the disassembly and assembly mechanism comprises a mounting seat (3), a buffering assembly, a connecting cylinder (4), a support column (1), an installation pipe (9), a first spring (11), two limiting columns (10) and two limiting holes (16), wherein the axis of the connecting cylinder (4) is perpendicular to the mounting seat (3), one end of the connecting cylinder (4) is hinged to the mounting seat (3), the buffering assembly is arranged on one side, close to the connecting cylinder (4), of the mounting seat (3), the buffering assembly is connected with the connecting cylinder (4), the support column (1) and the connecting cylinder (4) are coaxially arranged, one end of the support column (1) is arranged inside the connecting cylinder (4), the two limiting holes (16) are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the connecting cylinder (4), the two limiting holes (16) are respectively arranged on two sides of the connecting cylinder (4), the installation pipe (9) is arranged inside one end of the support column (1), the axis of the mounting tube (9) is vertical to and intersected with the axis of the support column (1), the limiting column (10) is coaxial with the mounting tube (9), the length of the limiting columns (10) is less than half of the length of the mounting tube (9), one ends of the two limiting columns (10) close to each other are respectively arranged inside the two ends of the mounting tube (9), the limiting columns (10) are connected with the mounting pipe (9) in a sliding way, the ends of the two limiting columns (10) far away from each other are respectively arranged inside the two limiting holes (16), the shapes of the ends of the two limiting columns (10) far away from each other are hemispherical, the first spring (11) is arranged inside the mounting pipe (9), two ends of the first spring (11) are fixedly connected with one ends, close to each other, of the two limiting columns (10) respectively, and the first spring (11) is in a compressed state;
the buffer mechanism comprises two connecting assemblies and at least two first elastic ropes (2), the two connecting assemblies are respectively arranged inside the two pillars (1), the first elastic ropes (2) are perpendicular to the pillars (1), the first elastic ropes (2) are arranged between the two pillars (1) along the axis of the pillars (1), and two ends of each first elastic rope (2) are respectively connected with the two connecting assemblies;
the connecting assembly comprises a cavity (8), a supporting shaft (20), two mounting bearings (18), at least two sealing sleeves (5) and at least two second elastic ropes (19), wherein the cavity (8) is arranged inside the strut (1), the supporting shaft (20) is coaxially arranged with the strut (1), the supporting shaft (20) is arranged inside the cavity (8), two ends of the supporting shaft (20) are connected with the inner wall of the cavity (8) through the mounting bearings (18), the axis of each sealing sleeve (5) is perpendicular to the strut (1), each sealing sleeve (5) is arranged on one side, close to the first elastic ropes (2), of the strut (1) along the axis of the strut (1), the number of the sealing sleeves (5) is equal to that of the first elastic ropes (2), and the sealing sleeves (5) correspond to the first elastic ropes (2) one by one, sealing sleeve (5) are passed through to the one end of first elasticity rope (2), first elasticity rope (2) and sealing sleeve (5) slip and sealing connection, the one end of first elasticity rope (2) is convoluteed on the periphery of back shaft (20), the one end of each second elasticity rope (19) all with the inner wall fixed connection of the one side of keeping away from first elasticity rope (2) of cavity (8), the other end of each second elasticity rope (19) all convolutes on the periphery of back shaft (20), the coiling direction of first elasticity rope (2) and second elasticity rope (19) is opposite, first elasticity rope (2) and second elasticity rope (19) all are in the state of stretching tightly.

The portable traffic guardrail with the buffering function according to claim 1, wherein the buffering assembly comprises a sliding groove (6), a sliding rod (13), a sliding block (14), a second spring (15) and a connecting rod (7), the sliding groove (6) is parallel to the first elastic rope (2), the sliding groove (6) is arranged on one side of the mounting seat (3) close to the connecting cylinder (4), the sliding rod (13) is arranged inside the sliding groove (6), two ends of the sliding rod (13) are respectively fixedly connected with inner walls of two ends of the sliding groove (6), the sliding block (14) is matched with the sliding groove (6), the sliding block (14) is arranged inside the sliding groove (6), the sliding block (14) is slidably connected with the sliding groove (6), a mounting hole (12) is arranged inside the sliding block (14), the sliding rod (13) passes through the sliding block (14), and the sliding block (14) is slidably connected with the sliding rod (13), the one end of connecting rod (7) is articulated with slider (14), the other end of connecting rod (7) is articulated with the middle part of connecting cylinder (4) near one side of spout (6), second spring (15) cover is established on slide bar (13), the one end of slide bar (13) is through second spring (15) and slider (14) fixed connection.
