The robot head 1 and the robot trunk 2 realize 360-degree rotation of the head by using an anti-winding device of a neck joint rotating 360 degrees. A camera 11, an infrared sensor 13 and three microphones 12 are mounted on the head of the robot, and the microphones 12 are respectively positioned on the front and two sides of the robot head 1. A display screen 21 and a loudspeaker 22 are arranged on the trunk of the robot, the display screen and the loudspeaker are positioned on the front of the trunk, and a solar drive board 23 is arranged on the back of the trunk. A vacuum cleaner 31 is installed on the robot moving chassis 3, and two driving wheels 32 and a universal wheel 33 are provided on the chassis for movement of the robot.

The audio acquisition unit realizes acquisition of a voice signal through an SPCE061A chip system. The microphone adopts an electret capacitor microphone, and the electret capacitor microphone has the advantages of simple structure, high sensitivity, no directivity, small size and wide frequency response. The robot inputs the voice of an operator through a polar capacitance microphone, the voice resource is converted into a digital voice resource by an ADC (analog to digital converter) in an SPCE061A chip, the digital voice resource is put into a data queue, and the digital voice resource is compressed and encoded by an audio compression algorithm SACM _ S480 and then stored.
The voice recognition method of the embodiment mainly adopts a mode matching method, and the voice recognition unit is provided with a voice library for storing voice data, so that the voice information of a user is collected and stored in advance. When the user sends a voice instruction, the audio recognition unit can match the current voice information of the user with the voice in the voice library, and then the functional operation can be completed.
As shown in fig. 5, the voice information recognition matching is to match the voice information of each frame extracted from the voice signal feature parameters in the voice recognition process with the voice information in the voice library to find the voice information matching the input voice signal. The matching data of the voice recognition is mainly to extract the characteristic parameters after the voice signal processing, namely to extract the most suitable characteristic parameters with optimal representativeness from the voice signal. The speech signal with discrete time and amplitude obtained by analog-to-digital conversion is stored in a computer, so that various speech characteristic parameters of the speech signal can be obtained to facilitate subsequent processing. In the voice recognition technology of the home intelligent robot, a tree structure as shown in fig. 6 is used for classification of the voice database. The structure improves the speed and the efficiency of voice recognition, and further increases the human-computer interaction performance of the family robot.
The camera of head accessible video acquisition unit gathers the family environment in order to realize family's environmental monitoring, can play purposes such as fire prevention theftproof. The video acquisition unit adopts an SPCA561A chip, the camera transmits the acquired image information to an SPCA563A for analysis and processing, and the SPCA563A has a function of decomposing the acquired image information and stores the required content in a corresponding address.
The power management unit displays the electric quantity information of the robot in real time, and the charging prompt can be sent out when the power is insufficient.
The display screen adopts the existing commercially available liquid crystal display.
The loudspeaker adopts an SPY0030 power amplification chip. The robot amplifies and filters the prompting voice signal generated by the analog-to-digital converter in the SPCE061A chip, and then realizes the power amplification effect through SPY 0030. When playing voice, the stored voice data is sent to a decompression queue for decoding, then converted into analog signals through an output queue and a DAC converter, two paths of 10-bit-precision DACs are arranged in the SPCE061A, and the analog signals are amplified through an external power amplification circuit and then sent to a loudspeaker to make sound.
