本发明公开了一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法,包括如下步骤:1、对各规格偶数架红条尺寸直径大于孔型基圆的架次孔型重新核定做工艺变更,使得进入该孔型的圆钢两侧壁为平面;2、将原轧机水嘴式冷却水管改为羟基喷淋式冷却水管,增大喷淋面积改善轧槽冷却不均而产生大面积龟裂的现象,该冷却水管包括一根圆弧管体,圆弧管体的外侧部管壁上沿管体的径向间隔设置着两个喷淋嘴;3、对滚动导卫导轮进行改进,使得导轮的外圆周弧形面尺寸与经过该导轮的奇数架椭圆轧件弧面尺寸完全匹配,消除因为尺寸不匹配而在椭圆轧件两侧边上产生的压痕。经过本发明控制方法的改进,能够改善加工应力状态,解决了圆钢表面裂纹问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法。
背景技术
Φ13弹簧圆钢为高铁专用铁路器材,吨钢利润长期维持在1000元/t。但热顶锻裂纹一直是无法攻克的瓶颈,Φ13弹簧圆钢作为固定铁路道轨蝴蝶扣件的母材,该缺陷存在致命性缺陷会严重威胁高铁安全,经研究导致Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹问题如下:1.在热顶锻开裂的试样中,由折叠缺陷引起的占有相当大的比重,其是影响圆钢热顶锻质量的重要因素。折叠的产生多由于在某一轧制道次出现过充满现象(耳子),在后部道次中再轧制时形成折叠,在热顶锻过程中,受到环向切应力的作用,因此很容易造成热顶锻开裂;2.辊印引起的热顶锻开裂数量较少,但每次出现都会形成批量缺陷,对圆钢的热顶锻质量有一定影响。辊印,一般是由于轧槽使用过度或轧辊冷却效果不好导致轧槽结瘤,在轧件上即会轧出网状凹凸不平的缺陷,这种缺陷经再轧制时会造成长度较短、密集分布的折叠。3.导卫导轮r弧<椭圆轧件R弧,使导轮边沿压到轧件表面产生压痕,经后道次连续轧制形成对180°对称分布折叠。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法,能够改善加工应力状态,解决圆钢表面裂纹问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法,包括如下步骤:1、对各规格偶数架红条尺寸直径大于孔型基圆的架次孔型重新核定做工艺变更,使得进入该孔型的圆钢两侧壁为平面;2、将原轧机水嘴式冷却水管改为羟基喷淋式冷却水管,增大喷淋面积改善轧槽冷却不均而产生大面积龟裂的现象,该冷却水管包括一根圆弧管体,圆弧管体的外侧部管壁上沿管体的径向间隔设置着两个喷淋嘴;3、对滚动导卫导轮进行改进,使得导轮的外圆周弧形面尺寸与经过该导轮的奇数架椭圆轧件弧面尺寸完全匹配,消除因为尺寸不匹配而在椭圆轧件两侧边上产生的压痕。
经过本发明控制方法的改进,能够改善加工应力状态,解决了圆钢表面裂纹问题。Φ13弹圆热顶锻一次检验合格率70%提升到了99%,2019全年无Φ13弹圆热顶锻裂纹用户反馈外部质量异议,该项发明技术适用于同类生产弹簧圆钢的优特钢轧钢厂,同时该技术不仅适用于Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制,也适用于市场主流弹簧圆钢产品Φ14∽Φ20规格弹圆热顶锻裂纹控制。

具体实施方式
一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法,包括如下步骤:1、对各规格偶数架红条尺寸直径大于孔型基圆的架次孔型重新核定做工艺变更,如图1所示,使得进入该孔型的圆钢两侧壁为平面;2、将原轧机水嘴式冷却水管改为羟基喷淋式冷却水管,增大喷淋面积改善轧槽冷却不均而产生大面积龟裂的现象,该冷却水管包括一根圆弧管体,如图2所示,圆弧管体的外侧部管壁上沿管体的径向间隔设置着两个喷淋嘴;3、对滚动导卫导轮进行改进,如图3所示,使得导轮的外圆周弧形面尺寸与经过该导轮的奇数架椭圆轧件弧面尺寸完全匹配,消除因为尺寸不匹配而在椭圆轧件两侧边上产生的压痕。
其他工艺流程均与现有Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻生产流程相同,在此不再赘述。

1.一种Φ13弹簧圆钢热顶锻裂纹控制方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:1、对各规格偶数架红条尺寸直径大于孔型基圆的架次孔型重新核定做工艺变更,使得进入该孔型的圆钢两侧壁为平面;2、将原轧机水嘴式冷却水管改为羟基喷淋式冷却水管,增大喷淋面积改善轧槽冷却不均而产生大面积龟裂的现象,该冷却水管包括一根圆弧管体,圆弧管体的外侧部管壁上沿管体的径向间隔设置着两个喷淋嘴;3、对滚动导卫导轮进行改进,使得导轮的外圆周弧形面尺寸与经过该导轮的奇数架椭圆轧件弧面尺寸完全匹配,消除因为尺寸不匹配而在椭圆轧件两侧边上产生的压痕。
