(1) preparing a artemisia annua compound extract solution: mixing the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, wherein the mass ratio of the dry powder of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract is 10:1:1, water and a dispersing agent are sequentially added, the mixture is uniformly mixed, the mass ratio of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract to the water is 1:5, the dispersing agent is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyether, the mass of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 4 percent of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, the mass of the fatty alcohol polyether is 3 percent of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, the temperature is raised to 70, obtaining a composite artemisia annua extract solution;
(2) cationization of the fiber: putting the lyocell fiber into a reaction kettle, adding water until the bath ratio is 1:12, adding dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and sodium carbonate serving as cationic modifiers, wherein the mass of the cationic modifiers is 30% of that of the lyocell fiber, the mass of the sodium hydroxide is 10% of that of the lyocell fiber, heating to 70 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30min, draining, neutralizing for 10min by using phosphoric acid, the using amount of the phosphoric acid is 7% of that of the lyocell fiber, draining, washing for three times, 30min each time, and draining to obtain the cationic fiber;
(3) adding the artemisia myriantha compound extract solution obtained in the step (1) into a reaction kettle, wherein the mass of the artemisia myriantha compound extract solution is 10% of that of the lyocell fibers in the step (2), adding water until the bath ratio is 1:12, heating to 30 ℃, allowing the cationic fibers to adsorb the extract, keeping the temperature for 120min, washing with water for 1 time, performing softening treatment at the temperature of 30 ℃ for 30min, adding a softening agent accounting for 5% of the lyocell fibers, dehydrating the treated fibers by a dehydrator for 40min-120min until the water content of the fibers is 45%, drying by a steam dryer at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 130 ℃, and compressing and packaging after drying to obtain the fiber containing the artemisia myriantha compound extract.
Example 4
The preparation method of the fiber containing the artemisia annua composite extract comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a artemisia annua compound extract solution: mixing the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, wherein the mass ratio of the dry powder of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract is 7:2.5:1, sequentially adding water and a dispersing agent, uniformly mixing, the mass ratio of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract to the water is 1:3.5, the dispersing agent is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyether, the mass of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 2% of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, the mass of the fatty alcohol polyether is 3% of the total mass of the artemisia japonica extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the hairyvein agrimonia herb extract, heating to 50 ℃, preserving heat for 100min to, obtaining a composite artemisia annua extract solution;
(2) cationization of the fiber: putting copper ammonia fiber into a reaction kettle, adding water until the bath ratio is 1:12, adding cationic modifiers dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and sodium hydroxide, wherein the mass of the cationic modifiers is 10% of that of the copper ammonia fiber, the mass of the sodium hydroxide is 6% of that of the copper ammonia fiber, heating to 60 ℃, keeping the temperature for 60min, discharging liquid, neutralizing for 15min by using acetic acid, the using amount of the acetic acid is 4.5% of that of the copper ammonia fiber, discharging liquid, washing for three times, and discharging water for 15min each time to obtain the cationic fiber;
(3) adding the artemisia selengensis composite extract solution obtained in the step (1) into a reaction kettle, wherein the mass of the artemisia selengensis composite extract solution is 15% of the mass of the copper ammonia fiber in the step (2), adding water until the bath ratio is 1:12, heating to 40 ℃, allowing the cation fiber to adsorb the extract, preserving heat for 80min, washing for 1 time, softening at 50 ℃ for 20min, adding a softening agent accounting for 2% of the copper ammonia fiber, dehydrating the treated fiber by a dehydrator for 40min-120min until the water content of the fiber is 38%, drying by a steam dryer at 100 ℃ and 130 ℃, and compressing and packaging after drying to obtain the fiber containing the artemisia selengensis composite extract.
Comparative example 1
The fiber of this comparative example was prepared in the same manner as in example 1, except that the artemisia annua composite extract was directly blended with a spinning dope of regenerated cellulose fibers in which the mass percentage of alpha cellulose was 8.9%, the mass percentage of sodium hydroxide was 5%, and the amount of the extract added was 5% by weight of alpha cellulose, without the steps (2) and (3), by injection before spinning, and then spun in an acid bath to obtain the fiber containing the extract.
Test example 1
The fibers prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were subjected to performance tests, and the results are shown in table 1, wherein the antibacterial performance was evaluated according to GB/T20944.3-2008, part 3 of evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles: evaluation of the bacteriostatic ratio by the Oscillating method.

As can be seen from the table, the fiber prepared by the method of the invention has better dry breaking strength, wet breaking strength, dry breaking elongation and bacteriostasis rate.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of fiber containing artemisia annua composite extract is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a artemisia annua compound extract solution: mixing herba Artemisiae Annuae extract, cortex Phellodendri extract and herba et Gemma Agrimoniae extract, sequentially adding water and dispersant, mixing, heating to 40-70 deg.C, keeping the temperature for 30-120min, and filtering to obtain herba Artemisiae Annuae compound extract solution;
(2) cationization of the fiber: adding water, a cation modifier and alkali into the fibers, heating to 50-90 ℃, preserving heat for 30-120min, neutralizing with acid for 10-30min, and washing with water to obtain cation fibers;
(3) adding the artemisia rupestris compound extract solution obtained in the step (1) into the cationic fibers, adding water, heating to 30-70 ℃, preserving heat for 30-120min, washing with water, softening, dehydrating and drying to obtain the artemisia rupestris compound extract-containing fibers.
2. The method for preparing a fiber containing artemisia annua composite extract according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the artemisia annua extract to the phellodendron amurense extract to the agrimonia pilosa extract in the step (1) is 6-10:1-3:1, preferably 8:2:1, and the mass ratio of the total mass of the artemisia annua extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the agrimonia pilosa extract to water is 1: 3-5.
3. The method for preparing the composite artemisia annua extract fiber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersing agent in the step (1) is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyether.

The method for preparing the fiber containing the artemisia annua compound extract as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the mass of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1-4% of the total mass of the artemisia annua extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the agrimonia pilosa extract, and the mass of the fatty alcohol polyether is 0.5-3% of the total mass of the artemisia annua extract, the phellodendron amurense extract and the agrimonia pilosa extract.
5. The method for preparing the composite extract-containing fiber of Artemisia iwayomogi as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fiber in step (2) is Lyocell fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber, cotton fiber or cuprammonium fiber.

The method for preparing the fiber containing the artemisia annua composite extract according to claim 1, wherein the cationic modifier in the step (2) is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, preferably, the mass of the cationic modifier is 5-30% of the mass of the fiber, the alkali is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, preferably, the mass of the alkali is 0.5-10% of the mass of the fiber, the acid is phosphoric acid or acetic acid, preferably, the mass of the acid is 0.5-7% of the mass of the fiber.
7. The method for preparing the fiber containing the artemisia annua composite extract according to claim 1, wherein the water washing in the step (2) is performed for three times, and the time is 10-30 min/time.
8. The method for preparing the artemisia annua composite extract-containing fiber according to claim 1, wherein the mass of the artemisia annua composite extract solution in the step (3) is 5-15% of the mass of the fiber in the step (2).

The method for preparing the fiber containing the artemisia annua composite extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the softening treatment in the step (3) is carried out by adding a softening agent accounting for 1-5% of the mass of the fiber in the step (2), the treatment temperature is 30-80 ℃, the treatment time is 10-30min, preferably, the dehydration time is 40-120min, the water content of the fiber is 35-45%, and the drying temperature is 100-130 ℃.
10. A fiber comprising artemisia annua composite extract, wherein the fiber is prepared by the method of any one of claims 1-9.
