Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment also provides a kitchen appliance 100, wherein the kitchen appliance 100 includes a water supply system 10, a steam generator 20, a water level detection sensor 30 and a processor 40. The water supply system 10 is connected to the steam generator 20, the water supply system 10 includes a water inlet pump 12, a water outlet pump 14, and a water supply pipe 16, and the water inlet pump 12 and the water outlet pump 14 are connected to the same end of the water supply pipe 16. The water level detection sensor 30 is used to detect the water level of the remaining water in the steam generator 20 after the kitchen appliance 100 finishes cooking. The processor 40 is used for judging whether the water level is higher than a first preset height or not and controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for draining if the water level is higher than the first preset height. That is, step S10 may be implemented by the water level detection sensor 30, and steps S20 and S30 may be implemented by the processor 40.
In particular, the kitchen appliance 100 may be a steam box, a steam oven, or the like. The kitchen appliance 100 includes a water supply system 10, a steam generator 20, a water level detection sensor 30, and a processor 40.
The water supply system 10 is connected to the steam generator 20, and the water supply system 10 supplies water to or discharges water from the steam generator 20 so that the steam generator 20 can generate steam, and the steam generator 20 serves to generate steam to cook food. The water supply system 10 includes a water inlet pump 12, a water outlet pump 14, and a water supply pipe 16. The water inlet pump 12 and the water outlet pump 14 are connected to the same end of the water supply pipe 16, and the other end of the water supply pipe 16 is connected to the water tank, or the water inlet of the water inlet pump 12 is connected to the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 16, and the water outlet of the water outlet pump 14 is connected to the water supply pipe 16 of the water inlet pump 12 through a connection pipe. The water level detection sensor 30 is provided at the steam generator 20 for detecting the water level of the steam generator 20. The processor 40 is electrically connected to the water inlet pump 12, the water outlet pump 14, the water level detection sensor 30, and the like, and the processor 40 obtains the water level information in the steam generator 20 through the water level detection sensor 30.
The processor 40 is also preset with a first preset height of the water level of the steam generator 20. The first preset height may be 0 mm, 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, etc., and the first preset height of the present embodiment is 0 mm, or in the case that the water level detection sensor 30 detects that the water level is 0 mm, it indicates that there is no residual water in the steam generator 20; in case that the water level detection sensor 30 detects a water level greater than 0 mm (e.g., 5 mm), it indicates that water is present in the steam generator 20. In another embodiment, the water level detection sensor 30 detects water and no water, and 0 indicates no water and 1 indicates water, and when the processor 40 reads 0, it determines that no water is present in the kitchen appliance 100, and when the processor 40 reads 1, it determines that water is present. It should be noted that, in the case that the absence of water in the steam generator 20 is detected, the remaining water still exists in the water supply pipe 16, and thus the water discharge pump 14 still needs to be turned on to discharge the remaining water in the water discharge pipe.
In some embodiments, the processor 40 includes a first processor and a second processor. The first processor is used for operational control of the steam generator 20, for control of cooking, etc. The second processor is electrically connected with the water outlet pump 14 and the water level detection sensor 30, feeds back the acquired data to the first processor, and is independently used for receiving the data of the water level sensor 30 and controlling the water outlet pump 14. Compared with the case that only one processor 40 is provided, the method not only can more accurately acquire the data of the water level detection sensor 30 and control the water outlet pump 14, but also can improve the general performance of the water level detection sensor 30 and adapt to more water level detection sensors 30.
After the kitchen appliance 100 finishes cooking, the processor 40 controls to turn off the water inlet pump 12, so that the water supply pipe 16 cannot supply water to the steam generator 20, meanwhile, the water level detection sensor 30 detects the water level height in the steam generator 20, the processor 40 acquires the water level information in the steam generator 20 through the water level detection sensor 30, and judges whether the detected water level is greater than a first preset height, and under the condition that the water level is greater than the first preset height, the water outlet pump 14 is controlled to be turned on for draining.
The control method of the kitchen appliance 100 in the embodiment of the application connects the water inlet pump 12 and the water outlet pump 14 to the same end of the water supply pipe 16, shares the water supply pipe 16, and after the kitchen appliance 100 is cooked, the water outlet pump 14 is started to operate, so that residual water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16 can be removed completely, the problem that the residual water is used again or needs to be cleaned is effectively avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S30: in the case that the water level is higher than the first preset height, controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be turned on for draining comprises the following steps:
s32: controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a first preset time to discharge water under the condition that the water level is higher than a first preset height;
s34: and controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a second preset time to discharge water under the condition that the water level is less than or equal to the first preset height.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the processor 40 is further configured to control the water pump 14 to be turned on for a first predetermined time to drain water when the water level is higher than a first preset height; and controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a second preset time to discharge water under the condition that the water level is less than or equal to the first preset height. That is, step S32 and step S34 may be realized by processing.
Specifically, the processor 40 detects the water level of the remaining water in the steam generator 20 through the water level detecting sensor 30, and in case the water level is greater than a first preset height, the processor 40 controls the water pump 14 to be turned on for a first predetermined time to drain water to remove the remaining water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16. And controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a second preset time to drain in the case that the water level is less than or equal to the first preset height, so as to drain the residual water of the water supply pipe 16. The first predetermined time is greater than the second predetermined time, and the first predetermined time and the second predetermined time may be set according to a configuration, which is not limited in the present application.
In some examples, the first predetermined height is 0 mm, and in case that the water level detecting sensor 30 detects that the remaining water in the steam generator 20 is 5 mm, at this time, the steam generator 20 and the water supplying pipe 16 have the remaining water, the processor 40 controls the water output pump 14 to be turned on and operated for the first predetermined time, so as to discharge the remaining water in the steam generator 20 and the water supplying pipe 16; if the water level sensor 30 detects that the remaining water in the steam generator 20 is 0 mm, and there is no remaining water in the steam generator 20 but there is remaining water in the water supply pipe 16, the processor 40 still needs to control the water output pump 14 to be turned on for the second predetermined time to operate, so as to discharge the remaining water in the water supply pipe 16. Or, the processor 40 only judges whether there is residual water in the steam generator 20 through the water level detection sensor 30, and the processor 40 controls the water pump 14 to be turned on for a first predetermined time to drain water in case of residual water in the steam generator 20; and controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a second preset time to drain water in the case that the steam generator 20 has no residual water.
Under the condition that the detected water level of the kitchen appliance 100 is higher than the first preset height, the water pump 14 is precisely controlled to drain water in the first preset time, and under the condition that residual water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16 can be completely drained, the operation of the water pump 14 for too long time is avoided, and the power consumption of the water pump 14 is saved. Under the condition that the detected water level is smaller than or equal to the first preset height, the water outlet pump 14 is controlled to drain water in the second preset time, under the condition that residual water in the water supply pipe 16 can be completely drained, idling of the water outlet pump 14 for too long time is avoided, and the service life of the water outlet pump 14 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, step S32: in the case that the water level is higher than the first preset height, controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be turned on for a first preset time to discharge water further comprises the following steps:
s322: presetting a water level and first preset time corresponding table;
s324: acquiring a detected water level;
s326: and selecting a first preset time according to the detected water level and a preset water level.
In some embodiments, processor 40 is further configured to preset a first predetermined time correspondence table for water levels; acquiring a detected water level; and selecting a first preset time according to the detected water level and a preset water level. That is, step S322, step S324, and step S326 may be implemented by the processor 40.
Specifically, the processor 40 is preset with a preset water level and first preset time correspondence table, which is as follows:
water level a1 a2 a3 a4 ……
First predetermined time A1 A2 A3 A4 ……
Here, a1, a2, and a3 may be fixed values or range values. For example a1 equals 0.5 mm or a1 ═ 0, 1] mm.
In some examples, a1 is 0.5 mm, a1 is 20 seconds, and after the kitchen appliance 100 finishes cooking, when the processor detects that the water level a of the residual water in the steam generator 20 is 0.5 mm through the water level detection device, the processor 40 controls the water pump 14 to be turned on and operates for 20 seconds, so that the residual water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16 can be completely drained. In other examples, a1 is (0.5-1) mm, a1 is 25 seconds, and after the kitchen appliance 100 finishes cooking, when the water level detection device detects that the water level a of the residual water in the steam generator 20 is 0.8 mm, the processor 40 controls the water pump 14 to be turned on and operate for 25 seconds, so as to completely drain the residual water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the control method further includes the following steps:
s40: detecting the water level in the steam generator 20 after the kitchen appliance 100 is powered on;
s50: judging whether the water level is higher than a second preset height or not;
s60: under the condition that the water level is higher than the second preset height, controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a third preset time to discharge water;
s70: and controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a fourth preset time to discharge water under the condition that the water level is less than or equal to the second preset height.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the water level detection sensor 30 is also used for detecting the water level in the steam generator 20 after the kitchen appliance 100 is powered on; the processor 40 is further configured to determine whether the water level is greater than a second preset height, control the water pump 14 to turn on for a third preset time to drain if the water level is greater than the second preset height, and control the water pump 14 to turn on for a fourth preset time to drain if the water level is less than or equal to the second preset height. That is, step S40 may be implemented by the water level detection sensor 30, and step S50, step S60, and step S70 may be implemented by the processor 40.
Specifically, the processor 40 is further preset with a second preset height of the water level of the steam generator 20, and the first preset height and the second preset height may be the same or different and may be set according to actual needs. Under the condition that power is restarted or just started after long-time power failure, residual water may exist in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16, the residual water may smell, deteriorate and the like, and the residual water is reused by directly starting, so that the user experience is influenced. Therefore, when restarting or just starting after a long power failure, the remaining water needs to be drained.
After the kitchen appliance 100 is powered on, the processor 40 turns off the water inlet pump 12, and the water level detection sensor 30 detects the water level in the steam generator 20; the processor 40 acquires the detected water level information through the water level detection sensor 30 and compares the detected water level with a second preset height to determine whether the detected water level is greater than the second preset height. In case that the water level is higher than the second preset height, that is, there is residual water in both the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16, the processor 40 controls the water outlet pump 14 to be turned on for a third preset time to drain the residual water in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16, and the residual water is drained into a standby state; and under the condition that the water level is less than or equal to the second preset height, namely, only residual water exists in the water supply pipe 16 at the moment, controlling the water outlet pump 14 to be started for a fourth preset time to discharge the residual water in the water supply pipe 16, and entering a standby state after all the residual water is discharged. The third predetermined time is greater than the fourth predetermined time, which may be the same as or different from the first predetermined time, and the fourth predetermined time may be the same as or different from the second predetermined time, and may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in this application.
When the kitchen appliance 100 is powered on, the water level detection sensor 30 detects whether there is residual water in the steam generator 20, and when it is detected that there is residual water in the steam generator 20, the water inlet pump 12 is turned off, and the water outlet pump 14 is turned on. So as to discharge the residual water, thereby effectively avoiding the residual water which may deteriorate in the steam generator 20 and the water supply pipe 16 from being directly used, and improving the user experience.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the control method further includes the steps of:
s80: after the drain pump 14 discharges the remaining water of the water supply pipe 16, the user is prompted to replace the water used in the kitchen appliance 100.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the processor 40 is further configured to prompt the user to change the water usage of the kitchen appliance 100 after the water pump 14 is turned on for a fourth predetermined time. That is, step S80 may be implemented by processor 40.
Specifically, the kitchen appliance 100 further includes a prompting device, which may be a prompting lamp, a speaker, or a combination thereof. When the power is cut off and the power is restarted or just started, and when the residual water in the water supply pipe 16 is completely discharged, the user is prompted to replace the water of the kitchen appliance 100, so that the user is prevented from waiting for a long time, and the cooking time is saved.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which, when executed by one or more processors 40, cause the processors 40 to execute the control method of any one of the above embodiments.
