A measurement business processing method based on an acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly utilizing the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal to acquire or issue assembly and disassembly information in the process of new installation business and/or field fault processing and table changing; then initiating non-archive debugging by using the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal and the acquisition system, and submitting data to the marketing system by using the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal after the user confirms the data; and finally, archiving.
2. The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the following steps are adopted in the new service process:
the method comprises the following steps: dispatching and allocating the table: business personnel accept new installation application of a client, initiate a new installation process, carry out reconnaissance and plan making, complete and report and check, and complete the form matching;
step two: downloading work order data: the marketing sends the work order information to an acquisition operation and maintenance closed-loop management system, and the on-site operation and maintenance personnel download the work order information;
step three: field operation and debugging: the method comprises the steps that a closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal and an acquisition system are acquired to initiate non-archive debugging;
step four: and performing infrared meter reading, and after the final user confirms, submitting the data to the marketing system by the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal.
3. The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 2, characterized by further comprising the following steps after the fourth step:
step five: after receiving the feedback information of the field operation terminal, the marketing system checks whether the data passes, and after the data passes, the new loading process of the user is finished archiving in the acquisition, operation and maintenance closed management system; and if the data check is not passed, performing the reading verification.
4. The method for processing the metering business based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 3, wherein the marketing system continues to complete the subsequent process after step five.

The metering service processing method based on the collection closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the second step, the field operation and maintenance personnel download the new work order of the user distributed by the marketing system through the collection closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal, carry the meter to the field, and use the field operation terminal to read the current value of the electric energy meter.
6. The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 5, wherein the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal is used for taking a picture during the field operation.
7. The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 6, wherein the photographing includes but is not limited to photographing at the bottom of the table and photographing for wiring inspection.
8. The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 1, wherein the field fault processing and table changing process comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: initiating a work order on site: during processing acquisition abnormity, metering abnormity or inspection in a client site by site operation and maintenance personnel, the meter needs to be changed when finding hardware faults of the electric energy meter, the portable electric energy meter is changed, the assembly and disassembly information is acquired by using an acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance site operation terminal, the correspondence of files is automatically completed, and the current values of new and old electric energy meters are automatically read;
step two: field operation and debugging: the method comprises the steps that a closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal and an acquisition system are acquired to initiate non-archive debugging;
step three: after the final user confirms, the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal submits the data to the marketing system, the acquisition operation and maintenance closed-loop management system initiates a metering device flow application to the marketing system, and a metering device fault flow of the user is generated in the marketing system;
step four: and examining and approving according to the marketing process, and finishing process filing.

The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step four, the configuration and installation index recording link uses the data automatically uploaded by the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal until the fault work order of the metering device is filed.

The metering service processing method based on the acquisition closed-loop operation and maintenance field operation terminal as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step one, the field operation terminal is used to take pictures in the field, including but not limited to taking pictures of the surface and the wiring inspection.
