s1: selecting vegetable varieties with rich meat quality, eliminating pests, rotting and shriveled parts, cleaning the vegetables by a cleaning device, putting the vegetables on a conveyor belt (3) between conveying seats (1), conveying the vegetables with different sizes to different distribution plates (11) through a collection plate cover (4) and a rotating rotary plate cover (9) with gradually narrowed space, conveying the vegetables to different intervals along the distribution plates (11), conveying the vegetables to different intervals between rotary tubes (13) with different intervals, driving a lifting seat (16) to descend by extending a first air pressure rod (15), driving a cleaning head at the outer end of a cleaning rod (27) to be in contact with the vegetables to drive the cleaning rod (27) to move along a limiting hole (26) of an inner seat (23), compressing a spring (29) by a limiting plug (28) at the outer side of the cleaning rod (27), and enabling water stored in the chamber (24) to flow out from a water outlet (25), wherein a second servo motor (19) and a third servo motor (21) work simultaneously, the rotary drum (13) and the shell (22) are driven to rotate to clean the outer surface of the vegetables, and after the cleaning is finished, the push plate (35) is driven to move by extending the second air pressure rod (34) so as to push the vegetables down from the rotary drum (13) and dry the vegetables in the shade;
s2: cutting the cleaned vegetables respectively, then putting the vegetables into boiling water for blanching for 2-4 minutes, fishing out the vegetables, draining water and cooling to normal temperature;
s3: uniformly spreading the vegetables in the plate, then placing the vegetable on a preset drying rack, placing the drying rack in a drying box, keeping the temperature of the drying box at 50-85 ℃, and continuously turning over the vegetables on the drying rack for 4.5-5.5 h.
2. The fresh vegetable processing and treating process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the draining and cooling step in S2 is:
putting the vegetables into a centrifuge, throwing off the moisture on the surfaces of the vegetables through the operation of the centrifuge, wherein the rotating speed of the centrifuge is 250-300r/min, the operating time is 5-8 min, taking out the vegetables after spin-drying, and naturally cooling the vegetables to the room temperature.

the top frames (12) are mounted at the tops of two sides of the cleaning seat (2), first air pressure rods (15) are rotatably mounted at two ends of the bottom side of the top frame (12), a lifting seat (16) is rotatably mounted at the telescopic end of each first air pressure rod (15), a plurality of cleaning mechanisms (17) are rotatably mounted on the lifting seat (16), a first transmission box (18) is mounted at one side of the lifting seat (16), the output end of the first transmission box (18) is connected with one end of each cleaning mechanism (17), and the input end of the first transmission box (18) is connected with the output end of a second servo motor (19);
