The forklift device according to claim 1, further comprising a fork frame connecting plate (9), chain plates (23), a fork frame (24), slide rails (25) and slide blocks (26), wherein both sides of the rear end of each chain plate (23) are respectively fixed to the front ends of a group of chains (22), the front ends of the chain plates (23) are connected to the rear ends of the fork frame connecting plate (9), the front ends of the fork frame connecting plate (9) are connected to the rear ends of the fork frame (24), the slide rails (25) are arranged on the inner walls of the fork frame (24), the inner walls of the slide blocks (26) are slidably connected to the outer walls of the slide rails (25), and the front ends of the slide blocks (26) are connected to the rear ends of the fork fixing blocks (2).

A forklift device according to claim 2, further comprising a ladder (27), wherein the bottom end of the ladder (27) is connected to the bottom end of the inner wall of the right portion of the top end of the forklift body (1), and the upper portion of the left end of the ladder (27) is connected to the upper portion of the right side of the seat base (6).

A forklift device according to claim 3, further comprising a ceiling bracket (28) and a ceiling (29), wherein the bottom end of the ceiling bracket (28) is connected to the four corner sides of the middle of the top end of the forklift body (1), respectively, and the top end of the ceiling bracket (28) is connected to the four corner sides of the bottom end of the ceiling (29).
5. A fork lift truck assembly as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a counterweight (35), the bottom end of the counterweight (35) being connected to the rear of the top end of the truck body (1).
6. A fork lift truck apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising anti-skid treads on both the front (4) and rear (5) wheel casings.
7. A fork lift truck apparatus as claimed in claim 6, further comprising oil injection ports provided in the base (10) of the bottom slide shaft.
8. A fork lift truck assembly as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the forks (3) can be provided in a plurality of sizes.
