Description

Retraction device on seabed mining vehicle ship
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship machinery, in particular to a retraction device on a seabed mining vehicle ship.
Background
The exploration and development of mineral resources such as ocean oil gas and the like are continuously developed from shallow sea to deep sea, the submergence depth of underwater operation, detection and recording instruments is increased, and meanwhile, the hanging and placing targets are also diversified. In order to cooperate with the stable water intake and smooth recovery of the undersea mining vehicle, a whole set of deployment and recovery system needs to be arranged on the ship.
In the traditional underwater equipment collecting and releasing system, a large portal fixed on a stern is generally taken as a main part, only an A-type portal is generally vertically connected with a pulley, and the release and the recovery are carried out only through the pulley. Under the condition of complex sea conditions or large load, when the underwater device is folded and unfolded, due to the influence of ocean disturbance, after the underwater device is hung in the sky, the underwater device can swing and rotate and collide with a ship body, so that folding and unfolding failure is caused, the safety of equipment and personnel can be threatened seriously, swing stopping is required to be carried out manually, time and labor are wasted, the safety of personnel is threatened, and the traditional folding and unfolding system can not meet the requirements of stability, safety and the like for large-scale equipment such as a submarine mining vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problem that the underwater device swings and rotates after being hoisted to be half empty, so that collision is caused between the underwater device and a ship body, the underwater mining vehicle shipboard retracting device is provided. The invention mainly utilizes the folding arm, the pulley and the fixed connection pulley which are hinged on the A-shaped portal, so that the submarine mining vehicle can be tightly attached to the lower end of the folding arm through the tension of the cable, the swinging and the rotation of the submarine mining vehicle are prevented from being influenced by wind and waves in the folding and unfolding processes, the height between the submarine mining vehicle and the water surface can be adjusted through the stretching and the retraction of the folding arm, the cable is released after the mining vehicle enters water, and the stability and the safety of the submarine mining vehicle and other large-scale equipment in the folding and unfolding processes are obviously improved.
The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
a subsea mining vehicle onboard stowing and releasing apparatus comprising: a rack system and a base system; the base system comprises a base and a first hydraulic oil cylinder group; the A frame system comprises an A type portal main body, a winch, a folding arm and a second hydraulic cylinder, wherein the winch is movably connected to the middle point of a cross beam of the A type portal main body; one end of the first hydraulic oil cylinder group is connected with the A-shaped portal main body, and the other end of the first hydraulic oil cylinder group is connected with the base, so that the A-shaped portal main body rotates around the base under the driving of the first hydraulic oil cylinder group.
Furthermore, one end of the folding arm is connected with the A-shaped portal main body, and the other end of the folding arm is provided with a fixing plane for preventing the submarine mining vehicle from swinging.
Further, an eye plate which is matched and hinged with the winch is arranged at the top of the A-type portal main body.
Furthermore, an eye plate which is hinged with the folding arm in a matched mode is arranged on the beam at the top of the A-shaped portal main body.
Further, the winch is placed in parallel with the top of the A-type portal frame and hinged.
Furthermore, the first hydraulic oil cylinder group comprises two hydraulic oil cylinders, one ends of the two oil cylinders are hinged with the front end and the rear end of the base respectively, and the other ends of the two oil cylinders are hinged to the A-shaped portal frame to form a triangular stable structure.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the folding arm is arranged, so that the submarine mining vehicle can be tightly attached to the lower end of the folding arm, and the failure of folding and unfolding caused by shaking, rotation and collision with a ship body during folding and unfolding operation is prevented.
2. The height between the seabed mining vehicle and the water surface in the retraction process can be adjusted through the extension and retraction of the folding arm, so that the mooring rope is released after the mining vehicle enters water, and the retraction can be performed under worse sea conditions.
3. The device has high working efficiency, utilizes the hydraulic cylinder to control the folding arm, does not need manual swing stopping, and has good safety and reliability.
4. The invention has simple structure, easy operation and easy modification of the traditional retraction device.
For the reasons, the invention is suitable for popularization in the field of devices for releasing and recovering underwater equipment of ships.
