and (2) pumping the effluent treated by the first device into a second device, wherein the functional membrane is a high-precision hollow fiber PVDF ultrafiltration membrane (the membrane surface pore diameter is 20nm), the operating pressure is 0.02MPa, the turbidity of the produced water is reduced to about 0.1NTU, and the quality of the produced water meets the water quality index requirement in sanitary Standard for Drinking Water, can flow into a municipal pipe network and is supplied for the life of people.
