Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a clothing assistant, in particular to a household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent and application thereof.
Background
Dyeing of fabrics with dyes is a complex physicochemical process, and dyes of different structures and properties are used according to different fabric varieties. The difference of the dyeing effect of the dye is not completely dependent on the dye, and the deep processing of the dye can obtain a variety with higher quality, so that a dye auxiliary agent is needed. The most applied in the field of fabric deep color processing is after-finishing processing, and after-finishing deepening agents mainly comprise organic fluorine resin, organic silicon emulsion, polyacrylate, polyurethane, polyamide and the like, wherein the deepening effect of the organic fluorine is the best, but the organic fluorine is expensive and toxic.
At present, due to the use of domestic dyes in a large amount and the appearance of novel structural fabrics in a large amount, in the actual production process, the dyed fabrics are not bright in color enough, gray and dark, so that the grade of fabric products is reduced, the competitiveness is reduced, the higher the dyeing depth is, the better the light fastness is, and the light fastness is usually unqualified when dyed in a light color. The existing organosilicon deepening agent or non-silicon deepening agent and brightening agent in the market can improve the color of the fabric, but the deepening and brightening effects are poor, the deepening and brightening light is reddish, the fabric is smooth and has poor soft hand feeling, the product stability is deficient, the satisfactory effect cannot be achieved, and the color of the fabric is obviously reduced after the fabric is washed for many times, and the fabric loses the efficiency. With the increasing export quantity of textiles and the rapid growth of domestic consumer markets, the textile industry has greater and greater requirements on the products, and simultaneously, the requirements meeting the environmental protection are provided for the products. Therefore, the research and development of the fabric brightening agent auxiliary agent must be increased in China, and corresponding products which are high in efficiency, environment-friendly and strong in durability and improve the hand feeling of the fabric are developed.
The current deepening agent needs drying and even baking treatment, can be deepened without only indoor air drying, and particularly needs simple operation to realize the deepening agent for the deepening treatment of ready-made clothes or old clothes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent and application thereof.
Based on the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent is prepared by mixing acrylic emulsion, alcohol ester twelve and water according to a mass ratio of (10-30) to (1-3) to (30-50).
Further, the acrylic emulsion refers to acrylic emulsion with the lowest film forming temperature of 40-60 ℃.
Further, the raw materials are weighed in proportion and stirred for 10-30 minutes at a speed of 10-50 r/min.
The household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent is applied to darkening and brightening.
Further, diluting the darkening and brightening protective agent with water to be 1-5% in mass concentration, putting clothes to be treated into the water, soaking for more than 2 minutes, draining, and drying in the sun or airing at room temperature; or diluting with water to 5-20 wt% concentration, spraying onto the surface of clothes or clothes to be treated, completely wetting the surface layer, and drying in the sun or air at room temperature.
The invention has simple operation and environment-friendly formula, can deepen and brighten by 5-20 percent, and can protect the original color, such as the abrasion resistance of jeans.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a photograph after spraying the darkening and brightening protective agent obtained in example 2 of the present invention on shoes.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
A household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent is composed of the following raw materials by mass in 100 kg:
the emulsion consists of 36kg of acrylic emulsion, twelve 4kg of alcohol ester and 60kg of water. The acrylic emulsion refers to acrylic emulsion with the minimum film forming temperature of 40-60 ℃ (purchased from Bardifu company, solid content of 45% +/-1%, minimum film forming temperature of 45 ℃).
Stirring the raw materials at 50r/min for 10 minutes.
Example 2
A household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent is composed of the following raw materials by mass in 100 kg:
the emulsion is composed of 24kg of acrylic emulsion, twelve 6kg of alcohol ester and 70kg of water. The acrylic emulsion is acrylic emulsion W-3230 (from Bardefy company, solid content 45% +/-1%, minimum film forming temperature 45 ℃) with the minimum film forming temperature of 40-60 ℃.
Stirring the raw materials at 30r/min for 20 minutes.
Example 3
A household room temperature darkening and brightening protective agent is composed of the following raw materials by mass in 100 kg:
the emulsion is composed of 20kg of acrylic emulsion, twelve 2kg of alcohol ester and 78kg of water. The acrylic emulsion refers to acrylic emulsion with the minimum film forming temperature of 40-60 ℃ (purchased from Bardifu company, solid content of 45% +/-1%, minimum film forming temperature of 45 ℃).
Stirring the raw materials at 10r/min for 30 minutes.
Preparing a dye solution in a laboratory: 4 parts of vat blue RSN dye 2% o.w.f. 20mL, adding a mixture of thiourea dioxide and glucose in a mass ratio of 1:1 according to 5g/L, respectively adding 10g of cotton cloth, dyeing for 45min in a constant-temperature program-controlled dyeing machine at 60 ℃, oxidizing for 5min by using hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 3%, and washing and drying in the air for later use; the brightening agent Lanalbine B (Clarient company, Switzerland), the darkening and brightening protective agent of example 1, the darkening and brightening protective agent of example 2 and the darkening and brightening protective agent of example 3 are respectively diluted with water to the concentration of 5%, and then added into the aired cotton cloth, and after being soaked for 10min, the cotton cloth is taken out, aired, tested for vividness and tested for light fastness.
Testing an instrument: ORIENT color measuring and matching instrument (Orintex, Italy), standard light box, and Megasol 500 light fastness instrument.
TABLE 1 Effect of different brightening agents on vividness
As can be seen from Table 1, the brightening protective agent of the present application can brighten up to 24% more brightly than the conventional brightening agent.
Putting the cotton cloth with tested vividness into a set test temperature of (40 +/-2) DEG C, heating for 24 hours, taking out a sample, and testing the light fastness by a Mecca Soy 500 light fastness instrument.
TABLE 2 Effect of different brighteners on light fastness
As can be seen from Table 2, the darkening and brightening protective agent of the present application has no difference in light fastness compared with the conventional brightening agent.
The darkening and brightening protective agent prepared in example 2 was diluted with water to a concentration of 5wt%, and uniformly sprayed on faded old sneakers (right), so that the surface layer was completely wetted, and naturally dried, as shown in fig. 1, it can be seen that the sneakers treated with the darkening and brightening protective agent (right) were darker and brighter than the untreated old sneakers (left).
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any manner. Those skilled in the art can make numerous possible variations and modifications to the present teachings, or modify equivalents thereof, without departing from the scope thereof, by applying the methods and techniques disclosed above. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment example according to the technical essence of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention, unless the technical essence of the present invention departs from the content of the technical solution of the present invention.
