The invention discloses a culture method for improving sturgeon meat quality, which comprises the steps of culture pond construction and treatment, fry feeding, water flow control, illumination control and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a culture method for improving the meat quality of sturgeons.
Technical Field
Sturgeon is an ancient fish with the biggest individual, the earliest appearance, the longest life, the slowest growth and the most vigorous vitality in fishes in the world, and is known as 'activating stone'. Meanwhile, sturgeon is a very miraculous and special fish, and different parts of the body, including internal organs, of sturgeon have different nutritional values and drug effects; the fish meat of sturgeons contains rich nutrients such as protein, amino acid, taurine, DHA, EPA and the like, and is the part with the most efficacies and the most nutritional value. Therefore, the sturgeons have important economic value, more and more farmers pursue economic benefit at a glance, the breeding mode is diversified, the fed feed also aims at reducing the breeding cost, the artificially bred sturgeons are high in fat content and loose in meat quality, and the original nutritional and medicinal value of the sturgeons is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a culture method for improving the meat quality of sturgeons, which improves the meat quality of sturgeons by adjusting water flow and illumination, controlling feed nutrition and feeding methods. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a culture method for improving the meat quality of sturgeons comprises the following steps:
1) building and treating a culture pond: building a circular or round-corner quadrilateral culture pond, and requiring convenient drainage and irrigation; emptying the pond sludge, modifying the pond sludge by using quicklime, exposing the pond sludge to the sun for more than 10 days, then putting the pond sludge into water with the depth of 15-20 cm, completely splashing lime water, soaking the pond for 3-5 days, then drying the pond sludge, and drying the pond sludge in the sun; then leveling the bottom of the pond, paving fine sand, broken stones and cobblestones on the bottom of the pond, building a feeding table, and arranging lighting equipment and a plurality of water wheel type automatic aerators; adding water into a culture pond to a depth of 70-80 cm 7-10 days before stocking the fry, adjusting water quality, controlling the pH of a water body to be 7-8, controlling the net dissolved oxygen to be more than 5.5mg/L, and controlling the transparency to be more than 35 cm;
2) putting the fry: selecting sturgeon fries which are disease-free, injury-free, robust and active, have the body length of 20-30 cm or the weight of 100-200 g, and putting the sturgeon fries into the culture pond in the step 1), wherein the putting density is 10-20 kg/cm2;
3) Feeding feed: feeding the feed for 3 times every day and 2 times at night on the third day after the fry is thrown, wherein the feed amount fed for each time is 2% -3% of the weight of the sturgeon; the protein content of the fed feed is not lower than 30%, the fat content is not higher than 20%, the fed feed contains amino acids, vitamins and trace elements which are necessary for the growth of the sturgeons, and the feed formula is adjusted along with the growth of the sturgeons so as to meet the growth of the sturgeons;
4) controlling water flow: controlling the water flow speed within 2 months after the fry is just thrown in, controlling more water flows and less water flows, enabling the water depth of the culture pond to reach 2-2.5 m, achieving the purpose of changing water, keeping the water discharge speed equal after 2 months, keeping the water level in the pond, and keeping the water quality in the process.
5) And (3) illumination control: in the daytime and in sunny days, a sunshade net is covered above the pond to prevent sunlight from directly shining; at night, the illumination is supplemented through the lighting equipment, the sturgeon can eat conveniently, and the growth of the sturgeon is accelerated.
According to the preferable technical scheme, in the step 1), the effective culture area of the rearing pond is more than 2000 square meters, the pond depth is not less than 2.5 meters, and the slope is 10-15 degrees.
In the preferable technical scheme, in the step 2), the size of the thrown fry is 25-30 cm in body length or 150-200 g in body weight, and the throwing density is 15-20 kg/cm2。
