背景技术
新能源汽车技术近年来发展迅速,技术路线也是百花齐放。但是鉴于各种技术路线的各自优劣与技术瓶颈的制约以及基础设施、制造成本等因素的影响,使得内燃机凭借其自身的优势在汽车上的应用较长时间内不会消失。但是由于其在能耗、排放等方面无法维持在理想的水平上,使得单存依靠内燃机动力的传统汽车将会彻底消亡。混合动力技术很好地将内燃机与电机的各自优势进行融合,即有效地改善了传统燃油车的能耗与尾气排放,同时又解决当前纯电动汽车的续航里程、充电时间、电池寿命等问题。混合动力汽车将长期成为市场主流,混合动力化是传统车目前发展的最优选择。
目前混联式混合动力***的构型大都应用行星齿轮组机构作为动力耦合装置。来实现电动无极变速功能,整车在燃油经济性与动力性方面也实现理想结合。但是行星齿轮组机构的大内齿圈加工困难,精度很难提高,有些构型又增加有制动器、离合器等部件。使得该类型产品存在结构复杂、生产成本高、质量控制难度大等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,包括发动机、驱动轴、电机控制模块和功率分流模块,其中,所述的功率分流模块包括圆柱齿轮差速机构,该圆柱齿轮差速机构包括第一齿轮轴、传动齿轮、行星架、大太阳轮、小太阳轮、短行星轮和长行星轮,所述发动机的输出轴连接行星架,所述的短行星轮安装于行星架上,该短行星轮围绕小太阳轮转动并且与长行星轮啮合,所述的小太阳轮连接电机控制模块,所述大太阳轮与长行星轮啮合并且与传动齿轮通过第一齿轮轴同轴连接,传动齿轮通过输出齿轮连接驱动轴和电机控制模块。
进一步地,所述的电机控制模块包括动力电池、第一控制器、第二控制器、第一电机和第二电机,所述的动力蓄电池通过第一控制器连接第一电机并且通过第二控制器连接第二电机,所述第一电机的输出轴连接小太阳轮,所述第二电机连接输出齿轮。

2、本发明电机模块中,第一电机和第二电机可根据汽车的运行情况切换为发电机或驱动电机,实现动力***整体上最佳的节能运行模式或者最大的动力输出。
3、本发明使用圆柱齿轮的传动结构能够降低制造和组装的难度,同时,结构上也更为小巧,紧凑,进一步地降低了制造成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,包括发动机1、驱动轴20、电机控制模块和功率分流模块,其中:
功率分流模块包括圆柱齿轮差速机构,该圆柱齿轮差速机构包括第一齿轮轴18、传动齿轮7、行星架10、大太阳轮8、小太阳轮12、短行星轮11和长行星轮9,所述发动机1的输出轴连接行星架10,短行星轮11安装于行星架10上,在两个太阳轮周围,各布置有若干对行星轮,其中短行星轮11与大太阳轮8啮合,而长行星齿轮与小太阳轮12啮合,短行星轮11和长行星轮9之间也彼此啮合,一般情况下数量为1~6个,本实施例为1个,长行星轮9和短行星轮11的数量相同。圆柱齿轮差速器传动比i=大太阳齿轮齿数/小太阳轮12齿数。小太阳轮12连接电机控制模块,大太阳轮8与传动齿轮7通过第一齿轮轴18同轴连接。第一齿轮轴18通过花键连接传动齿轮7和大太阳轮8。传动齿轮7通过输出齿轮4连接驱动轴20和电机控制模块。
功率分流模块还包括离合器17、扭转减震器2、第二齿轮轴19,电机驱动齿轮5、主减速器输入齿轮14和主减速器15,输出齿轮4通过第二齿轮轴19同轴连接主减速器输入齿轮14,主减速器15连接主减速器输入齿轮14和驱动轴20。发动机1通过离合器17连接行星架10,扭转减震器2设置于离合器17和发动机1之间。
电机控制模块包括动力电池16、第一控制器3、第二控制器21、第一电机13和第二电机6,动力蓄电池通过第一控制器3连接第一电机13并且通过第二控制器21连接第二电机6,第一电机13的输出轴连接小太阳轮12,第二电机6的输出轴通过电机驱动齿轮5连接输出齿轮4。
本实施例的工作过程是通过圆柱齿轮差速机构有三个自由度的行星架10、小太阳轮12以及大太阳轮8分别与发动机1、电机以及整车驱动装置相连。发动机1的功率一方面被分流为直接驱动车辆的机械驱动功率;另一方面通过小太阳轮12驱动第一电机13将功率分流一部分为电功率,这部分功率或传输给储能装置或通过第二电机6驱动车辆,从而实现整车机械与电动混合驱动。
本动力***的典型动力传递路线是:
1)发动机功率分流路线:
发动机1通过离合器17连接行星架10与小太阳轮12,发动机1输出扭矩通过行星架10降速增扭以后输出至主减速器输入齿轮14,后由主减速器15增扭以后输出至车辆;另一方面通过小太阳轮12驱动第一电机13将功率分流一部分为电功率,这部分功率或传输给储能装置,即动力电池16。第二电机6作为驱动电机输出扭矩通过主减速器输入齿轮14降速增扭后输出至驱动轴20。
2)驱动电机纯电驱动路线:
第二电机6作为驱动电机通过输出齿轮4连接主减速器输入齿轮14,在中高速模式下实现直接档模式。另一方面通过输出齿轮4连接传动齿轮7,传动齿轮7同轴带动大太阳轮8驱动第一电机13,将功率分流一部分为电功率,这部分功率或传输给储能装置,即动力电池16。
本动力***的具体应用如下:
工况1:启动发动机1车辆静止。
大太阳轮8的转速n2=0,第一电机13作为电动机带动小太阳轮12的转速为n1,启动发动机1(行星架10)转速为n0。
工况2:热车(发动机1怠速)。
发动机1启动后,车辆未动,大太阳轮8转速n2=0,发动机1(行星架10)转速为n0,带动小太阳轮以n1转速转动,第一电机13为动力电池16充电。
工况3:纯电动驱动。
发动机1停机,行星架10的转速n2=0,第二电机6驱动整车前进(反向为倒车),第一电机13反向旋转发电或者空转,随着第二电机6的转速增加,第一电机13的转速也会急速增加。因为第一电机13的转速有个上限,快达到上限的时候,发动机1将启动来进行调速干预。这时便存在一个临界速度。
工况4:重载起步/大负荷加速。
面对大负荷加速、重载起步等工况,第二电机6的动力不足,第一电机13正向驱动启动发动机1,发动机1启动后提升到最大功率点,一部分动力通过大太阳轮8驱动整车,另一部分带动第一电机13发电向第二电机6供电同时动力电池16也会向第二电机6供电。得益于此,此时车辆动力性最强。
工况5:小负荷加速。
小负荷时加速时,主要靠第二电机6推动车辆。随着第二电机6转速提升,当大太阳轮8转速n2与行星架10(发动机1)转速n0相同时,行星齿轮的自转停止,只剩下公转,这时行星架10(发动机1)通过已经不再自转的行星齿轮,同时推动大太阳轮8和小太阳轮12带动第一电机13发电,三者速度达到一致。第一电机13继续向第二电机6供电,多余电量向动力电池16充电。发动机1此时处于最佳转速点附近工作。
工况6:匀速行驶(高速巡航)。
匀速行驶时车辆只需要克服各种阻力,对动力和扭矩的需求大大降低,油门放松后,发动机1机转速下降,大太阳轮8的转速n2高于行星架10(发动机1)的转速n0,小太阳轮12(第一电机13)反转。在这里可以使第一电机13工作在电动机模式,而第二电机6处于发电模式。
从上述执行过程可以看出,本发明无论从动力传递特性,还是结构布置都与行星排***非常接近,能够实现相同的运动功能与节能效果。但由于其无大内齿轮圈结构,规避了内齿圈加工的行业难题,同时应用过程中可通过采用外置水冷电机与飞溅式润滑,进一步降低了制造成本,减小开发风险与验证周期。

2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,所述的电机控制模块包括动力电池(16)、第一控制器(3)、第二控制器(21)、第一电机(13)和第二电机(6),所述的动力蓄电池通过第一控制器(3)连接第一电机(13)并且通过第二控制器(21)连接第二电机(6),所述第一电机(13)的输出轴连接小太阳轮(12),所述第二电机(6)连接输出齿轮(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,所述的功率分流模块还包括电机驱动齿轮(5),所述的输出齿轮(4)连接电机驱动齿轮(5),该电机驱动齿轮(5)连接第二电机(6)的输出轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,所述的功率分流模块还包括第二齿轮轴(19)、主减速器输入齿轮(14)和主减速器(15),所述的输出齿轮(4)通过第二齿轮轴(19)同轴连接主减速器输入齿轮(14),所述的主减速器(15)连接主减速器输入齿轮(14)和驱动轴(20)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,还包括离合器(17),所述的发动机(1)通过离合器(17)连接行星架(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,还包括扭转减震器(2),所述的扭转减震器(2)设置于离合器(17)和发动机(1)之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱齿轮式功率分流动力***,其特征在于,所述的短行星轮(11)和长行星轮(9)的数量相同。
