A double offline transfer transaction method according to claim 1, wherein the transaction service side checks that the transaction information at least includes a payer account number and a balance of the payer account, and if the payer account number is checked to be absent, it is determined that the transaction is abnormal; if the balance of the account of the payer is checked to be smaller than the transfer amount in the transaction information, judging that the transaction is abnormal; and if the balance obtained by subtracting the payment from the original account balance of the payer account is not equal to the existing account balance, judging that the transaction is abnormal.
6. A dual offline transfer transaction method as recited in claim 1, wherein the payee terminal receives and checks the offline transaction information of the payer terminal, and then transmits the offline transaction information and the offline information transferred from the end to another payee terminal through the short-distance data transmission channel by using the self-end as the payer terminal.
7. A dual offline transfer transaction method as recited in claim 1, wherein said abnormal transaction tracing system completing the tracing of abnormal funds comprises the steps of:
obtaining traced transaction information;
analyzing the transaction information to obtain payer biological identification information;
comparing the biological identification information of the payer with the biological information of the biological information base to obtain identity information of the payer;
and tracing abnormal funds in the transaction information according to the identity information of the payer.
8. A double off-line account transfer transaction system is characterized in that the system comprises a payer terminal, a payee terminal, a transaction server and an abnormal transaction tracing system,
the payer terminal and the payee terminal are connected through a short-distance data transmission channel in the state that both parties do not have networks;
the payer terminal is used for transmitting the off-line transaction information to the payee terminal through the established short-distance data transmission channel, and the off-line transaction information at least comprises the following components: transfer amount, payer account number, payment time and payer biological identification information;
the payee terminal is used for receiving and checking the off-line information of the payer terminal and transmitting the information checked and confirmed by the payee user to the payer terminal through the established short-distance data transmission channel;
the transaction server is used for detecting the validity of the off-line transaction information sent by any one of the payer terminal and the payee terminal, and if the off-line transaction information is normal, the confirmed transaction information is fed back to one end of the on-line; and if the abnormal funds are abnormal, the abnormal funds are frozen and offline transaction information is sent to an abnormal transaction tracing system, and the abnormal transaction tracing system finishes tracing of the abnormal funds.

A dual offline transfer transaction system as recited in claim 8, wherein said transaction server comprises an offline transaction information receiving module, an offline transaction information parsing module, an offline transaction information collating module and a collating result transmitting module;
the offline information receiving module is used for receiving offline transaction information sent by the payer terminal and the payee terminal;
the off-line information analysis module is used for analyzing off-line transaction information and at least extracting a payer account and a balance of the payer account;
the information checking module is used for checking whether the account number of the payer exists and whether the balance of the account of the payer is correct, and if the account number of the payer does not exist, the transaction is judged to be abnormal; if the balance of the account of the payer is checked to be smaller than the transfer amount in the transaction information, judging that the transaction is abnormal; if the balance obtained by subtracting payment from the original account balance of the payer account is not equal to the existing account balance, judging that the transaction is abnormal;
and the checking result sending module is used for sending the transaction abnormal information to the abnormal transaction tracing system and sending the transaction normal information to the payer terminal and the payee terminal.

A dual offline transfer transaction system as recited in claim 8, wherein said abnormal transaction tracing system comprises an abnormal transaction information acquisition module, an abnormal transaction information parsing module, a biological information comparison module and an abnormal fund tracing module,
the abnormal transaction information acquisition module is used for acquiring traced transaction information;
the abnormal transaction information analysis module is used for analyzing the transaction information to acquire the biological identification information of the payer;
the biological information comparison module is used for comparing the biological identification information of the payer with the biological information of the biological information base to obtain the identity information of the payer;
and the abnormal fund tracing module is used for tracing the abnormal fund in the transaction information according to the identity information of the payer.
