherein: the inner side wall of the side box plate (21) and the outer side wall of the overlapped plate (3) are respectively provided with a plurality of first waterproof nylon fasteners (31) along the width direction of the whole side plate (211), and the length direction of each first waterproof nylon fastener (31) is arranged along the length direction of the whole side plate (211); the first waterproof nylon fastener (31) on the side box plate (21) is adhered with the first waterproof nylon fastener (31) on the overlapped plate (3).

The waterproof carton of claim 3, wherein: the top cover plate (4) comprises a sealing plate (41) and side plates (42) which are positioned on the periphery of the sealing plate and integrally formed, and a second crease line (43) is arranged between the sealing plate (41) and each side plate (42); the side edge plate (42) is jointed with the side box plate (21).
5. The waterproof carton of claim 4, wherein: and a second waterproof nylon fastener (421) adhered to the first waterproof nylon fastener (31) is arranged on the outer side wall of the side plate (42).
6. The waterproof carton of claim 3, wherein: the outer side wall of the sealing plate (41) and the outer side wall of the side plate (42) are both provided with a first waterproof layer (44) in a sticking manner; the first waterproof layer (44) is a plastic packaging film or a plastic soft board.
7. The waterproof carton of claim 6, wherein: a second waterproof layer (45) is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the top cover plate (4) and is positioned at the second crease line (43); the second waterproof layer (45) is a plastic package film or a plastic soft board.
8. The waterproof carton of claim 1, wherein: a third waterproof layer (214) is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the side box plate (21); and the third waterproof layer (214) is a plastic package film or a plastic soft board.
9. The waterproof carton of claim 2, wherein: the size of the butt joint side plate (212) provided with the overlapping plate (3) along the length direction of the whole side plate (211) is smaller than the size of the butt joint side plate (212) on the other side of the whole side plate (211) along the length direction of the whole side plate (211).
