Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to structured horse oil and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts a specific process to extract the fresh horse fat particles, and the obtained product has better moisturizing effect compared with the horse oil product obtained by the existing extraction process on the premise of not changing the relative percentage content of fatty acid in the horse oil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to structured horse oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Horse oil is prepared by subjecting horsehair, tail root and abdomen of horse in alpine region mainly to hot steaming, dissolving, squeezing, filtering, removing impurities, cold extracting, refining and purifying to obtain crude horse oil, and refining by steam washing. Horse oil has strong permeability to skin mucosa, is easily absorbed by skin, and has effects of accelerating skin metabolism, enhancing cell activity, and resisting aging. In addition, horse oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid, and after the horse oil permeates into human skin, the unsaturated fatty acids can effectively permeate and moisten each cortex, remove dead skin and slow down the skin aging process, and the linoleic acid can also generate azelaic acid under the action of light, ozone and ultraviolet rays, so that the skin metabolism function is greatly improved, thereby effectively eliminating free radicals, inhibiting the formation of tyrosinase on melanin and promoting the regeneration of skin cells.
At present, the high-content horse oil skin care product is mainly prepared from pure horse oil, the pure horse oil is generally obtained by cooking or carrying out enzymolysis on fresh horse fat to prepare crude horse oil, and then carrying out refining steps such as alkali washing and the like, however, the horse oil is easy to oxidize in the preparation process of the existing method, and a high-content horse oil product cannot be obtained; in addition, the fatty acid ester in the pure horse oil prepared by the existing method is mainly a fatty acid triglyceride component of the horse oil, and the moisturizing effect is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects that the high-content horse oil product is difficult to obtain by the existing preparation method and the moisture-preserving effect of the obtained horse oil product is limited, so that the invention provides the preparation method of the structured horse oil and the structured horse oil prepared by the preparation method.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a preparation method of structured horse oil, which comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking the horse fat particles in an aqueous solution containing a first antioxidant and sodium chloride until the soaking solution is colorless, and draining the soaking solution to obtain purified horse fat particles;
(2) adding a second antioxidant into the purified horse fat particles, heating and carrying out mechanical wall breaking treatment to obtain liquid horse fat;
(3) adding glycerol and lipase into the liquid horse fat, stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and centrifuging to obtain crude horse oil;
(4) and adding an adsorbent into the crude horse oil, stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and centrifuging to obtain the structured horse oil.
Further, in the aqueous solution in the step (1), the mass percent of the first antioxidant is 0.01-0.05%, and the mass percent of the sodium chloride is 0.1-2%;
the first antioxidant is at least one selected from citric acid, vitamin C and tea polyphenol.
Further, the soaking in the step (1) is carried out for 2-6 times at 0-25 ℃, and the soaking time is 0.5-2 h each time.
Further, the adding mass of the second antioxidant in the step (2) is 0.01-0.05% of the mass of the purified horse fat particles;
the second antioxidant is at least one of vitamin E, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and rosemary extract.
Further, the step (2) is specifically heating the mixture of the purified horse fat particles and the second antioxidant to 30-50 ℃, and then performing mechanical wall breaking treatment at the speed of 1000-10000 r/min for 15-30 min to obtain the liquid horse fat.
Further, the adding mass of the glycerol in the step (3) is 20-40% of the mass of the liquid horse fat;
the lipase is immobilized lipase, and the addition mass of the lipase is 0.1-5% of the mass of the liquid horse fat.
Further, the step (3) is specifically to stir the mixture of the liquid horse fat, the glycerol and the lipase at the temperature of 30-50 ℃ for 2-6 hours at the speed of 300-1500 r/min, and obtain the crude horse oil through centrifugation.
Further, the adding mass of the adsorbent in the step (4) is 1-10% of the mass of the crude horse oil;
the adsorbent is at least one of alumina, silica gel and activated carbon.
Further, the step (4) is specifically to stir the mixture of the crude horse oil and the adsorbent at the temperature of 20-50 ℃ at the speed of 300-1500 r/min for 20-90 min, and then obtain the structured horse oil after centrifugation.
The invention also provides the structured horse oil prepared according to the preparation method.
Further, the structured horse oil comprises the following components in a mass ratio of (1-10): (40-70): (20-50) a triglyceride of a fatty acid of a horse oil, a diglyceride of a fatty acid of a horse oil, and a monoglyceride of a fatty acid of a horse oil.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the preparation method of the structured horse oil, fresh horse fat particles are soaked by using a sodium chloride aqueous solution containing an antioxidant, so that unsaturated components in the horse fat are prevented from being oxidized by using the effect of the antioxidant, impurities such as water-soluble proteins and pigments in the horse fat can be sufficiently removed by using the isotonic effect of sodium chloride, the pigments are further removed by using an added adsorbent, the odor of the horse fat is removed, and the experience degree of the horse oil product is further improved.
2. According to the preparation method of the structured horse oil, provided by the invention, the fresh horse fat particles are extracted by adopting a specific process, and the obtained product has a better moisturizing effect compared with a horse oil product obtained by the existing extraction process on the premise of not changing the relative percentage content of fatty acid in the horse oil.
