Abstract
本发明涉及一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维及其制备方法,本发明纤维的制备方法,首先通过将三种植物提取物均匀分散在水中,形成万年蒿复合提取物溶液,然后再制备阳离子纤维,吸附万年蒿复合提取物,这种方法提取物在被吸附过程中没有强酸介入,所有有效成分未被破坏,制备得到的复合纤维具有良好的性能;本发明的方法制备的纤维具有光泽亮丽柔和、吸放湿性良好,纤维柔软性好特点,同时具有较高的干断裂强度、湿断裂强度、干断裂伸长率,并且具有较好的抗菌效果;其中干断裂强度在2.25CN/dtex以上,湿断裂强度在1.25CN/dtex以上,干断裂伸长率为9%以上,抑菌率在95%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于轻工纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前采用植物中药提取物制作各种功能纤维渐渐成为了一种趋势,如金银花纤维、艾草纤维、草珊瑚纤维等,将植物中药提取物融入到纤维里面,既可保持纤维原有的特性,又可将植物中药所特有的功能复合到纤维里面,丰富了纤维内涵,增加了服装、家纺等领域的应用空间。
CN104790055B公开了一种含草珊瑚提取物的粘胶纤维的制备方法,该方法将草珊瑚提取物、分散剂、增稠剂混合后加入到纺丝原液中,采用湿法纺丝工艺得到草珊瑚粘胶纤维。CN104775173A公开了一种含艾草提取物的粘胶纤维的制备方法,该方法将艾草提取物、分散剂、增稠剂混合后加入到纺丝原液中,采用湿法纺丝工艺得到艾草粘胶纤维。目前改性功能的纤维大部分是将植物中药提取物采用共混的方式添加到再生纤维纤维里面,这种工艺在生产过程中不可避免要接触强酸环境,或多或少都会对提取物造成损伤,并且在纤维成型过程中,提取物会有部分流失。
鉴于以上原因,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维及其制备方法,本发明的方法降低了提取物在纤维成型时流失率,提高了利用率,解决了在天然纤维上进行功能改性等特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,升温至40-70℃,保温30-120min,过滤,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将纤维中加入水、阳离子改性剂和碱,升温至50-90℃,保温30-120min,用酸中和10-30min,水洗,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入到所述的阳离子纤维中,再加入水,升温至30-70℃,保温30-120min,水洗,柔软处理,脱水,烘干,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
进一步的,步骤(1)中万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物的质量比为6-10:1-3:1。
进一步的,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物的质量比为8:2:1,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:3-5。
万年蒿,中药名。植物铁杆蒿,广布于全国各地。具有清热解毒,凉血止血之功效。主治阴虚潮热,小儿惊风,肝炎,阑尾炎,创伤出血。
黄柏提取物是指从芸香科植物黄皮树或黄檗的干燥树皮中提取的物体。清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮。用于湿热泻痢,黄疸,带下,热淋,脚气,骨蒸劳热,盗汗,遗精,疮疡肿毒,湿疹瘙痒。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺,盗汗骨蒸。
仙鹤草提取物含仙鹤草素、仙鹤草内酯、鞣质(为焦性儿茶酚鞣质、没食子鞣质等(6.67%-13.71%))、甾醇、有机酸、酚性成分、皂甙。仙鹤草能收敛止血、截疟、止痢、解毒,临床用于咳血魁血,崩漏下血,疟疾,血痢,脱力劳伤,痈肿疮毒,阴痒带下。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚。
进一步的,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的1-4%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的0.5-3%。
本发明中所述的万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物的质量均是指干粉的质量。
进一步的,步骤(2)中所述的纤维为莱赛尔纤维、再生纤维素纤维、棉花纤维或铜氨纤维。
当纤维选取棉花纤维时,需要对棉花纤维进行前处理,以脱脂脱蜡,采用浓度为10-20g/L的氢氧化钠,在温度为80-100℃下处理30-120min。
进一步的,步骤(2)中阳离子改性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵。
进一步的,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述纤维质量的5-30%。
进一步的,所述的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或碳酸钠。
进一步的,所述的碱的质量为所述纤维质量的0.5-10%。
进一步的,所述的酸为磷酸或醋酸。
进一步的,所述的酸的质量为纤维质量的0.5-7%。
进一步的,步骤(2)中水洗三次,时间为10-30min/次。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述纤维质量的5-15%。
进一步的,步骤(3)中柔软处理为加入步骤(2)中所述纤维质量1-5%柔软剂进行处理,处理温度为30-80℃,时间为10-30min。
进一步的,脱水时间为40-120min,纤维含水量为35-45%,烘干温度为100-130℃。
本发明还提供了一种采用所述包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法制备而成的纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明中的万年蒿复合提取物中,万年蒿提取物中的单倍半萜类化合物(与青蒿素抗疟成分类似)含量高,是一种抗疟有效单体;黄酮类成分具有抗菌消炎的作用,酚类化合物-绿草酸具有抗氧化活性,可清除DPPH自由基,抑制人体衰老速度。万年蒿提取物中还含有人体所需的维生素A、B、E、B1、B2、B6、B12和微量元素Fe、Zn等;此外,万年蒿复合提取物中还含有一定量的蛋白质,具有护肤亲肤作用。黄柏提取物中的黄柏碱和木兰花碱,具有免疫抑制反应,抗菌抗肿瘤,可减轻皮肤炎症损伤,仙鹤草中的仙鹤草素、仙鹤草内酯具有止血、抗寄生虫作用。本申请人发现将三种提取物按照本发明的特定比例混合,按照中医“君臣佐使”理念组方,万年蒿为“君”药,黄柏为“臣”药,仙鹤草为“佐使”药,三者共同起到抗菌消炎及补充维生素、微量元素的作用;
(2)本发明的方法制备的纤维具有光泽亮丽柔和、吸放湿性良好,纤维柔软性好特点,同时具有较高的干断裂强度、湿断裂强度、干断裂伸长率,并且具有较好的抗菌效果;其中干断裂强度在2.25CN/dtex以上,湿断裂强度在1.25CN/dtex以上,干断裂伸长率为9%以上,抑菌率在95%以上;
(3)本发明纤维的制备方法,首先通过将三种植物提取物均匀分散在水中,形成万年蒿复合提取物溶液,然后再制备阳离子纤维,吸附万年蒿复合提取物,这种方法提取物在被吸附过程中没有强酸介入,所有有效成分未被破坏,制备得到的复合纤维具有良好的性能;
(4)本发明纤维的制备方法生产周期短、灵活,可小批量多品种操作,减少备货压力,本发明的方法除对再生纤维进行改性外,还可改性莱赛尔纤维、棉花纤维、铜氨纤维等纤维,本发明采用阳离子技术将植物提取物吸附到纤维里面,属于后整理法,不同于常见的共混方式。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物三者干粉的质量比为6:3:1,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:3,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的1%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的0.5%,升温至40℃,保温120min,制得均匀的水溶性液体,将此液体通过300目、500目、1000目的滤网进行过滤3次,去除底部残渣,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将再生纤维素纤维投入反应釜中,加入水至浴比为1:12,加入阳离子改性剂十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和氢氧化钠,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述再生纤维素纤维质量的5%,氢氧化钠质量为再生纤维素纤维质量的0.5%,升温至50℃,保温120min,排液,用醋酸中和10min,醋酸的用量为再生纤维重量的0.5%,排液,水洗三次,每次10min,排水,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入反应釜中,所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述再生纤维素纤维质量的5%,再加入水至浴比为1:12,升温至30℃,让阳离子纤维吸附提取物,保温120min,水洗1次,再进行柔软处理,处理温度为30℃,时间为30min,柔软剂的加入量为再生纤维素纤维的1%,将处理后的纤维经过脱水机脱水,脱水40min-120min至纤维含水量为35%,在100-130℃下采用蒸汽烘干机烘干,烘干完后进行压缩打包,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
实施例2
本实施例的一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物三者干粉的质量比为8:2:1,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:4,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的2.5%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的1.75%,升温至55℃,保温75min,制得均匀的水溶性液体,将此液体通过300目、500目、1000目的滤网进行过滤3次,去除底部残渣,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将棉花纤维投入反应釜中,加入水至浴比为1:12,加入阳离子改性剂十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和氢氧化钾,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述棉花纤维质量的17.5%,氢氧化钠质量为棉花纤维质量的5.25%,升温至70℃,保温75min,排液,用醋酸中和20min,醋酸用量为棉花纤维重量的4%,排液,水洗三次,每次20min,排水,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入反应釜中,所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述棉花纤维质量的7%,再加入水至浴比为1:12,加入氢氧化钠15g/L,在温度95℃下保温40min,水洗两次,升温至50℃,让阳离子纤维吸附提取物,保温75min,水洗1次,再进行柔软处理,处理温度为55℃,时间为20min,柔软剂的加入量为棉花纤维的3%,将处理后的纤维经过脱水机脱水,脱水40min-120min至纤维含水量为40%,在100-130℃下采用蒸汽烘干机烘干,烘干完后进行压缩打包,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
实施例3
本实施例的一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物三者干粉的质量比为10:1:1,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:5,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的4%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的3%,升温至70℃,保温30min,制得均匀的水溶性液体,将此液体通过300目、500目、1000目的滤网进行过滤3次,去除底部残渣,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将莱赛尔纤维投入反应釜中,加入水至浴比为1:12,加入阳离子改性剂十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和碳酸钠,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述莱赛尔纤维质量的30%,氢氧化钠质量为莱赛尔纤维质量的10%,升温至70℃,保温30min,排液,用磷酸中和10min,磷酸用量为莱赛尔纤维重量的7%,排液,水洗三次,每次30min,排水,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入反应釜中,所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述莱赛尔纤维质量的10%,再加入水至浴比为1:12,升温至30℃,让阳离子纤维吸附提取物,保温120min,水洗1次,再进行柔软处理,处理温度为30℃,时间为30min,柔软剂的加入量为莱赛尔纤维的5%,将处理后的纤维经过脱水机脱水,脱水40min-120min至纤维含水量为45%,在100-130℃下采用蒸汽烘干机烘干,烘干完后进行压缩打包,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
实施例4
本实施例的一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物三者干粉的质量比为7:2.5:1,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:3.5,所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的2%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的3%,升温至50℃,保温100min,制得均匀的水溶性液体,将此液体通过300目、500目、1000目的滤网进行过滤3次,去除底部残渣,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将铜氨纤维纤维投入反应釜中,加入水至浴比为1:12,加入阳离子改性剂十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和氢氧化钠,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述铜氨纤维纤维质量的10%,氢氧化钠质量为铜氨纤维纤维质量的6%,升温至60℃,保温60min,排液,用醋酸中和15min,醋酸的用量为铜氨纤维重量的4.5%,排液,水洗三次,每次15min,排水,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入反应釜中,所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述铜氨纤维纤维质量的15%,再加入水至浴比为1:12,升温至40℃,让阳离子纤维吸附提取物,保温80min,水洗1次,再进行柔软处理,处理温度为50℃,时间为20min,柔软剂的加入量为铜氨纤维纤维的2%,将处理后的纤维经过脱水机脱水,脱水40min-120min至纤维含水量为38%,在100-130℃下采用蒸汽烘干机烘干,烘干完后进行压缩打包,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
对比例1
本对比例的纤维的制备方法与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,去掉步骤(2)和(3)直接将万年蒿复合提取物与再生纤维素纤维的纺丝原液共混,纺丝原液中甲种纤维素质量百分数为8.9%,氢氧化钠质量百分数为5%,提取物加入量为甲种纤维素重量的5%,通过纺前注射方式加入,然后在酸浴中纺丝成型得到包含提取物的纤维。
试验例1
将实施例1-4和对比例1制备的纤维进行性能测试,结果如表1所示,其中,抗菌性能按照《GB/T 20944.3-2008纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》的抑菌率评价。

从表中可以看出,采用本发明的方法制备的纤维的干断裂强度、湿断裂强度、干断裂伸长率和抑菌率较好。

Claims (10)
1.一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备万年蒿复合提取物溶液:将万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物混合,依次加入水、分散剂,混合均匀,升温至40-70℃,保温30-120min,过滤,得到万年蒿复合提取物溶液;
(2)纤维的阳离子化:将纤维中加入水、阳离子改性剂和碱,升温至50-90℃,保温30-120min,用酸中和10-30min,水洗,得到阳离子纤维;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的万年蒿复合提取物溶液加入到所述的阳离子纤维中,再加入水,升温至30-70℃,保温30-120min,水洗,柔软处理,脱水,烘干,得到所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物的质量比为6-10:1-3:1,优选的,质量比为8:2:1,万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量与水的质量比为1:3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚醚。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的质量为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的1-4%,所述的脂肪醇聚醚的为万年蒿提取物、黄柏提取物和仙鹤草提取物总质量的0.5-3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的纤维为莱赛尔纤维、再生纤维素纤维、棉花纤维或铜氨纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中阳离子改性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,优选的,所述的阳离子改性剂质量为所述纤维质量的5-30%,所述的碱为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或碳酸钠,优选的,所述的碱的质量为所述纤维质量的0.5-10%,所述的酸为磷酸或醋酸,优选的,所述的酸的质量为纤维质量的0.5-7%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中水洗三次,时间为10-30min/次。
8.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的万年蒿复合提取物溶液的质量为步骤(2)中所述纤维质量的5-15%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中柔软处理为加入步骤(2)中所述纤维质量1-5%柔软剂进行处理,处理温度为30-80℃,时间为10-30min,优选的,脱水时间为40-120min,纤维含水量为35-45%,烘干温度为100-130℃。
10.一种包含万年蒿复合提取物的纤维,其特征在于,所述的纤维采用权利要求1-9任意一项所述的方法制备而成。
