Abstract

本发明公开了一种制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,包括挤压机本体,所述挤压机本体中包括机筒、双螺杆、计量装置和料斗,所述机筒外侧上下部均安装有若干加热器,在计量装置的L型管道内还设置有咬合齿。本发明通过在加热器内侧设置循环夹套,且循环夹套设置两循环换热腔,可保证机筒周延处热量较为均匀,不会局部温度过高,还可在温度过热时在其中一循环换热腔内通入相对较低温度的换热介质保证过热时迅速降低温度至合适温度阈值内;通过在料斗内设置存在一定间隙的混料辊,方便打散混合物料;在L型管道内设置送料螺杆,并对应送料螺杆设置咬合齿和料斗加热器进行初步挤压,方便混料。

制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机
技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝母粒生产装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机。
背景技术
相变储能材料是在环境温度变化时通过改变自身相态来吸收或释放大量潜热,使其温度基本维持在一恒定值的材料。作为一种能量存储介质,基于其高能量存储密度,近年来相变储能材料已经广泛应用于各种热节能应用。相变储能材料包括无机相变材料,如水合盐和金属合金;有机相变材料,如石蜡、脂肪酸和多元醇等。
在已知的相变材料中,水合盐和金属合金通常具有68~1163kJ/kg的高潜热,然而它们中的大多数仅适用于高温蓄热,且伴有强烈的相分离和过冷,极大地妨碍了它们的实际应用。相比之下,有机相变材料具有86~340kJ/kg范围内的中等潜热,相变温度在0和150℃之间,适用于低温储能应用。
将上述相变材料与常规纺丝母粒通过双螺杆挤压机混合进行造粒,由于具有调温功能的相变材料往往呈蜡状,且与传统基体母粒存在不同的热挥发温度,传统双螺杆挤压机往往采用的是料斗直接加料,存在混料不均匀,同时加热采用位于机筒外侧的热电偶加热,容易造成温度过高,导致相变材料挥发。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种制备调温功能母粒双螺杆挤压机,能够较好的预混助剂和基体材料,同时在双螺杆挤压中受热更为均匀,方便控温。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,包括挤压机本体,所述挤压机本体中包括机筒、转动设置在机筒内咬合设置的双螺杆和与机筒连通的计量装置和用于加料的料斗,所述机筒外侧上下部均安装有若干加热器,所述计量装置包括与所述料斗的下料管连通的横向的L型管道,在所述L型管道内转动设置一送料螺杆,在所述送料螺杆的上方于L型管道内设置有若干咬合齿,所述咬合齿设置在送料螺杆螺旋叶片间,并与相邻的所述送料螺杆的螺旋叶片存在一定咬合间隙。
进一步的,在所述加热器靠近机筒侧贴合机筒设置有循环夹套,所述循环夹套中部设置一分隔板将循环夹套分隔成两循环换热腔,各所述循环换热腔上焊接有进口和出口用于连接循环泵。
进一步的,所述循环夹套中部设置一分隔板将循环夹套分隔成两循环换热腔,各所述循环换热腔上焊接有进口和出口用于连接循环泵。
进一步的,在所述料斗下料管处设置一混料装置,在所述混料装置内转动设置有两混料辊,两所述混料辊上设置有混料齿,带动物料通过。
进一步的,在两所述混料辊的正上方于料斗下料管内焊接一落料挡板。
进一步的,所述落料挡板两端倾斜、顶部呈弧形。
进一步的,所述混料齿为直角梯形状。
进一步的,两所述混料辊的混料齿间留有的间隙宽度优选为基体材料尺寸的1.5-3倍。
进一步的,在所述L型管道底部还安装若干料斗加热器。
本发明的有益效果:通过在加热器内侧设置循环夹套,且循环夹套设置两循环换热腔,可保证机筒周延处热量较为均匀,不会局部温度过高,还可在温度过热时在其中一循环换热腔内通入相对较低温度的换热介质保证过热时迅速降低温度至合适温度阈值内;通过在料斗内设置存在一定间隙的混料辊,方便打散混合物料;在L型管道内设置送料螺杆,并对应送料螺杆设置咬合齿和料斗加热器进行初步挤压,方便混料。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1和图4,一种制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,包括挤压机本体1,挤压机本体中包括机筒2、转动设置在机筒2内咬合设置的双螺杆3、与机筒2连通的计量装置和与计量装置连通的用于加料的料斗6,机筒2外侧上下部均安装有若干加热器4,所述计量装置包括与所述料斗6的下料管下方连通的横向的L型管道,在所述L型管道内转动设置一送料螺杆64(显然送料螺杆64是通过轴承连接在L型管道内,一端伸出管道并由外接驱动机构进行驱动),在送料螺杆64的上方于L型管道内(焊接)设置有若干咬合齿66,咬合齿66设置在送料螺杆64螺旋叶片间,并与相邻的送料螺杆64的螺旋叶片存在一定咬合间隙(间隙宽度为基体材料尺寸的1.5-2倍),使得物料输送在送料螺杆64上方时能与咬合齿66进行适度的研磨挤压。同时为了对物料进行预热,在L型管道底部还安装若干料斗加热器65,便于物料预热适度软化,也方便送料过程中的研磨挤压混合。
参照图2和图3,在加热器4靠近机筒2侧贴合机筒2设置有循环夹套5(循环夹套5与机筒2外形匹配),循环夹套5为加宽薄换热夹套,内循环有换热介质,可增加与机筒2内物料的换热面,循环夹套5中部设置一分隔板51将循环夹套5分隔成两循环换热腔52(实际制作时是循环夹套5由两循环换热腔52焊接而成,中间由分隔板51隔开),各循环换热腔52上焊接有进口53和出口54用于连接循环泵,加热器4的热量通过循环夹套5中的换热介质通过循环泵带动,在对应的循环换热腔52内流动,可保证机筒2周延处热量较为均匀,不会局部温度过高;另外,还可在温度过热时在其中一循环换热腔52内通入相对较低温度的换热介质保证过热时迅速降低温度至合适温度阈值内。
进一步参照图1、图4和图5,由于原料是采用常规多聚基体材料和相变材料挤压熔融制得,相变功能材料一般为低分子有机化合物,为了保证原料在进料式能够较好的预混,在料斗6下料管处设置一混料装置61,混料装置61为一圆弧形加宽部,在混料装置61内转动设置有两混料辊62(两混料辊62外接驱动电机进行驱动),如图4,两混料辊62上设置有混料齿621,混料齿621为直角梯形状,方便打散物料,混料辊621转动方向朝向梯形的斜边(即两混料辊向内侧转动,使得物料能够向下混合并传输),两混料辊62的混料齿621间留有一定间隙供物料通过(间隙宽度优选为基体材料尺寸的1.5-3倍为宜,使得物料能够在混料辊62上停留并与混料齿621作用)。另外,在两混料辊62的正上方于料斗6下料管内焊接一落料挡板63,落料挡板63两端倾斜、顶部呈弧形,便于落料后物料随机落入到两混料辊62上(不直接落入间隙中)。
上述双螺杆挤压机不仅仅适用上述相变功能母粒的制备,同时还适用于其他多组分混合的母粒制备过程。
本申请中,未详细说明的结构及连接关系均为现有技术,其结构及原理已为公知技术,如挤压机本体1为常规双螺杆挤压机,其相关结构均为公知技术,如双螺杆由电机带动减速机驱动等,在此不再赘述。

Claims (5)

1.一种制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,包括挤压机本体,所述挤压机本体中包括机筒、转动设置在机筒内咬合设置的双螺杆、与机筒连通的计量装置和用于加料的料斗,所述机筒外侧上下部均安装有若干加热器,其特征在于:所述计量装置包括与所述料斗的下料管连通的横向的L型管道,在所述L型管道内转动设置一送料螺杆,在所述送料螺杆的上方于L型管道内设置有若干咬合齿,所述咬合齿设置在送料螺杆螺旋叶片间,并与相邻的所述送料螺杆的螺旋叶片存在一定咬合间隙;
在所述加热器靠近机筒侧贴合机筒设置有循环夹套,所述循环夹套中部设置一分隔板将循环夹套分隔成两循环换热腔,各所述循环换热腔上焊接有进口和出口用于连接循环泵;
在所述料斗下料管处设置一混料装置,在所述混料装置内转动设置有两混料辊,两所述混料辊上设置有混料齿,带动物料通过;
在两所述混料辊的正上方于料斗下料管内焊接一落料挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于:所述落料挡板两端倾斜、顶部呈弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于:所述混料齿为直角梯形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于:两所述混料辊的混料齿间留有的间隙宽度为基体材料尺寸的1.5-3倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备调温功能母粒的双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于:在所述L型管道底部还安装若干料斗加热器。
