The pressed kitchen waste is continuously placed in the mould and enters the rear mould transfer station 22 through the mould trolley.

The grease recovery device 4 comprises an oil-water separation chamber 41, a waste residue collection chamber 42 and a grease collection chamber 43; the oil-water separation chamber 41 is arranged at the upper left of the grease recovery device 4, the waste residue collection chamber 42 is arranged at the right part of the grease recovery device 4, and the grease collection chamber 43 is arranged at the lower left of the grease recovery device 4; the middle part of the oil-water separation chamber 41 is vertically provided with an oil skimming plate 417, the oil skimming plate 417 divides the oil-water separation chamber 41 into two chambers, the left chamber is an oil-water mixing chamber 411, a stirring device, a heating device and a temperature measurement control device are arranged in the oil-water mixing chamber 411, the temperature in the oil-water mixing chamber 411 is controlled to be about 100 ℃, so that water and water in the liquid entering the oil-water mixing chamber 411 are continuously evaporated into water vapor which is discharged through a water vapor discharge pipeline 413, and the water vapor discharge pipeline 413 is communicated with a water vapor spray pipe 532 through a shunt pipeline so as to be used for high-temperature cleaning and disinfection of a garbage can. A waste residue discharge pipeline 414 is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the oil residue separation chamber 412, and the waste residue discharge pipeline 414 is connected with the waste residue collection chamber 42; a waste residue channel 422 is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the waste residue collection chamber 42, and the waste residue channel 422 is connected with a municipal sewage channel or a septic tank channel; the grease collection chamber 43 recovers grease through the grease recovery passage 433 provided on the lower side.
The recyclable garbage disposal device comprises a recyclable garbage stamping device 6, a stamped product transfer trolley 601 and a stamped product storage box 602; the punching upper die holder 61 drives the punching male die 60 to move downwards, and under the guiding and positioning action of the punching guide pillar 63 and the punching guide sleeve 64, the punching male die 60 and the punching female die 69 are matched to punch the recyclable garbage in the punching female die. After the punching is completed, the ejector plate 68 which is arranged in the punching die 69 and above the punching die mounting plate 65 ejects the punched recyclable garbage through the ejector rod 67 which is arranged below the ejector plate 68 and penetrates through the punching die mounting plate 65 and the punching lower die holder 66, and the punched garbage is transferred to the punched garbage storage box 602 through the punched garbage transfer trolley 601.
The garbage can recycling and cleaning device 5 is provided with a garbage can collecting station 51, a garbage can transferring trolley 52, a garbage can high-temperature cleaning and sterilizing device 53, a garbage can transferring trolley and a garbage can storage station 54 in sequence from upstream to downstream.
