本发明公开了一种PP复合无纺布的生产工艺,主要原料纤维包括丙纶化纤、锦纶化纤及粘胶化纤,包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料加工:将丙纶纤维60‑70份,锦纶化纤40‑50份与粘胶化纤8‑10份输送至搅拌装置内混合;步骤二,开松:将步骤一中混合后原料通过开松机进行开松;步骤三,制网:将步骤二中开松后的原料用无纺布梳理机制成无纺布纤维网;步骤四,缝边:将步骤三中将无纺布纤维网送入缝边机的缝边区,进行缝边加固,制得所需的无纺布。

技术领域
本发明属于垫布生产技术领域,具体涉及一种PP复合无纺布的生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品。目前,无纺布广泛应用于工业用布、医疗卫生用布、家庭装饰用布、农业用布等方面,现有PP复合无纺布加工工艺较为繁琐,抗拉、耐磨性能都较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PP复合无纺布的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种PP复合无纺布的生产工艺,主要原料纤维包括丙纶化纤、锦纶化纤及粘胶化纤,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,原料加工:将丙纶纤维60-70份,锦纶化纤40-50份与粘胶化纤8-10份输送至搅拌装置内混合;
步骤二,开松:将步骤一中混合后原料通过开松机进行开松;
步骤三,制网:将步骤二中开松后的原料用无纺布梳理机制成无纺布纤维网;
步骤四,缝边:将步骤三中将无纺布纤维网送入缝边机的缝边区,进行缝边加固,制得所需的无纺布;
步骤五,包装:将步骤四中制得的无纺布卷绕、包装。
优选的,所述步骤一中丙纶化纤为阻燃聚丙烯纤维、远红外聚丙烯纤维、细特及超细特聚丙烯纤维中的一种。
优选的,所述步骤一中锦纶化纤为涤纶短纤。
优选的,所述步骤一中粘胶化纤为粘胶丝。
优选的,所述步骤四中无纺布的厚度为4mm。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提出的一种PP复合无纺布的生产工艺与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明制备的高弹性衬布使其具有较好的效果,以丙纶化纤、锦纶化纤及粘胶化纤为主要原料,使其具有较好的抗拉伸和耐磨性能。该工艺流程短,大大节省了生产时间,生产效率高,操作简单。

步骤一,原料加工:将丙纶纤维70份,锦纶化纤50份与粘胶化纤10份输送至搅拌装置内混合;
步骤三,制网:将步骤二中开松后的原料用无纺布梳理机制成无纺布纤维网;
步骤四,缝边:将步骤三中将无纺布纤维网送入缝边机的缝边区,进行缝边加固,制得所需的无纺布;
步骤五,包装:将步骤四中制得的无纺布卷绕、包装。

步骤二,开松:将步骤一中混合后原料通过开松机进行开松;
步骤三,制网:将步骤二中开松后的原料用无纺布梳理机制成无纺布纤维网;
步骤四,缝边:将步骤三中将无纺布纤维网送入缝边机的缝边区,进行缝边加固,制得所需的无纺布;
步骤五,包装:将步骤四中制得的无纺布卷绕、包装。
