Abstract
The invention discloses a lamp accurate positioning device of an automatic production line of an LED street lamp, which comprises a workbench, a conveyor belt, a conical positioner and the like, wherein the workbench is positioned on one side of the conveyor belt, and the aperture of a conical bottom of the conical positioner is equal to that of a positioning hole on the surface of a lamp shell. The accurate positioning method using the device comprises the following steps: a. fuzzy positioning: the lamp shell is placed below the conical positioner; b. accurate positioning: the conical positioner moves vertically, the conical bottom is inserted into the positioning hole, and the lamp shell is forced to move concentrically; c. lamp housing transfer: the conical positioner drives the lamp shell to horizontally move; d. separation: the conical locator moves vertically, separating from the lamp envelope. The invention uses the conical positioner with the same aperture as the positioning hole on the surface of the lamp shell, and the conical positioner is inserted into the positioning hole to force the lamp shell to move concentrically in the contact process of the conical positioner and the lamp shell, thereby achieving the purpose of accurately positioning the lamp shell.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machining, and particularly relates to a precise lamp positioning device and method for an automatic production line of an LED street lamp.
Background
The LED street lamp technology has been developed for decades in China, wherein the lamp housing of the LED street lamp is used as a platform for carrying components, and machining is needed, wherein the number of drilled holes is more than 50. The lamp housing is processed to be the main source with the most labor, the lowest efficiency and the increased cost, and becomes a short plate in the production process of the LED street lamp, and the problem needs to be solved. The conveyer belt has the characteristics of continuous conveying parts or materials and is widely applied, and because the surface of the conveyer belt is made of rubber or plastic materials, the conveyer belt has elasticity, and cannot realize accurate positioning with the error less than 0.1 mm. In the process of moving the lamp shell of the automatic LED street lamp production line, the positioning error of the lamp shell in the moving process between the workbench and the flexible conveyor belt cannot be controlled.

The invention provides a lamp accurate positioning device and a positioning method for an automatic production line of an LED street lamp, aiming at the technical problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a method for accurately positioning lamps in an automatic production line of LED street lamps comprises the following steps:
a. fuzzy positioning: the lamp shell is placed below the conical positioner, the positioning hole in the surface of the lamp shell is over against the conical positioner, and the diameter of the conical bottom of the conical positioner is equal to that of the positioning hole in the surface of the lamp shell;
b. accurate positioning: the conical positioner moves vertically, the conical bottom is inserted into the positioning hole, and the lamp shell is forced to move concentrically;
c. lamp housing transfer: the conical positioner drives the lamp shell to horizontally move;
d. separation: the conical locator moves vertically, separating from the lamp envelope.
Preferably, in step a, fuzzy positioning is performed by a starting positioning block, a laser positioning sensor or a control conveyor belt line pitch, so that the lamp housing is placed below the conical positioner.
Preferably, in step c, the lamp housing is moved from the working table to the conveyor belt, or from the conveyor belt to the working table.
An accurate positioning device for a lamp of an automatic production line of an LED street lamp comprises a workbench, a conveyor belt, a horizontal motion guide rail, a horizontal motion stepping motor, a horizontal motion sliding table, a vertical motion guide rail, a vertical motion stepping motor, a vertical motion sliding table and a conical positioner, the workbench is positioned at one side of the conveyor belt, the horizontal moving guide rail is positioned above the workbench and the conveyor belt, the horizontal motion guide rail is connected with a horizontal motion stepping motor, the horizontal motion sliding table is arranged on the horizontal motion guide rail, the horizontal movement sliding table is provided with the vertical movement guide rail which is connected with the vertical movement stepping motor, the vertical movement guide rail is provided with a vertical movement sliding table, the vertical movement sliding table is provided with the conical positioner, and the conical bottom of the conical positioner is equal to the aperture of the positioning hole on the surface of the lamp shell.
Preferably, the conical positioner adopts at least two stations, and preferably four stations, namely the conical positioner is provided with four conical bottoms which correspond to the four positioning holes of the lamp shell.
Preferably, the conical positioner is provided with a stop line, and the outer dimension of the stop line is less than 0.1 mm of the positioning hole.
Preferably, a starting positioning block is arranged on the workbench.
Preferably, the workbench and the belt surface of the conveyor belt are at the same height, and the error value is +/-1 mm.
The working principle is as follows: the conical positioner moves vertically, the diameter of the conical bottom of the conical positioner is equal to that of the surface circle of the lamp shell, and when the positioning hole in the surface of the lamp shell is not concentric with the conical top, the conical positioner moving vertically can force the lamp shell to move concentrically in the downward moving process, so that the aim of accurately positioning the lamp shell is fulfilled. The horizontal movement of the conical positioner drives the lamp shell to move between the conveyor belt and the workbench.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the conical positioner is used for realizing accurate positioning of the lamp shell with the error less than 0.1 mm, so that a manual positioning procedure can be omitted, and efficient, continuous and accurate positioning is realized.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a lamp accurate positioning device for an automatic production line of an LED street lamp, which comprises a workbench 1, a conveyor belt 2, a horizontal movement guide rail 3, a horizontal movement stepping motor 4, a horizontal movement sliding table 5, a vertical movement guide rail 6, a vertical movement stepping motor 7, a vertical movement sliding table 8 and a conical positioner 9, wherein the workbench 1 is positioned at one side of the conveyor belt 2, the horizontal movement guide rail 3 is positioned above the workbench 1 and the conveyor belt 2, the horizontal movement guide rail 3 is connected with the horizontal movement stepping motor 4, the horizontal movement sliding table 5 is arranged on the horizontal movement guide rail 3, the vertical movement guide rail 6 is arranged on the horizontal movement sliding table 5, the vertical movement guide rail 6 is connected with the vertical movement stepping motor 7, the vertical movement guide rail 6 is provided with the vertical movement sliding table 8, the vertical movement sliding table 8 is provided with the conical positioner 9, and the conical bottom of the conical positioner 9 is equal to the aperture of the positioning hole 11 on the surface of the lamp shell 10. The conical positioner 9 adopts four stations, namely the conical positioner 9 is provided with four conical bottoms which correspond to the four positioning holes 11 of the lamp shell 10. The conical positioner 9 is provided with a stop line, and the external dimension of the stop line is less than 110.1 mm of the positioning hole of the lamp shell 10. And a starting positioning block 12 is arranged on the workbench 1. The working table 1 and the belt surface of the conveyor belt 2 are at the same height, and the error value is +/-1 millimeter.
A method for accurately positioning lamps in an automatic production line of LED street lamps comprises the following steps:
a. fuzzy positioning: placing the lamp shell 10 on the workbench 1 to enable the lamp shell to be tightly attached to a starting positioning block 12, moving the conical positioner 9 to an initial position, wherein the lamp shell 10 is located below the conical positioner 9, and a positioning hole 11 in the surface of the lamp shell 10 is approximately located right below the conical positioner 9;
b. accurate positioning: the vertical motion stepping motor 7 drives the vertical motion guide rail 6 to rotate, the conical positioner 9 vertically moves downwards, the conical bottom is inserted into the positioning hole 11, and when the positioning hole 11 is not concentric with the conical bottom of the conical positioner 9, the lamp shell 10 is forced to do concentric motion;
c. the lamp envelope 10 is transferred: the horizontal motion stepping motor 4 drives the horizontal motion sliding table 5 to move horizontally, the conical positioner 9 drives the lamp shell 10 to move horizontally, and the lamp shell 10 moves to the conveying belt 2 from the workbench 1;
d. separation: the vertical motion stepping motor 7 drives the conical positioner 9 to vertically move upwards and separate from the lamp shell 10;
e. and (5) fuzzy positioning again: the lamp shell 10 moves along with the conveyor belt 2 and is conveyed to a designated position, and the position of the lamp shell 10 is fuzzily positioned by controlling the line spacing of the conveyor belt 2 or a laser positioning sensor so as to be approximately positioned right below another conical positioner 9;
f. and (3) accurately positioning again: the conical positioner 9 vertically moves downwards, the conical bottom is inserted into the positioning hole 11, and the lamp shell 10 is forced to move concentrically;
g. again the lamp envelope 10 transfer: the conical positioner 9 drives the lamp shell 10 to move horizontally, and the lamp shell 10 moves to the workbench 1 through the conveyor belt 2;
h. and (3) separating again: the conical locator 9 is moved vertically upwards, separated from the envelope 10.
The number of the conical positioners 9 is two, the conical positioners 9 respectively drive the lamp shell 10 to move from the conveyor belt 2 to the workbench 1 or from the workbench 1 to the conveyor belt 2, and the conical positioners 9 can be arranged on the conical bottom surface and are arranged on a vertical-motion synchronous belt guide rail sliding table; or the conical bottom can be arranged on the surface of the worktable 1 below.
