本发明公开了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:乳液40‑55份,增稠剂1‑2份,消泡剂0.5‑1份,分散剂0.5‑1份,水40‑60份。采用上述技术方案,制备工艺简单,在整理过程中无有机溶剂的挥发,生产过程过程安全无毒,对环境无污染,同时采用水为介质也大大降低了生产成本;整理后的沙发布能够起到良好的防水效果,同时沙发布的手感柔软,使用感觉良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及沙发制备技术领域,具体指一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂及制备方法、使用方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,沙发已经成为了人们日常生活中必不可少的家具,不仅在家中使用,在办公室、酒店、餐馆等各种生活场所都会使用,而沙发布的主要布料是由涤纶制成。在日常使用过程中,不可避免的会产生水渍打湿沙发布的情况,传统的沙发布表面不耐水,而目前出现的一些对沙发布进行防水整理的整理剂及整理方法,整理后虽然防水效果增加,但是沙发布的柔软性却变差,影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足,提出一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂,不仅能起到很好的防水效果,同时还增加原有沙发布的柔软度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:乳液 40-55份,增稠剂1-2份,消泡剂0.5-1份,分散剂0.5-1份,水40-60份。
作为优选,所述乳液包含有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液30-40份,有机硅乳液10-15 份。
作为优选,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液30份,有机硅乳液10份,增稠剂1份,消泡剂0.5份,分散剂0.5份,水58份。
作为优选,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液35份,有机硅乳液13份,增稠剂1份,消泡剂0.5份,分散剂0.5份,水50份。
作为优选,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液40份,有机硅乳液15份,增稠剂2份,消泡剂1份,分散剂1份,水41份。
本发明公开了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂的制备方法,按上述用量的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液、有机硅乳液、增稠剂、消泡剂、分散剂和水混合均匀,制成涂层胶。
本发明公开了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂的使用方法,步骤包括:a、将涂层胶均匀的涂布在涤纶沙发布表面,涂布厚度为6克每平方米;b、将涂好胶的沙发布在热定型机中90℃预烘5分钟,150℃焙烘90秒,整理工艺完成。
本发明具有以下的特点和有益效果:
采用上述技术方案,制备工艺简单,在整理过程中无有机溶剂的挥发,生产过程安全无毒,对环境无污染,同时采用水为介质也大大降低了生产成本;整理后的沙发布能够起到良好的防水效果,同时沙发布的手感柔软,使用感觉良好。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:乳液40-55份,增稠剂1-2份,消泡剂0.5-1份,分散剂0.5-1份,水 40-60份。
具体的,所述乳液包含有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液30-40份,有机硅乳液10-15 份。
上述技术方案中,制备工艺简单,在整理过程中无有机溶剂的挥发,生产过程安全无毒,对环境无污染,同时采用水为介质也大大降低了生产成本;整理后的沙发布能够起到良好的防水效果,同时沙发布的手感柔软,使用感觉良好。
其中,通过添加增稠剂,混合时的粘度更小,涂抹时溅射倾向更小,色彩过渡(Farbverlauf)更好,絮凝更少导致的光泽更好,对涂料中的水敏感性(Wasserempfindlichkeit)更小,对于微生物侵害的易感性更小,在成型模具中的固有粘度更小以及由此使得可计量性更好,对待增稠分散体的增稠效应强,在增稠后的分散体中受到剪切时粘度降低尽可能小,近似牛顿流变行为。
通过添加消泡剂,使得该整理剂具有很好的消泡和抑泡的效果,确保整理剂使用后,不会产生气泡,确保整理剂使用的平整性。
通过添加分散剂,使得使用整理剂后,涤纶沙发布具有很好的光泽,能够防止浮色发花,提高着色力,降低粘度,增加颜料载入量,增加展色性,增加颜色饱和度、增加透明度(有机颜料)或遮盖力(无机颜料)。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液30份,有机硅乳液10份,增稠剂1份,消泡剂0.5份,分散剂 0.5份,水58份。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液35份,有机硅乳液13份,增稠剂1份,消泡剂0.5份,分散剂 0.5份,水50份。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,按质量份数计,包含以下组分:有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液40份,有机硅乳液15份,增稠剂2份,消泡剂1份,分散剂1 份,水41份。

本实施例公开了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂的制备方法,按上述用量的有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液、有机硅乳液、增稠剂、消泡剂、分散剂和水混合均匀,制成涂层胶。
实施例6
本实施例公开了一种涤纶沙发布用防水柔软整理剂的使用方法,步骤包括: a、将涂层胶均匀的涂布在涤纶沙发布表面,涂布厚度为6克每平方米;b、将涂好胶的沙发布在热定型机中90℃预烘5分钟,150℃焙烘90秒,整理工艺完成。

由表1可知,采用本发明防水柔软整理剂整理后的沙发布,沙发布表面水接触角增大,说明防水效果增加,同时沙发布的硬挺度降低,说明柔软度增加,手感变好,测试结果表明本发明防水柔软整理剂起到了良好的效果。
