As can be seen from Table 1, the hardness of the rubber in examples 1-7 is significantly lower than that of the comparative example, and the hardness of the environment-friendly zinc oxide in example 4 is further reduced because the environment-friendly zinc oxide is modified zinc oxide, which indicates that the hardness of the rubber can be effectively reduced by using the modified zinc oxide.
The hardness of example 5 is higher than that of example 4, indicating that the modified zinc oxide prepared by using the modified titanium dioxide can further reduce the hardness of the rubber.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly roll rubber is characterized by comprising 90-110 parts by mass of environment-friendly rubber, 3-10 parts by mass of environment-friendly zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts by mass of stearic acid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of environment-friendly anti-aging agent, 25-35 parts by mass of environment-friendly oil, 25-35 parts by mass of white carbon black, 1-2 parts by mass of sulfur and 1-5 parts by mass of accelerator.

The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly rubber comprises 100-110 parts by mass of environment-friendly zinc oxide, 5-10 parts by mass of environment-friendly zinc oxide, 1-2 parts by mass of stearic acid, 1-2 parts by mass of environment-friendly anti-aging agent, 30-35 parts by mass of environment-friendly oil, 30-35 parts by mass of white carbon black, 1.2-2 parts by mass of sulfur and 3-5 parts by mass of accelerator.

The environment-friendly roll rubber according to claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly rubber comprises 100 parts by mass of environment-friendly rubber, 5 parts by mass of environment-friendly zinc oxide, 1 part by mass of stearic acid, 1 part by mass of environment-friendly anti-aging agent, 30 parts by mass of environment-friendly oil, 30 parts by mass of white carbon black, 1.2 parts by mass of sulfur and 3 parts by mass of accelerator.
4. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly zinc oxide is 3-10 parts by mass of modified environment-friendly zinc oxide, and the preparation method of the modified zinc oxide comprises the following steps:
s31, taking 2-5 parts by mass of environment-friendly zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts by mass of nano titanium dioxide and 0.2-1 part by mass of graphene;
s32, dispersing graphene into 1000 parts by mass of deionized water, and centrifuging to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid; adding the environment-friendly zinc oxide into the graphene dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30min, dropwise adding 10 parts by mass of ammonia water, and performing continuous ultrasonic treatment for 2h to obtain a first suspension; adding 0.5 mass part of tea polyphenol into the first suspension, reacting for 12 hours at 85 ℃, filtering, taking filter residue, drying for 12 hours at 70 ℃ to obtain a solid, and calcining at 500 ℃ to obtain pre-modified environment-friendly zinc oxide;
s33, dispersing the nano titanium dioxide into 1000 parts by mass of deionized water to obtain a second dispersion liquid, adjusting the temperature of the second dispersion liquid to 80 ℃, adding pre-modified environment-friendly zinc oxide into the dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing for 20min to obtain mixed slurry;
s34, filtering and washing the mixed slurry, drying the obtained solid at 420-440 ℃ for 12h, crushing, ball-milling, washing for multiple times, and drying to obtain the modified environment-friendly zinc oxide.
5. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 4, wherein the environment-friendly zinc oxide is 4-5 parts by mass, the nano titanium dioxide is 1-2 parts by mass, and the graphene is 0.5-1 part by mass.
6. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 4, wherein the environment-friendly zinc oxide is 4 parts by mass, the nano titanium dioxide is 1 part by mass, and the graphene is 0.5 part by mass.
7. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 4, wherein the nano titanium dioxide is modified nano titanium dioxide, and the preparation method of the modified nano titanium dioxide comprises the following steps:
s41, taking 1-6 parts by mass of nano titanium dioxide, 8-12 parts by mass of 50% nitric acid and 0.5-2 parts by mass of graphene;
s42, dispersing graphene into 15-25 parts by mass of deionized water to obtain a first mixed solution; adding nano titanium dioxide into 50% nitric acid to obtain a second mixed solution; mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution, stirring for 10min, adding 25-35 parts by mass of ethanol, and stirring uniformly to obtain slurry;
s43, adding 3 parts by mass of polyethylene glycol into the slurry, fully stirring, and heating and distilling at 80-95 ℃ for 8 hours to obtain concentrated slurry;
s44, heating and reducing the concentrated slurry for 12 hours under the condition of hydrogen, and controlling the temperature to be 450-500 ℃.
8. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 7, wherein the nano titanium dioxide is 5-6 parts by mass, the 50% nitric acid is 10-12 parts by mass, and the graphene is 1-2 parts by mass.
9. The environment-friendly roll glue according to claim 8, wherein the nano titanium dioxide is 5 parts by mass, the 50% nitric acid is 10 parts by mass, and the graphene is 1 part by mass.
10. The production process of the environment-friendly roll glue is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s10, placing the environment-friendly rubber, the environment-friendly zinc oxide, the stearic acid, the environment-friendly anti-aging agent, the environment-friendly oil, the white carbon black, the sulfur and the accelerator into an internal mixer for mixing for 25-35 min to obtain a mixed material;
s20, placing the mixed materials in an open mill for mixing again, filtering after mixing is finished, and cooling to obtain the environment-friendly roll glue.
