Abstract
The invention relates to a washable energy storage and pilling knitted fabric and a production process thereof, wherein the washable energy storage and pilling knitted fabric is woven by the following materials: heat-accumulative yarns, polyester and cotton. The related production process comprises the following post-treatment process: plucking, combing, shearing and checking the shakeout. The invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with the energy storage and pilling knitted fabric taking common yarns as raw materials, the water-washing-resistant energy storage and pilling knitted fabric has the advantages that the warm-keeping effect is 3-5 ℃, and the sweater made of the knitted fabric can be widely applied to outdoor places with lower temperature; through a post-treatment process consisting of four steps of plucking, carding, shearing and shaking, the fluffy feeling and the heat preservation performance of the knitted fabric are enhanced, and the sweater made of the knitted fabric has excellent water washing resistance; the post-treatment of the four steps has a synergistic effect, the prepared knitted fabric is ensured not to lose fibers after being washed by water, and the hand feeling bulkiness, the thickness and the elasticity are not obviously different from those before being washed, so that the comfort level of the sweater is not influenced.

Technical Field

Background
The sweater is made of knitted fabric.
