Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides an alarm method of an intelligent crutch. The intelligent crutch comprises: the walking stick comprises a walking stick body and a wearing piece matched with the walking stick body for use; a pulse sensor is arranged in the wearing piece. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of an alarm method of an intelligent crutch according to the present invention. In a first embodiment, the alarm method of the intelligent crutch comprises the following steps:
s110: and monitoring and acquiring the inclination angle of the crutch body of the intelligent crutch.
In this embodiment, an angle sensor and/or an acceleration sensor and other sensors capable of monitoring the inclination angle of the crutch body are/is arranged in the crutch body of the intelligent crutch; and acquiring the inclination angle of the crutch body immediately through the monitoring data of the sensor. Wherein the tilt angle is defined as: the angle formed by the crutch body and the vertical position of the horizontal plane. Under normal use conditions, the angle of inclination is generally between-30 ° and 30 °.
S120: judging whether the inclination angle is within a preset reference inclination angle range; if not, returning to the step S110; if yes, the process proceeds to step S130.
In this embodiment, the preset reference inclination angle is specifically set by a person with expert knowledge, and may be set as follows: -60 ° to 60 °, -65 ° to 65 °, or-70 ° to 70 °; the preset reference inclination angle is preferably set to-70 ° to 70 °. And when the inclination angle is not within the preset reference inclination angle range, the intelligent crutch body is in a falling state. However, the state of the crutch body can only be explained, and the state that the user of the intelligent crutch is also in a falling state cannot be accurately explained.
S130: acquiring the monitoring data of the physical sign parameters currently monitored by the wearing piece of the intelligent crutch and the monitoring data of the first physical sign parameters in the previous time period.
In this embodiment, it is considered that if the user of the intelligent crutch is in a falling state, certain fluctuation of physical parameters such as heartbeat and pulse can occur, and the physical parameters of the user are combined through the state of the crutch body, so that whether the user is in the falling state can be accurately judged. Wherein the physical sign parameters include: and (4) pulse. In the step S130, comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data with the first physical sign parameter monitoring data, instead of comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data with standard physical sign parameter monitoring data, takes into consideration how many physical problems exist in the old, and if comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data with the standard physical sign parameter monitoring data, erroneous judgment is likely to occur. Wherein the previous time period is one minute, five minutes or ten minutes calculated from the current time before; it is preferably set to estimate the current time forward by five minutes.
S140: comparing and analyzing the physical sign parameter monitoring data and the first physical sign parameter monitoring data, and judging whether the intelligent crutch user falls; if yes, the next step is carried out.
In this embodiment, by comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data monitored at the current time with the first physical sign parameter monitoring data monitored by the user in the ordinary state five minutes ago, whether the user has an abnormal condition can be accurately judged. In step S140, the specific steps of determining whether the abnormal condition occurs are: 1. dividing the numerical value of the physical sign parameter monitoring data by the numerical value of the first physical sign parameter monitoring data, and calculating to obtain a quotient of the two; 2. when the quotient is in the range of 0.9-1.1, judging that the abnormal condition does not occur in the physical sign parameter monitoring data of the intelligent crutch user according to the judgment result; when the quotient is smaller than 0.9 or larger than 1.1, judging that the physical sign parameters of the intelligent crutch user are abnormal; 3. and when the judgment result shows that the physical sign parameters of the intelligent crutch user are abnormal, defining that the intelligent crutch user falls. For example: the physical sign parameter monitoring data is pulse for 78 times/min, and the first physical sign parameter monitoring data is pulse for 64 times/min; the quotient 78/64 is 1.21, so that the user is in a falling state at present as well as the walking stick body.
S150: and generating corresponding alarm information and transmitting the alarm information to the appointed user terminal.
In this embodiment, the alarm information is: the place of the fall, the time of the fall. The specified users are: the user's relatives, guardians, etc. By transmitting the alarm information to the appointed user, the safety of the falling user can be guaranteed. In addition, the alarm information can be transmitted to an alarm center, and personal safety of the falling user is further guaranteed.
The invention provides a second embodiment of an alarm method of an intelligent crutch. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second alarm method of the intelligent crutch according to the present invention. The second embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch is improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the improvement is that after the step S140, the method further comprises:
s141: judging whether a non-alarm instruction is received or not; if not, go to step S150; if yes, the process proceeds to step S142.
In this embodiment, in consideration of the situation of the user himself, if the user feels that the injury to his body due to the fall is not serious and can stand again by himself, the non-alarm instruction may be issued. At this moment, the alarm information does not need to be sent out, and the current situation can be recorded and reported. The non-alarm instruction is issued in the following mode: the user sends out the modes of 'no alarm is needed', 'no obstacle' and the like, or the mode that the user presses a non-alarm function button arranged outside the crutch body.
S142: and executing the timing action, and returning to the step S110 after the timing time reaches the preset time.
In this embodiment, considering that a falling user needs a certain time to stand, and the crutch body is still in a falling state in this time period, to avoid misjudgment, the monitoring operation in step S110 is executed after a certain timing time. Wherein, the timing time may be: 2 minutes, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes.
The invention provides a third embodiment of an alarm method of an intelligent crutch. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch of the present invention. The third embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch is improved on the basis of the second embodiment, and the improvement is that the step S110 is preceded by:
s101: and judging whether the user uses the intelligent crutch.
In this embodiment, when the acceleration sensor and/or the angle sensor of the intelligent crutch monitor that the state (acceleration state, angle state, etc.) of the intelligent crutch changes, the determination result is that the user is using the intelligent crutch.
S102: and if so, generating corresponding prompt information to prompt the user to wear the wearing piece.
In this embodiment, the prompt information is generated to enable the user to wear the wearing piece, so that the judgment accuracy of the drop monitoring process is improved. The prompt message may be: you get good and please put the wearing piece on.
The invention provides a fourth embodiment of an alarm method of an intelligent crutch. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch of the present invention. The fourth embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch is improved on the basis of the third embodiment, and the improvement is that after the step S140, the method further comprises:
s143: and when the physical sign parameters of the intelligent crutch user are judged to be abnormal, generating corresponding first prompt information to prompt the user to pick up the falling intelligent crutch.
In this embodiment, the first prompt information may be: you please pick up the falling intelligent crutch. Through the embodiment, the intelligent crutch can remind a user, and is more convenient to use.
The invention provides a fifth embodiment of an alarm method of an intelligent crutch. Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fifth embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch of the present invention. The fifth embodiment of the alarm method of the intelligent crutch is improved on the basis of the fourth embodiment, and the improvement is that the alarm method of the intelligent crutch further comprises the following steps:
s160: and monitoring the physical sign parameters of the user at regular time, and judging whether the physical sign parameters are within a preset reference physical sign parameter range.
In the present embodiment, the timing is once per week or twice per week. The preset reference sign parameters are preset reference pulse parameters, and because the heartbeat pulse of the old people is slower than that of the common young people, the preset reference pulse parameters can be set to be as follows through data lookup: 55-60 times/min. If the monitored pulse parameter of the user is 64 times/min, the judgment result is that the physical sign parameter is not in the preset reference physical sign parameter range.
S170: if not, prompting the user to perform corresponding physical examination.
In this embodiment, the prompt may be to transmit the prompt information of the physical examination to the mobile terminals of the children and the guardian of the user, and to play the prompt information of the physical examination through the intelligent crutch.
The present invention further provides a first embodiment of the intelligent crutch 100. The intelligent crutch 100 comprises: the walking stick comprises a walking stick body and a wearing piece matched with the walking stick body for use; a pulse sensor is arranged in the wearing piece. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a program module of a first embodiment of the intelligent crutch of the present invention. The intelligent crutch 100 comprises: an obtaining module 110, configured to monitor and obtain an inclination angle of the crutch body of the intelligent crutch 100. The determining module 120 is configured to determine whether the tilt angle is within a preset reference tilt angle range. A first obtaining module 130, configured to obtain, when the determining module 120 determines that the tilt angle is not within a preset reference tilt angle range, sign parameter monitoring data currently monitored by a wearing part of the intelligent crutch 100 and first sign parameter monitoring data in a previous time period. And the first judging module 140 is configured to compare and analyze the sign parameter monitoring data with the first sign parameter monitoring data, and judge whether the intelligent crutch user falls. And an alarm module 150, configured to generate corresponding alarm information when the first determining module 140 determines that the physical sign parameters of the user of the intelligent crutch 100 are abnormal, and transmit the alarm information to a specified user terminal.
In this embodiment, an angle sensor and/or an acceleration sensor and other sensors capable of monitoring the inclination angle of the crutch body are/is arranged in the crutch body of the intelligent crutch 100; through the monitoring data of the sensors, the obtaining module 110 obtains the inclination angle of the crutch body immediately. Wherein the tilt angle is defined as: the angle formed by the crutch body and the vertical position of the horizontal plane. Under normal use conditions, the angle of inclination is generally between-30 ° and 30 °.
When the inclination angle is not within the preset reference inclination angle range, it indicates that the crutch body of the intelligent crutch 100 is in a falling state. However, it is only possible to describe the state of the crutch body, and it is not possible to accurately describe the state of the user of the intelligent crutch 100 who is also falling.
In this embodiment, it is considered that if the user of the intelligent crutch 100 is in a falling state, certain fluctuation of physical parameters such as heartbeat and pulse can occur, and the physical parameters of the user are combined through the state of the crutch body, so that whether the user is in the falling state can be accurately judged. Wherein the physical sign parameters include: and (4) pulse. The first determining module 140 compares the physical sign parameter monitoring data with the first sign parameter monitoring data, instead of comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data with standard physical sign parameter monitoring data, considering how many physical problems exist in the old, and if the physical sign parameter monitoring data is compared with the standard physical sign parameter monitoring data, erroneous determination is likely to occur. Wherein the previous time period is one minute, five minutes or ten minutes calculated from the current time before; it is preferably set to estimate the current time forward by five minutes.
In this embodiment, by comparing the physical sign parameter monitoring data monitored at the current time with the first physical sign parameter monitoring data monitored by the user in the ordinary state five minutes ago, whether the user has an abnormal condition can be accurately judged. Wherein, the first determining module 140 includes: the device comprises a calculating unit, a judging unit and a defining unit. And the calculation unit is used for dividing the numerical value of the physical sign parameter monitoring data by the numerical value of the first physical sign parameter monitoring data to calculate a quotient of the two values. The judging unit is configured to determine that the physical sign parameter monitoring data of the user of the intelligent crutch 100 is not abnormal if the quotient is in the range of 0.9 to 1.1; and when the quotient is smaller than 0.9 or larger than 1.1, determining that the sign parameters of the user of the intelligent crutch 100 are abnormal. The defining unit is configured to define that the user of the intelligent crutch 100 falls when the determination result indicates that the physical sign parameters of the user of the intelligent crutch 100 are abnormal. For example: the physical sign parameter monitoring data is pulse for 78 times/min, and the first physical sign parameter monitoring data is pulse for 64 times/min; the quotient 78/64 is 1.21, thus indicating that the user is also currently in a fall state.
In this embodiment, the alarm information is: the place of the fall, the time of the fall. The specified users are: the user's relatives, guardians, etc. The alarm information is transmitted to the appointed user through the alarm module 150, so that the safety of the falling user can be guaranteed. In addition, the alarm module 150 can also transmit the alarm information to an alarm center, so as to further ensure the personal safety of the falling user.
The present invention further provides a second embodiment of the intelligent crutch 100. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of program modules of a second embodiment of the intelligent crutch of the present invention. The second embodiment of the intelligent crutch 100 is improved on the basis of the first embodiment of the intelligent crutch 100, and the improvement is that the intelligent crutch 100 further comprises: a timing module 160. The first determining module 140 is further configured to determine whether a non-alarm command is received, and if not, switch to the alarm module 150. The timing module 160 is configured to execute a timing action when the first determining module 140 determines that a non-alarm instruction is received, and return to the obtaining module 110 after the timing time reaches a preset time.
In this embodiment, in consideration of the situation of the user himself, if the user feels that the injury to his body due to the fall is not serious and can stand again by himself, the non-alarm instruction may be issued. At this moment, the alarm information does not need to be sent out, and the current situation can be recorded and reported. The non-alarm instruction is issued in the following mode: the user sends out the modes of voice such as 'no alarm required' and 'no obstacle' or the mode of pressing a non-alarm function button arranged outside the crutch body by the user.
In this embodiment, considering that a falling user needs a certain time to stand, and the crutch body is still in a falling state in this time period, in order to avoid misjudgment, the monitoring and acquiring actions executed by the acquisition module 110 are returned to be executed after a certain timing time. Wherein, the timing time may be: 2 minutes, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes.
