Performance testing
The modified vinylon yarns prepared in examples 1, 5 to 10 were subjected to a friction test.
The friction test was conducted as follows:
continuously pulling the modified vinylon sewing thread by using a horizontal force of 15N, placing the straightened terylene sewing thread on the surface of the smooth marble, and pressing 5kg of smooth marble on the terylene sewing thread.
Under the condition of keeping horizontal tension, the smooth marble is slid in the direction vertical to the modified vinylon sewing thread, the reciprocating distance is 20X 2cm, and the modified vinylon sewing thread is broken (reciprocating sliding is 1 time) for how many times.

Claims (10)
1. The edge folding process for manufacturing the trousers edge is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparing the edges of the trousers to be folded, cutting the edges of the trousers into front cut pieces and rear cut pieces;
(2) one side of the front cut piece is subjected to edge sealing;
(3) one side of the back cut piece is subjected to edge sealing;
(4) folding and fixing the dense edges in the step (3) and the step (4) for the first time;
(5) and folding the fixed dense edges inwards for the second time, and performing side bone seaming at the second folded position.
2. A strong and aesthetically pleasing pant edge structure, characterized in that it is obtained by the hemming process of claim 1.
3. The strong and attractive hem structure of claim 2, wherein the hem structure is comprised of a front panel and a back panel;
the front cut piece is divided into a front sealed edge area, a front first folding line, a front first fixing line, a front second folding line and a front sealed edge;
the rear cut piece is divided into a rear sealed edge area, a rear first folding line, a rear first fixing line, a rear second folding line and a rear sealed edge;
the front cut piece and the back cut piece are sutured on one side through lateral bone commissures of the front second folding line and the back second folding line;
the front cut piece and the back cut piece are sewed through the coincidence of the front sealed edge and the back sealed edge.
4. A strong and aesthetically pleasing leg cuff structure as in claim 3 wherein said front dense side region has a width of 0.2 to 1 cm.
5. A strong and aesthetically pleasing leg cuff structure as in claim 4, wherein said front dense side region has a width of 0.2-0.5 cm.
6. A strong and aesthetically pleasing leg cuff structure as in claim 3 wherein the distance between said first front fold line and said second front fold line is from 0.5cm to 1.5 cm.
7. A strong and aesthetically pleasing leg cuff structure as in claim 3 wherein the distance between said first front fold line and said second front fold line is from 0.5cm to 1.0 cm.
8. A strong and attractive hem structure according to claim 3, wherein the front first fold line is provided by means of a zipper line.
9. A sewing thread for use in a hem structure according to any one of claims 2 to 8.
10. The sewing thread of claim 9, wherein the sewing thread is a modified vinylon thread.
